Abstract
(a) 크롬 화합물;
(b) 일반 구조 (A) 또는 (B)의 리간드, 또는 (A) 및 (B)에 대한 환식 유도체:
(A) R1R2P-N(R3)-P(R4)-NR5R6 또는
(B) R1R2P-N(R3)-P(XR7)R8 또는 R1R2P-N(R3)-P(XR7)2(여기서, X는 O 또는 S임); 및
(c) 활성화제 또는 공촉매를 포함하며,
상기 일반 구조 (A) 또는 (B)에서, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7 및 R8은 독립적으로 C1-C10-알킬, C6-C20-아릴, C3-C10-사이클로알킬, 아랄킬, 알킬아릴 또는 트리알킬실릴이며, PNPN-유닛 또는 PNP-유닛에서 P 원자 또는 N 원자 중 하나 이상은 고리 시스템의 멤버이고, 고리 시스템은 구조 (A) 또는 (B)의 하나 이상의 구성분 화합물로부터 치환에 의해 형성되는 것인, 촉매 조성물; 및 트리머화 및/또는 테트라머화 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (15)
- 에틸렌의 올리고머화를 위한 촉매 조성물로서,
(a) 크롬 화합물;
(b) 하기 일반 구조 (A)의 리간드, 또는 (A)의 환식 유도체:
(A) R1R2P-N(R3)-P(R4)-NR5R6
여기서, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 및 R6은 독립적으로 C1-C10-알킬, C6-C20-아릴, C3-C10-사이클로알킬, 아랄킬, 알킬아릴 또는 트리알킬실릴이고, 상기 PNPN-유닛에서 P 원자 또는 N 원자 중 하나 이상이 고리 시스템의 멤버이고, 상기 고리 시스템은 구조 (A)의 하나 이상의 구성분 화합물로부터 치환에 의해 형성되는 것임; 및
(c) 활성화제 또는 공촉매
를 포함하는, 촉매 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 크롬 화합물이 Cr(II) 또는 Cr(III)의 유기 염, 무기 염, 배위 착물, 유기금속 착물 또는 이들 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 조합인 것을 특징으로 하는, 촉매 조성물. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 크롬 화합물이 CrCl3(THF)3, Cr(III)아세틸아세토네이트, Cr(III)옥타노에이트, 크롬 헥사카르보닐, Cr(III)-2-에틸헥사노에이트, (벤젠)트리카르보닐-크롬 또는 이들 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 조합인 것을 특징으로 하는, 촉매 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 및 R6이 각각 독립적으로 메틸, 에틸, 이소프로필, tert-부틸, 사이클로헥실, 페닐, 벤질, 톨릴 또는 크실릴인 것을 특징으로 하는, 촉매 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 활성화제 또는 공촉매가 트리메틸알루미늄, 트리에틸알루미늄, 트리이소프로필알루미늄, 트리이소부틸알루미늄, 에틸알루미늄세스퀴클로라이드, 다이에틸알루미늄 클로라이드, 에틸알루미늄다이클로라이드, 메틸알루미녹산(MAO), 변형된 메틸아미녹산(MMAO) 또는 이들 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 조합인 것을 특징으로 하는, 촉매 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 리간드가 Ph2P-N(i-Pr)-P(Ph)-N(i-Pr)Ph, Ph2P-N(i-Pr)-P(Ph)-N(Me)C6H6 또는 이들 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 조합인 것을 특징으로 하는, 촉매 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
용매; 또는 방향족 탄화수소, 직쇄 지방족 탄화수소, 환식 지방족 탄화수소, 직쇄 올레핀 또는 에테르; 또는 톨루엔, 벤젠, 에틸벤젠, 쿠멘, 크실렌, 메시틸렌, 헥산, 옥탄, 사이클로헥산, 메틸사이클로헥산, 헥센, 헵텐, 옥텐, 다이에틸에테르, 테트라하이드로푸란, 클로로벤젠 또는 이들 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 조합을 부가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 촉매 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 및 R6은 독립적으로 C1-C10-알킬, C6-C20-아릴, C3-C10-사이클로알킬, 아랄킬 또는 트리알킬실릴인 것을 특징으로 하는, 촉매 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
R1 및 R2는 모두 페닐이고, R3, R4, R5 및 R6은 독립적으로 C1-C10-알킬, C6-C20-아릴, C3-C10-사이클로알킬, 아랄킬, 알킬아릴 또는 트리알킬실릴인 것을 특징으로 하는, 촉매 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
R1은 이소프로필인 것을 특징으로 하는, 촉매 조성물. - 에틸렌의 올리고머화를 위한 촉매 조성물로서,
적어도:
(a) 크롬 화합물;
(b) 하기 일반 구조의 리간드:
R1R2P-N(R3)-P(R4)-NR5R6
여기서, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 및 R6은 독립적으로 C1-C10-알킬, C6-C20-아릴, C3-C10-사이클로알킬, 아랄킬, 알킬아릴 또는 트리알킬실릴임; 및
(c) 활성화제 또는 공촉매
를 조합함으로써 수득가능한, 촉매 조성물. - 에틸렌의 트리머화 및/또는 테트라머화 방법으로서,
제1항에 따른 촉매 조성물을 반응기에서 기상의 에틸렌에 제공하는 단계, 및 올리고머화를 수행하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 올리고머화가 1 bar 내지 200 bar의 압력에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 에틸렌의 트리머화 및/또는 테트라머화 방법. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 올리고머화가 10℃ 내지 200℃의 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 에틸렌의 트리머화 및/또는 테트라머화 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
R1, R2 및 R4는 페닐이고, R3, R5 및 R6은 독립적으로 C1-C10-알킬, C6-C20-아릴, C3-C10-사이클로알킬, 아랄킬, 알킬아릴 또는 트리알킬실릴인 것을 특징으로 하는, 에틸렌의 트리머화 및/또는 테트라머화 방법.
