상기 화학식 1에서,

상기 화학식 2에서,
M2는 Al, Ti, Mg, Zr, Y, Sr, 및 B로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나 이상이고, 0<b≤0.6, 0<c≤0.35, 0<d≤0.35, 0<e≤0.1임.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 양극 활물질 및 제2 양극 활물질은 (40~90):(10~60)의 중량비로 포함되는 것인, 양극재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 양극 활물질의 평균 입경(D50)은 10 ㎛ 이상인, 양극재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 양극 활물질의 평균 입경(D50)은 8 ㎛ 이하인, 양극재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 양극 활물질은 제2 양극 활물질 총 중량에 대하여, 도핑 원소 M2를 2,000 ppm 내지 10,000 ppm 포함하는 것인, 양극재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 양극 활물질의 결정립 크기는 200 nm 내지 500 nm인, 양극재.
- 코발트 산화물, 리튬-함유 원료 물질, 및 도핑 원소 M1-함유 원료 물질을 혼합하고 소성하여, 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 제1 양극 활물질을 제조하는 단계;
니켈 산화물, 코발트 산화물, 망간 산화물, 도핑 원소 M2-함유 원료 물질, 및 리튬-함유 원료 물질을 고상 혼합하고 소성하여 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 제2 양극 활물질을 제조하는 단계; 및,
상기 제1 양극 활물질 및 제2 양극 활물질을 혼합하는 단계;를 포함하며,
상기 제2 양극 활물질은, 상기 제2양극 활물질을 400kgf 내지 2,000 kgf의 압연 밀도로 압축하여 펠릿 형태로 제조한 후 측정한 전기 전도도가 0.1 μS/cm 내지 150 μS/cm인 것인, 양극재의 제조 방법:
