Abstract
본 발명에 따른 반추동물용 발효사료 조성물은 누에 유충 숙성 분말, 누에 번데기 발효 분말, 누에가 2~3잠을 잘 때 배설한 분변(糞便)으로 원기둥 모양의 과립으로 구성된 잠사 숙성물, 발효 솔방울 분쇄물, 편백나무 잎 추출물, 옥수수 가루, 셀레늄, 유백피 분말, 인진쑥 분말, 오메가-3 지방산 및 톱밥 발효물을 발효사료 조성물로 포함한다.
상기한 구성에 의해 본 발명은 반추동물에 필요한 섬유소를 제공하면서도 영양성분을 더 많이 공급하여 반추동물의 생육을 촉진할 수 있고 농가의 축산물 품질 향상에 기여할 수 있으며 사료의 영양학적 가치를 재고할 수 있다.

Claims (4)
- 누에 유충 숙성 분말, 누에 번데기 발효 분말, 누에가 2~3잠을 잘 때 배설한 분변(糞便)으로 원기둥 모양의 과립으로 구성된 잠사 숙성물, 발효 솔방울 분쇄물, 편백나무 잎 추출물, 옥수수 가루, 셀레늄, 유백피 분말, 인진쑥 분말, 오메가-3 지방산 및 톱밥 발효물을 발효사료 조성물로 포함하되,
상기 발효사료 조성물은 상기 누에 유충 숙성 분말 30 내지 50 중량부, 누에 번데기 발효 분말 20 내지 40 중량부, 누에가 2~3잠을 잘 때 배설한 분변(糞便)으로 원기둥 모양의 과립으로 구성된 잠사 숙성물 100 내지 120 중량부, 발효 솔방울 분쇄물 10 내지 20 중량부, 편백나무 잎 추출물 10 내지 20 중량부, 옥수수 가루 5 내지 15 중량부, 셀레늄 1 내지 10 중량부, 유백피 분말 5 내지 15 중량부, 인진쑥 분말 5 내지 15 중량부, 오메가-3 지방산 1 내지 5 중량부 및 톱밥 발효물 10 내지 20 중량부의 중량 비율로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반추동물용 발효사료 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 누에 유충 숙성 분말은, 누에 유충을 준비한 후 상기 누에 유충을 45 내지 50℃의 온도로 유지되는 1 내지 3(w/w)%의 탄산수소나트륨(NaHCO3) 용액에 상기 준비된 누에 유충을 10 내지 30분 동안 침지시켜 세척하고, 상기 세척된 누에 유충을 제1 건조하되, 상기 제1 건조는 상기 세척된 누에 유충을 55 내지 60℃의 온도에서 8 내지 12시간 동안 건조시키고, 상기 제1 건조된 누에 유충을 열풍으로 제2 건조하되, 상기 제2 건조는 제1 건조된 누에 유충을 135 내지 145℃ 온도의 열풍을 50 내지 100분 동안 가하여 줌으로써 수행되며, 상기 제2 건조된 누에 유충을 5 내지 10mm의 입경으로 분쇄하여 분말화한 후 5 내지 7℃의 온도에서 10 내지 20시간 동안 숙성하는 과정을 거쳐 제조되고,
상기 누에가 2~3잠을 잘 때 배설한 분변(糞便)으로 원기둥 모양의 과립으로 구성된 잠사 숙성물은, 누에가 2~3잠을 잘 때 배설한 분변(糞便)으로 원기둥 모양의 과립으로 구성된 잠사를 준비하고, 상기 누에가 2~3잠을 잘 때 배설한 분변(糞便)으로 원기둥 모양의 과립으로 구성된 잠사 100 중량부에 대해 미강 10 내지 30 중량부, 카사바 잎 분말 5 내지 15 중량부, 새싹보리 분말 50 내지 150 중량부 및 삼채 발효액 5 내지 10 중량부의 중량 비율로 혼합하며, 상기 혼합된 누에가 2~3잠을 잘 때 배설한 분변(糞便)으로 원기둥 모양의 과립으로 구성된 잠사, 미강, 카사바 잎 분말, 새싹보리 분말 및 삼채 발효액을 30 내지 33℃의 온도에서 5 내지 10일 동안 보관하여 숙성시키는 과정을 거쳐 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 반추동물용 발효사료 조성물.
