도 5는 본 발명에 따른 냉매유로와 냉각수채널 플레이트를 적용한 배터리의 배터리 셀 온도 분포와, 냉각수채널 플레이트 없이 일반 냉매유로만 적용한 배터리의 배터리 셀 온도 분포를 비교하여 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (10)
- 복수의 배터리 셀로 이루어진 배터리 모듈의 냉각을 위한 차량용 배터리 냉각 장치로서,
상기 복수의 배터리 셀의 배열방향으로 배치되며, 상기 복수의 배터리 셀과 열교환 가능하게 배치되는 냉매유로;
상기 냉매유로와 열교환 가능하게 배치되며, 상기 냉매유로에서 상기 배터리 셀의 발열에 의해 가열된 냉매를 냉각하여 액화시키기 위한 냉각수가 흐르는 냉각수채널 플레이트;를 포함하며,
상기 냉매유로는 상기 배터리 셀과의 열교환에 의해 냉매가 가열되는 복수의 냉매가열유로와 상기 냉각수채널 플레이트와의 열교환에 의해 냉매가 냉각되는 복수의 냉매냉각유로 및 상기 냉매가열유로와 냉매냉각유로 사이에 연결된 복수의 냉매이동유로를 가지며,
상기 냉매가열유로와 냉매냉각유로는 상기 배터리 셀의 배열방향으로 교번 배열되고, 상기 냉매가열유로는 상측에 배치된 배터리 셀에 접촉하고, 상기 냉매냉각유로는 하측에 배치된 냉각수채널 플레이트에 접촉하며, 상기 냉매이동유로는 상기 배터리 셀과 냉각수채널 플레이트 중 어느 한쪽에도 접촉하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리 냉각 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 냉매유로는 접촉에 의해 상기 복수의 배터리 셀과 열교환 가능하도록 배치되며, 상기 냉각수채널 플레이트는 접촉에 의해 상기 냉매유로와 열교환 가능하도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리 냉각 장치.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 냉매유로에 흐르는 냉매는 상기 냉매가열유로에서 배터리 셀의 발열에 의해 가열되어 기체 상태가 되고 상기 냉매냉각유로에서 냉각수채널 플레이트의 냉각수에 의해 냉각되어 액체 상태가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리 냉각 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 냉각수채널 플레이트에는 냉각수가 흐르는 냉각수채널이 구비되며, 상기 냉각수의 유동방향이 상기 냉매유로에 흐르는 냉매의 유동방향과 직각을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리 냉각 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 복수의 배터리 셀과 복수의 냉매가열유로는 계면소재를 매개로 열교환 가능하게 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리 냉각 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 냉각수채널 플레이트와 복수의 냉매냉각유로는 계면소재를 매개로 열교환 가능하게 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리 냉각 장치.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 냉각수채널은 냉각수채널 플레이트에 복수로 구비되며, 상기 복수의 냉각수채널이 각각 상기 복수의 냉매냉각유로와 마주하도록 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리 냉각 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 냉매유로는 요철 구조를 갖는 판형 튜브인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배터리 냉각 장치.
