Abstract
Description
도 1은 본 발명의 태양광 제어 코팅을 갖는 모놀리식 투명체(monolithic transparency)의 형태인 본 발명의 투명체의 측면도(치수에 비례하지 않음)이다.
도 2는 본 발명의 예시적인 태양광 제어 코팅의 다층 구조를 예시하는 도 1의 투명체의 측면도(치수에 비례하지 않음)이다.
도 3은 절연 유리 장치(insulated glass unit: IGU)에 혼입된 도 1 및 2의 투명체의 측면도(치수에 비례하지 않음)이다.
도 4는 적층 장치(laminated unit)에 혼입된 도 1 및 2의 투명체의 측면도(치수에 비례하지 않음)이다.
Claims (21)
- 제1 상 조정 층;
상기 제1 상 조정 층 위에 위치하고, 은을 포함하는, 제1 금속 작용성 층;
상기 제1 금속 작용성 층 위에 위치하는 선택적인 제1 프라이머 층;
상기 제1 금속 작용성 층 위에 위치하는 제2 상 조정 층;
상기 제2 상 조정 층 위에 위치하고, 은을 포함하는, 제2 금속 작용성 층;
상기 제2 금속 작용성 층 위에 위치하는 선택적인 제2 프라이머 층;
상기 제2 금속 작용성 층 위에 위치하는 제3 상 조정 층;
상기 제3 상 조정 층 위에 위치하고, 은을 포함하는, 제3 금속 작용성 층;
상기 제3 금속 작용성 층 위에 위치하는 선택적인 제3 프라이머 층;
상기 제3 금속 작용성 층 위에 위치하는 제4 상 조정 층;
상기 제4 상 조정 층 위에 위치하고, 은을 포함하는, 제4 금속 작용성 층;
상기 제4 금속 작용성 층 위에 위치하는 선택적인 제4 프라이머 층;
상기 제4 금속 작용성 층 위에 위치하는 선택적인 제5 상 조정 층; 및
상기 선택적인 제5 상 조정 층 위에 위치하는 선택적인 보호 층
을 포함하는 태양광 제어 코팅으로서,
상기 제2 금속 작용성 층이 10 nm 내지 20 nm의 두께를 갖는 연속 층이고,
상기 제3 금속 작용성 층이 0.2 nm 내지 5 nm의 유효 두께를 갖는 아임계 층이고,
태양광 제어 코팅이 64% 이하의 시감 투과율 및 0.5 이하의 태양열 취득 계수(SHGC)의 기준 절연 유리 장치(IGU) 값을 제공하는, 태양광 제어 코팅. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 상 조정 층이 45 내지 75 nm의 광학 두께를 갖는, 태양광 제어 코팅. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 상 조정 층이 100 내지 150 nm의 광학 두께를 갖는, 태양광 제어 코팅. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제3 상 조정 층이 57 내지 87 nm의 광학 두께를 갖는, 태양광 제어 코팅. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제4 상 조정 층이 55 내지 86 nm의 광학 두께를 갖는, 태양광 제어 코팅. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 금속 작용성 층이 연속 층이고, 10 내지 15 nm의 두께를 갖는, 태양광 제어 코팅. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제3 금속 작용성 층이 0.2 내지 1 nm의 유효 두께를 갖는 아임계 층을 포함하는, 태양광 제어 코팅. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제4 금속 작용성 층이 5 내지 30 nm의 두께를 갖는 연속 층인, 태양광 제어 코팅. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 선택적인 제3 프라이머 층이 0.1 내지 2 nm의 두께 또는 유효 두께를 갖는, 태양광 제어 코팅. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 선택적인 제5 상 조정 층이 45 내지 75 nm의 광학 두께를 갖는, 태양광 제어 코팅. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 선택적인 보호 층이 티타니아를 포함하는, 태양광 제어 코팅. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 태양광 제어 코팅이 0.24 이하의 태양열 취득 계수(SHGC), 55% 이하의 시감 투과율, 및 1.73 이상의 태양광 취득에 대한 광투과 비(LSG)의 기준 절연 유리 장치(IGU) 값을 제공하는, 태양광 제어 코팅. - 제1 상 조정 층;
상기 제1 상 조정 층 위에 위치하고, 은을 포함하는, 제1 금속 작용성 층;
상기 제1 금속 작용성 층 위에 위치하는 선택적인 제1 프라이머 층;

태양광 제어 코팅이 64% 이하의 시감 투과율 및 0.5 이하의 태양열 취득 계수(SHGC)의 기준 절연 유리 장치(IGU) 값을 제공하는, 태양광 제어 코팅. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 제1 상 조정 층이 45 내지 75 nm의 광학 두께를 갖고,
상기 제2 상 조정 층이 100 내지 150 nm의 광학 두께를 갖고,
상기 제3 상 조정 층이 57 내지 87 nm의 광학 두께를 갖고,

상기 제1 금속 작용성 층이 10 내지 15 nm의 두께를 갖고,

상기 선택적인 제5 상 조정 층이 45 내지 75 nm의 광학 두께를 갖는, 태양광 제어 코팅. - 제1 상 조정 층;

상기 제1 금속 작용성 층 및 상기 제4 금속 작용성 층이 둘다 1 nm 내지 5 nm의 유효 두께를 갖는 아임계 층일 수 없고,
태양광 제어 코팅이 64% 이하의 시감 투과율 및 0.5 이하의 태양열 취득 계수(SHGC)의 기준 절연 유리 장치(IGU) 값을 제공하는, 태양광 제어 코팅. - 제18항에 있어서,
상기 제1 상 조정 층이 45 내지 75 nm의 광학 두께를 갖고,
상기 제2 상 조정 층이 100 내지 150 nm의 광학 두께를 갖고,
상기 제3 상 조정 층이 57 내지 87 nm의 광학 두께를 갖고,
상기 제4 상 조정 층이 55 내지 86 nm의 광학 두께를 갖는,
태양광 제어 코팅. - 제18항에 있어서,
상기 제2 금속 작용성 층이 10 내지 20 nm의 두께를 갖는 연속 층을 포함하고,
상기 제3 금속 작용성 층이 10 내지 20 nm의 두께를 갖는 연속 층을 포함하는,
태양광 제어 코팅. - 제18항에 있어서,
상기 선택적인 제5 상 조정 층이 45 내지 75 nm의 광학 두께를 갖는, 태양광 제어 코팅.
