Claims (9)
- 식품을 공급하는 공급부와,
복수의 상기 식품을 파지하는 파지부와,
상기 파지부에 의해 파지된 복수의 상기 식품을 트레이 상으로 반송하는 반송부를 구비하고,
상기 파지부는, 한 쌍의 지지 부재와, 한 쌍의 상기 지지 부재의 한 쪽 또는 양 쪽에 연결되고, 한 쌍의 상기 지지 부재의 서로의 간격을 조절 가능한 조절 부재를 구비하며,
상기 공급부는, 한 쌍의 상기 지지 부재 사이에서 복수의 상기 식품을 상하 방향으로 나열하고,
상기 지지 부재는, 상기 식품과 접하는 당접면에 설치된 흡착구를 구비하고, 상하 방향으로 나열된 복수의 상기 식품 중 한 쪽 끝에 배치된 식품과 다른 쪽 끝에 배치된 식품의 사이의 범위에 이르며,
한 쌍의 상기 지지 부재는, 상기 조절 부재 측의 반대측이면서 서로의 간격이 가장 넓은 개구 부분을 구비하고, 상하 방향으로 나열된 복수의 상기 식품을 흡착하면서, 상기 식품을 그 측방으로부터 끼워 파지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품의 투입 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
복수의 상기 파지부를 교환 가능하게 장착하는 장착부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품의 투입 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 파지부는 복수의 상기 식품이 나열되는 방향에 대해서 직교하는 방향으로 연장되고, 상기 식품이 재치되는 재치 부재를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품의 투입 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 공급부는 상기 식품을 흡착하는 1 개 이상의 흡착 헤드를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품의 투입 장치. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 공급부는 복수의 상기 흡착 헤드가 연결되고, 또한 복수의 상기 식품이 나열되는 방향에 평행한 축을 중심으로 회전하는 회전체를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품의 투입 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 식품의 외표면은 평행한 한 쌍의 평면을 구비하고, 그 평면끼리가 서로 접하도록 나열된 복수의 상기 식품을 상기 파지부에 의해 파지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품의 투입 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 공급부를 선단에 구비하는 제1 암과,
상기 파지부를 선단에 구비하는 제2 암을 구비한 로봇에 의해 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품의 투입 장치.
