도 4는 상대적으로 라이너에 가깝게 위치한 후프층과 라이너로부터 멀리 위치한 후프층을 각각 제거하였을 때, 동일 지점에서의 응력 분포를 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 5는 라이너에 가장 가깝게 위치하는 후프층의 두께 비율에 따른 고압용기의 강도 변화를 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 6은 후프층 위에 헬리컬층이 와인딩되는 경우, 후프층 끝단에서 기공, 기공층이 발생할 수 있는 상태를 도시한 도면이다.
도 7은 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예를 도시한 도면으로서, 도 1의 '1' 영역, 즉 돔부와 실린더부가 연결되는 영역을 확대 도시한 도면이다.

Claims (10)
- 라이너와 상기 라이너 외주면을 보강하기 위한 복합재층을 포함하는 고압용기에 있어서, 상기 고압용기는
상기 고압용기의 축 방향을 따라 형성되는 실린더부; 및
상기 실린더부의 양단에 체결되어 상기 고압용기를 형성하는 돔부;
를 포함하고,
상기 실린더부에 형성된 상기 복합재층은 복수개의 후프층과 헬리컬층이 교대로 적층되어 형성되며, 상기 라이너로부터 멀어질수록 상기 후프층의 두께가 감소하며,
상기 복합재층 중 상기 라이너로부터 가장 가깝거나, 가장 멀리 형성되는 층은 후프층이고,
상기 후프층 중 상기 라이너에 가장 가까이 형성되고, 가장 두껍게 형성되는 후프층의 두께는 상기 후프층 전체 두께의 10% 이상 35% 이하인 고압용기. - 삭제

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 후프층은 상기 실린더부 중, 상기 고압용기의 축 방향과 나란한 영역에만 형성되는 고압용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고압용기의 축 방향을 따라 측정한 상기 복수개의 후프층의 길이는 상기 라이너로부터 멀어질수록 감소하는 고압용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 후프층의 끝단은 상기 후프층 외측에 와인딩되는 상기 헬리컬층에 의하여 가압되는 고압용기.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수개의 후프층은 상기 고압용기의 축 방향을 기준으로 88도 내지 89도로 상기 라이너 외주면에 감기어 형성되는 고압용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수개의 헬리컬층은 상기 고압용기의 축 방향을 기준으로 5도 내지 44도로 상기 라이너 외주면에 감기어 형성되는 고압용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실린더부에 형성되는 상기 복수개의 헬리컬층의 두께는 각각 일정하게 형성되는 고압용기.