- 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 발효 솔방울 분쇄물은, 솔방울을 준비한 후 분쇄하여 솔방울 분쇄물을 제조하고, 상기 솔방울 분쇄물을 발효하기 위한 유산균 배양액을 준비하되, 상기 유산균 배양액에서 상기 유산균은 락토바실러스 쿠르바투스(Lactobacillus curvatus), 바이셀라 비리데센스(Weissella viridescens), 락토바실러스 플란타럼(Lactobacillus plantarum) 및 류코노스톡 락티스(Leuconostoc lactis)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 유산 균주가 사용되고, 상기 유산균 배양액은 1.2N HCl을 이용하여 배지의 pH를 2.8~3.2로 조정한 다음 김치로부터 유산 균주를 분리하고, 상기 분리된 유산 균주를 MRS broth(Oxoid, England)를 이용하여 37~39℃에서 20 내지 25시간 동안 배양한 후 1×1.08 ~ 5×1.08 CFU/mL이 되도록 희석하며, 이후 10,000 내지 15,000rpm에서 10~15분간 원심분리하여 상층액(supernatant)만을 분리하고, 상기 상층액(Supernatant)을 0.45㎛ 시린지 필터(syringe filter)로 여과 후, 상기 여과된 상층액 100 중량부에 대해 멸균한 증류수 1,000 내지 2,000 중량부의 중량 비율로 혼합하여 희석함으로써 제조되며, 상기 솔방울 분쇄물 100 중량부에 대해 상기 유산균 배양액을 10 내지 30 중량부의 중량 비율로 발효탱크에 투입하여 혼합한 후, 35 내지 37℃의 온도에서 30 내지 60시간 동안 발효시키고, 상기 발효된 솔방울 분쇄물을 발효탱크에서 분리한 후 60 내지 70℃의 온도에서 15 내지 25시간 동안 건조하는 과정을 거쳐 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 반추동물용 발효사료 조성물.
- 재료들을 준비하는 재료 준비 단계(S100);
상기 준비된 재료들을 일정한 중량 비율로 혼합하는 재료 혼합 단계(S200);
상기 혼합된 재료들을 압축하여 성형하는 성형 단계(S300); 및
상기 성형된 재료들을 숙성시켜 발효사료를 제조하는 발효사료 제조 단계(S400)를 포함하되,
상기 재료 혼합 단계(S200)에서 상기 재료들은 누에 유충 숙성 분말 30 내지 50 중량부, 누에 번데기 발효 분말 20 내지 40 중량부, 누에가 2~3잠을 잘 때 배설한 분변(糞便)으로 원기둥 모양의 과립으로 구성된 잠사 숙성물 100 내지 120 중량부, 발효 솔방울 분쇄물 10 내지 20 중량부, 편백나무 잎 추출물 10 내지 20 중량부, 옥수수 가루 5 내지 15 중량부, 셀레늄 1 내지 10 중량부, 유백피 분말 5 내지 15 중량부, 인진쑥 분말 5 내지 15 중량부, 오메가-3 지방산 1 내지 5 중량부 및 톱밥 발효물 10 내지 20 중량부의 중량 비율로 혼합되고,

상기 누에가 2~3잠을 잘 때 배설한 분변(糞便)으로 원기둥 모양의 과립으로 구성된 잠사 숙성물은, 누에가 2~3잠을 잘 때 배설한 분변(糞便)으로 원기둥 모양의 과립으로 구성된 잠사를 준비하고, 상기 누에가 2~3잠을 잘 때 배설한 분변(糞便)으로 원기둥 모양의 과립으로 구성된 잠사 100 중량부에 대해 미강 10 내지 30 중량부, 카사바 잎 분말 5 내지 15 중량부, 새싹보리 분말 50 내지 150 중량부 및 삼채 발효액 5 내지 10 중량부의 중량 비율로 혼합하며, 상기 혼합된 누에가 2~3잠을 잘 때 배설한 분변(糞便)으로 원기둥 모양의 과립으로 구성된 잠사, 미강, 카사바 잎 분말, 새싹보리 분말 및 삼채 발효액을 30 내지 33℃의 온도에서 5 내지 10일 동안 보관하여 숙성시키는 과정을 거쳐 제조되며,
