Description
도 2는 종래의 전자식 액티브 엔진마운트 중 일 예를 나타낸다.
도 3은 미국 특허 공개공보 US 7,878,489 B2 에 기술된 액티브 엔진마운트의 두가지 실시예를 나타낸다.
도 4는 본 발명의 2 코일 액티브 엔진마운트의 바람직한 실시예를 나타내는 단면도이다.
도 5 및 도 6은 제1코일 및 제2코일의 전류 인가에 따른 전자기장 상쇄 구조를 나타내는 모식도이다.

Claims (5)
- 제1코일에 인가되는 전류에 의하여 생성된 전자기장와 영구자석 간의 로렌츠힘에 의하여 진동을 저감하는 액티브 엔진마운트에 있어서,
상기 제1코일과 나란히 배치된 제2코일; 및
상기 제1코일 및 제2코일에 인가되는 전류를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하고,
상기 제어부는,
상기 제1코일과 상기 제2코일로부터 생성된 전자기장의 방향을 서로 반대되도록 제어함으로써, 상기 제1코일에서 생성된 전자기장 중 최소한 일부를 상기 제2코일에서 생성된 전자기장으로 상쇄시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 2 코일 액티브 엔진마운트.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제1코일 및 상기 제2코일은 서로 동일한 방향으로 감긴 코일로 이루어지고,
상기 제어부는 상기 제1코일과 상기 제2코일에 서로 반대방향의 전류를 인가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2 코일 액티브 엔진마운트.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제1코일 및 상기 제2코일은 서로 반대방향으로 감긴 코일로 이루어지고,
상기 제어부는 상기 제1코일과 상기 제2코일에 서로 동일방향의 전류를 인가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2 코일 액티브 엔진마운트.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2코일은,
상기 제1코일보다 적은 폭을 가지고,
상기 제1코일의 내측에 상기 제1코일과 동일축상에 위치되도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2 코일 액티브 엔진마운트.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제2코일은,
상기 제1코일보다 적은 감김수(turn)를 갖는 코일로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 2 코일 액티브 엔진마운트.
