Claims (10)
- 원환상의 메이팅 링과, 원환상의 시일 링이 대향하여 각 슬라이딩면을 상대 회전시킴으로써, 당해 상대 회전 슬라이딩하는 상기 슬라이딩면의 지름 방향의 한쪽 측에 존재하는 피밀봉 유체를 밀봉하는 슬라이딩 부품에 있어서,
상기 메이팅 링 및 상기 시일 링 중 적어도 어느 하나의 슬라이딩면에는, 상기 메이팅 링과 상기 시일 링의 상대 회전 슬라이딩에 의해 동압을 발생시키는 단(段) 형상 오목부가 원주 방향으로 복수 형성되고,
상기 단 형상 오목부는, 동압 오목부가 당해 동압 오목부보다도 깊이가 깊은 정압 오목부를 둘러싸고 당해 동압 오목부와 당해 정압 오목부에 의해 단면 단 형상으로 형성되어 있고,
상기 동압 오목부 및 상기 정압 오목부는, 정면시(正面視) 원형인 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부품.
- 원환상의 메이팅 링과, 원환상의 시일 링이 대향하여 각 슬라이딩면을 상대 회전시킴으로써, 당해 상대 회전 슬라이딩하는 상기 슬라이딩면의 지름 방향의 한쪽 측에 존재하는 피밀봉 유체를 밀봉하는 슬라이딩 부품에 있어서,
상기 메이팅 링 및 상기 시일 링 중 적어도 어느 하나의 슬라이딩면에는, 상기 메이팅 링과 상기 시일 링의 상대 회전 슬라이딩에 의해 동압을 발생시키는 단(段) 형상 오목부가 원주 방향으로 복수 형성되고,
상기 단 형상 오목부는, 동압 오목부가 당해 동압 오목부보다도 깊이가 깊은 정압 오목부를 둘러싸고 당해 동압 오목부와 당해 정압 오목부에 의해 단면 단 형상으로 형성되어 있고,
상기 동압 오목부는, 상기 정압 오목부와 동심(同心) 형상으로 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부품.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 동압 오목부는, 상기 정압 오목부에 대하여 회전 방향으로 편심하여 마련되어 있는 슬라이딩 부품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 정압 오목부의 둘레 방향의 길이는, 상기 동압 오목부의 둘레 방향의 길이보다도 긴 슬라이딩 부품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 동압 오목부는, 깊이가 상이한 단면 복수 단 형상으로 형성되어 있는 슬라이딩 부품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 단 형상 오목부는, 상기 메이팅 링 또는 상기 시일 링의 슬라이딩면의 상기 피밀봉 유체측에만 배치되어 있는 슬라이딩 부품.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 단 형상 오목부와는 상이한 무단(無段) 형상 오목부가, 상기 메이팅 링 및 상기 시일 링 중 적어도 어느 하나의 슬라이딩면에 배치되어 있는 슬라이딩 부품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 동압 오목부는, 그 깊이 치수가 그 정면시에 있어서의 개구 최대 지름 치수보다도 작고, 또한 상기 정압 오목부는, 그 깊이 치수가 10μm 이상인 슬라이딩 부품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 피밀봉 유체는, 0.1MPa 이상의 고압 액체인 슬라이딩 부품.
