Claims (11)
- 회전되는 주판;
공기가 흡입되는 흡입구가 형성된 쉬라우드; 및
상기 주판과 쉬라우드 사이에서 원주방향을 따라 배열되고, 상기 흡입구를 통해 흡입된 공기가 전단으로부터 후단으로 유동되어 상기 흡입구를 통해 흡입된 공기를 토출시키는 다수개의 블레이드를 포함하고,
상기 블레이드는,
각각이 금속판재로 이루어져, 정압면의 전 영역을 형성하는 정압면 형성부재와 부압면의 전 영역을 형성하는 부압면 형성부재를 포함하고,
상기 정압면 형성부재 및 상기 부압면 형성부재는 서로 접합되고,
상기 정압면 형성부재는, 전단부에 제1 전단 접합구간이 형성되고, 후단부에 제1 후단 접합구간이 형성되고,
상기 부압면 형성부재는, 전단부에 제2 전단 접합구간이 형성되고, 후단부에 제2 후단 접합구간이 형성되고,
상기 제1 전단 접합구간과 상기 제2 전단 접합구간은 서로 대응하는 형상의 접합면을 갖고,
상기 제1 후단 접합구간과 상기 제2 후단 접합구간은 서로 대응하는 형상의 접합면을 갖고,
상기 정압면 형성부재 및 부압면 형성부재는,
테두리 상에 주변부보다 움푹 패인 노치(notch)가 형성되고, 상기 노치로부터 상기 금속판재의 상단부 또는 하단부가 절곡됨으로써 상기 쉬라우드 또는 주판과 접합되는 접합면부가 형성되고,
상기 노치는,
상기 금속판재의 테두리가 곡선을 따라 절개되어 상기 정압면 형성부재와 부압면 형성부재 각각에 형성되되, 상기 정압면 형성부재 및 상기 부압면 형성부재가 서로 접합된 상태에서 서로 대응하는 위치에 형성되는 원심팬.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 접합면부는,
상기 정압면 형성부재 및 부압면 형성부재 중 적어도 하나의 상단부에 형성되 상기 쉬라우드와 접합되는 쉬라우드 접합면부를 포함하는 원심팬. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 접합면부는,
상기 정압면 형성부재 및 부압면 형성부재 중 적어도 하나의 하단부에 형성되어 상기 주판과 접합되는 주판 접합면부를 포함하는 원심팬. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 정압면 또는 부압면은 곡면을 포함하고,
상기 접합면부는 상기 곡면으로부터 절곡된 원심팬. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 노치는,
서로 이격되어 형성된 한 쌍의 노치를 포함하고,
상기 한 쌍의 노치 사이에서 상기 금속판재가 절곡되어 상기 접합면부가 형성되는 원심팬.
