Abstract
(해결수단) 탈초촉매층(1)을 구비한 배기가스 정화시스템에 있어서, 환원제 산화촉매층(2)을 병설하고, 탈초촉매층(1)의 촉매재생 시에, 환원제 산화촉매층(2)에 환원제 및 공기를 공급하고, 이 산화촉매층(2)에 있어서 환원제와 공기에 의한 산화반응에서 발생한 반응열에 의하여 고온의 산화반응가스를 발생시키고, 이 고온의 산화반응가스를 상기 탈초촉매층(1)에 유입하여 탈초촉매를 가열함으로써 촉매의 탈초성능을 회복시킨다.

Claims (7)
- 내연기관(內燃機關)의 배기통로에 설치된 탈초촉매층(脫硝觸媒層)의 상류측의 배기가스에 환원제 포함 공기를 첨가하고, 탈초촉매층에 있어서 배기가스 중의 질소산화물을 환원시켜서 배기가스를 정화하는 배기가스 정화시스템(排氣gas 淨化system)에 있어서,
환원제 산화촉매층을 병설(倂設)하고, 상기 탈초촉매층의 촉매재생(觸媒再生) 시에, 상기 환원제 산화촉매층에 환원제 및 공기를 공급하고, 이 환원제 산화촉매층에 있어서 환원제와 공기에 의한 산화반응에서 발생한 반응열에 의하여 고온의 산화반응가스를 발생시키고, 이 고온의 산화반응가스를 상기 탈초촉매층에 유입하여 탈초촉매를 가열함으로써 탈초촉매를 재생하고,
고온의 산화반응가스에 의한 탈초촉매의 가열온도가 500℃ 이상, 800℃ 이하이고,
환원제를 상기 탈초촉매층의 상류측의 배기가스에 공급하는 환원제공급 주라인(還元劑供給 主line)의 도중에 환원제공급 분기라인(還元劑供給 分岐line)을 설치하는 한편, 공기를 상기 탈초촉매층의 상류측의 배기가스에 공급하는 공기공급 주라인의 도중에 공기공급 분기라인을 설치함과 아울러, 이들 환원제공급 분기라인 및 공기공급 분기라인을 상기 환원제 산화촉매층에 접속시켜 두고, 상기 탈초촉매층의 촉매재생 시에, 환원제의 공급을 환원제공급 주라인으로부터 환원제공급 분기라인으로 절환(切換)함과 아울러, 공기의 공급을 공기공급 주라인으로부터 공기공급 분기라인으로 절환하여, 상기 환원제 산화촉매층에 환원제 및 공기를 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 배기가스 정화시스템에 있어서의 탈초촉매의 온사이트 재생방법(on-site 再生方法).
- 내연기관(內燃機關)의 배기통로에 설치된 탈초촉매층(脫硝觸媒層)의 상류측의 배기가스에 환원제 포함 공기를 첨가하고, 탈초촉매층에 있어서 배기가스 중의 질소산화물을 환원시켜서 배기가스를 정화하는 배기가스 정화시스템(排氣gas 淨化system)에 있어서,
환원제 산화촉매층을 병설(倂設)하고, 상기 탈초촉매층의 촉매재생(觸媒再生) 시에, 상기 환원제 산화촉매층에 환원제 및 공기를 공급하고, 이 환원제 산화촉매층에 있어서 환원제와 공기에 의한 산화반응에서 발생한 반응열에 의하여 고온의 산화반응가스를 발생시키고, 이 고온의 산화반응가스를 상기 탈초촉매층에 유입하여 탈초촉매를 가열함으로써 탈초촉매를 재생하고,
고온의 산화반응가스에 의한 탈초촉매의 가열온도가 500℃ 이상, 800℃ 이하이고,
상기 환원제 산화촉매층에, 상기 탈초촉매층의 상류측의 배기가스에 공급하는 환원제와 동종(同種)의 환원제 또는 별종(別種)의 환원제를 공급하는 환원제공급 부라인(還元劑供給 副line)을 접속하는 한편, 공기를 상기 탈초촉매층의 상류측의 배기가스에 공급하는 공기공급 주라인의 도중에 공기공급 분기라인을 설치하고, 이 공기공급 분기라인을 상기 환원제 산화촉매층에 접속시켜 두고, 상기 탈초촉매층의 촉매재생 시에, 상기 환원제 산화촉매층에 환원제공급 부라인으로부터 동종의 환원제 또는 별종의 환원제를 공급함과 아울러, 공기의 공급을 공기공급 주라인으로부터 공기공급 분기라인으로 절환하여, 상기 환원제 산화촉매층에 공기를 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 배기가스 정화시스템에 있어서의 탈초촉매의 온사이트 재생방법(on-site 再生方法).

상기 환원제 산화촉매층에, 상기 탈초촉매층의 상류측의 배기가스에 공급하는 환원제와 동종의 환원제 또는 별종의 환원제를 공급하는 환원제공급 부라인 및 상기 환원제 산화촉매층에 공기를 공급하는 공기공급 부라인을, 상기 탈초촉매층의 상류측의 배기가스에 환원제를 공급하는 환원제공급 주라인 및 공기를 공급하는 공기공급 주라인과는 각각 별도로 설치하여 두고, 상기 탈초촉매층의 촉매재생 시에, 상기 환원제 산화촉매층에 환원제공급 부라인으로부터 동종의 환원제 또는 별종의 환원제를 공급함과 아울러 공기공급 부라인으로부터 공기를 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 배기가스 정화시스템에 있어서의 탈초촉매의 온사이트 재생방법(on-site 再生方法).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
탈초촉매층의 하류측의 배기통로에 공기가열용 열교환기(熱交換器)를 설치하고, 상기 열교환기에 있어서 탈초촉매층으로부터 배출된 정화배기가스의 배열(排熱)에 의하여 공기를 가온(加溫)하고, 이 가온공기를 상기 환원제 산화촉매층에 공급하여 환원제와 공기에 의한 산화반응을 일으키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 배기가스 정화시스템에 있어서의 탈초촉매의 온사이트 재생방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
환원제가 알코올(alcohol), 에테르(ether), 케톤류(ketone類) 및 탄화수소로 이루어지는 군(群) 중에서 선택된 적어도 1개의 유기화합물로서, 탈초촉매층의 상류측의 배기가스에, 기화(氣化) 환원제와 함께 공기를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 배기가스 정화시스템에 있어서의 탈초촉매의 온사이트 재생방법. - 삭제
