- (A) 하기 화학식 (1)로 표시되고, 1분자 중에 적어도 2개의 알케닐기를 갖는 오르가노폴리실록산: 100질량부,
(화학식 중, R1은 독립적으로 알케닐기이고, R2는 독립적으로 지방족 불포화 결합을 함유하지 않는 비치환 또는 할로겐 원자 혹은 시아노기 치환된 1가 탄화수소기이고, X1은 독립적으로 하기 화학식 (2-1), X2는 독립적으로 하기 화학식 (2-2), X3은 독립적으로 하기 화학식 (2-3)
으로 표시되는 기이고, X4는 각각 독립적으로 하기 화학식 (3-1), X5는 각각 독립적으로 하기 화학식 (3-2), X6은 각각 독립적으로 하기 화학식 (3-3)
으로 표시되는 기이고, R1, R2는 상기와 같고, a1, a2, a11, a21, a31, a41, a51, a61은 각각 독립적으로 0 내지 3의 정수이고, a3은 양수, a4 내지 a6, a12 내지 a15, a22 내지 a25, a32 내지 a35, a42, a43, a52, a53, a62, a63은 0 또는 양수이고, 이들은 오르가노폴리실록산의 25℃에서의 점도가 0.05Pa·s 이상 30질량% 톨루엔 희석 점도로 70Pa·s 이하의 범위가 되도록 선택됨)

(화학식 중, R3은 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 6 내지 28의 2가 탄화수소기이고, R4는 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 10의 1가 탄화수소기 또는 탄화수소옥시기이고, b1은 1 내지 4의 정수, b2는 독립적으로 1 내지 3의 정수임)
(C) 하기 평균 조성식 (8)로 표시되고, 1분자 중에 적어도 2개의 규소 원자에 결합한 수소 원자를 갖는 오르가노하이드로겐폴리실록산: (C) 성분 중의 규소 원자에 결합한 수소 원자의 몰수가 (A) 및 (B) 성분 중의 알케닐기 및 불포화기의 합계 몰수의 1 내지 20배에 상당하는 양,

(D) 촉매량의 백금족 금속계 촉매,
(E) 유기 용제: 0 내지 100,000질량부
를 포함하는 부가 반응 경화형의 박리지 또는 박리 필름용 실리콘 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, (C) 성분이 하기 화학식 (9) 및/또는 하기 화학식 (10)으로 표시되는 오르가노하이드로겐폴리실록산인 것을 특징으로 하는 박리지 또는 박리 필름용 실리콘 조성물.
(화학식 중, Me는 메틸기이고, R2는 독립적으로 지방족 불포화 결합을 함유하지 않는 비치환 또는 할로겐 원자 혹은 시아노기 치환된 1가 탄화수소기이고, R5는 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자 또는 지방족 불포화 결합을 함유하지 않는 비치환 또는 할로겐 원자 혹은 시아노기 치환된 1가 탄화수소기이고, R6 및 R7은 각각 독립적으로 지방족 불포화 결합을 함유하지 않는 Me 이외의 비치환 또는 할로겐 원자 혹은 시아노기 치환된 1가 탄화수소기이고, Y3은 각각 독립적으로 하기 화학식 (11-1), Y4는 각각 독립적으로 하기 화학식 (11-2), Y5는 각각 독립적으로 하기 화학식 (11-3)

으로 표시되는 기이고, R5, R6, R7은 상기와 같고, c11, c12, c31, c41, c51, c61, c71, c81은 각각 독립적으로 0 내지 3의 정수, c23은 2 이상의 정수, c13 내지 c19, c24 내지 c29, c32 내지 c38, c42 내지 c48, c52 내지 c58, c62 내지 c66, c72 내지 c76, c82 내지 c86은 0 이상의 정수, c23+c24+c25+c26+c27+c28+c29는 3 이상의 정수이고, 1분자 중에 2개 이상의 규소 원자에 결합한 수소 원자를 갖고, 25℃의 점도가 0.005 내지 10Pa·s의 범위에 들어가도록 선택됨) - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, (C) 성분이 R2 2HSiO1 / 2 단위(R2는 지방족 불포화 결합을 함유하지 않는 비치환 또는 할로겐 원자 혹은 시아노기 치환된 1가 탄화수소기임)를 1분자 중에 2개 이상 갖는 오르가노하이드로겐폴리실록산이거나, 또는 해당 오르가노하이드로겐폴리실록산을 일부 포함하는 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 박리지 또는 박리 필름용 실리콘 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, (C) 성분이 (C1) 방향족 치환기를 함유하지 않는 오르가노하이드로겐폴리실록산과 (C2) 방향족 치환기를 함유하는 오르가노하이드로겐폴리실록산의 혼합물이고, 이들 (C1) 및 (C2) 성분의 질량비 (C1)/(C2)가 1/9 내지 9/1인 것을 특징으로 하는 박리지 또는 박리 필름용 실리콘 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, (F) 성분으로서 하기 화학식 (13)으로 표시되는 오르가노폴리실록산을 (A) 성분 100질량부에 대하여 0.1 내지 30질량부 더 함유하는 박리지 또는 박리 필름용 실리콘 조성물.
(화학식 중, Me는 메틸기이고, R8은 독립적으로 수산기, 알콕시기 또는 알콕시알킬기이고, R9는 독립적으로 수산기, 알콕시기, 알콕시알킬기 및 지방족 불포화 결합을 함유하지 않는 비치환 또는 할로겐 원자 혹은 시아노기 치환된 1가 탄화수소기이고, R10은 독립적으로 수산기, 알콕시기, 알콕시알킬기 및 지방족 불포화 결합을 함유하지 않는 Me 이외의 비치환 또는 할로겐 원자 혹은 시아노기 치환된 1가 탄화수소기이고, f1, f2는 1 내지 3의 정수이고, f3 내지 f5는 오르가노폴리실록산의 25℃에서의 점도가 1Pa·s 이상 30질량% 톨루엔 희석 점도로 100Pa·s 이하의 범위에 들어가도록 선택되는 정수임) - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, (G) 성분으로서 적어도 2개의 알케닐기를 갖고, R2 (3-g1)R1 g1SiO1/2 실록산 단위(MR1R2 단위), R2SiO3 /2 실록산 단위(TR2 단위)(화학식 중, R1은 독립적으로 알케닐기이고, R2는 독립적으로 지방족 불포화 결합을 함유하지 않는 비치환 또는 할로겐 원자 혹은 시아노기 치환된 1가 탄화수소기이고, g1은 1 내지 3의 정수임)를 필수 단위로 하고, MR1R2 단위/TR2 단위의 몰비가 2/8 내지 8/2를 만족하고, 25℃에서의 점도가 0.001 내지 1Pa·s의 범위를 갖는, 분자 말단이 MR1R2 단위, 또는 MR1R2 단위와 일부가 실라놀기 또는 알콕시기인 오르가노폴리실록산을 (A) 성분 100질량부에 대하여 10 내지 100질량부 더 함유하는 박리지 또는 박리 필름용 실리콘 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, (H) 성분으로서 1분자 중에 적어도 에폭시기와 알콕시실릴기를 갖는 하기 화학식 (14)로 표시되는 오르가노실란 및/또는 하기 평균 조성식 (15)로 표시되는 그의 부분 가수분해 (공)축합 실록산을 (A) 성분 100질량부에 대하여 0.1 내지 10질량부 더 함유하는 박리지 또는 박리 필름용 실리콘 조성물.
(화학식 중, R11은 에폭시기를 함유하는 1가 유기기이고, R12는 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬기이고, 에테르 결합을 포함할 수도 있고, 일부는 가수분해되어 수산기가 될 수도 있고, R13은 비치환 또는 할로겐 원자 혹은 시아노기 치환된 1가 탄화수소기이고, h1, h2는 정수이며 1≤h1, 1≤h2, 2≤h1+h2≤4를 만족하고, h3 내지 h5는 양수이며 0<h3, 0<h4, 0≤h5, 1<h3+h4+h5≤3을 만족하고, 부분 가수분해 (공)축합 실록산의 25℃에서의 점도가 0.001 내지 1Pa·s의 범위가 되는 양의 수로부터 선택됨) - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, (J) 성분으로서 비이온성 계면 활성제를 (A) 성분 100질량부에 대하여 0.1 내지 5질량부 더 함유하는 박리지 또는 박리 필름용 실리콘 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 박리지용 실리콘 조성물의 경화 피막이 형성된 박리지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 박리 필름용 실리콘 조성물의 경화 피막이 형성된 박리 필름.
