도 2는 제1 전극활물질층과 제2 전극활물질층 간의 계면 접착 강도를 측정하는 방법을 개략적으로 나타낸 단면도이다.
도 3은 전극에서 박리가 이루어지는 부분이 표시된, 전극 집전체와 전극 활물질층을 포함한 전극의 단면도이다.
도 4는 실시예 1, 비교예 1 및 비교예 2에서 제조된 전극의 접착력을 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (6)
- (i) 1차 코팅되는 제1 전극합제와 2차 코팅되는 제2 전극합제를 준비하는 단계; (ii) 상기 제1 전극합제를 전극집전체에 코팅하고 건조하는 단계; 및
(iii) 제1 전극합제 상에 제2 전극합제를 코팅하고 건조하되, 상기 (ii) 단계에서의 제1 전극합제 건조 속도보다 제2 전극합제 건조 속도가 느리게 수행되도록 하는 단계;를 포함하고,
제1 전극합제 및 제2 전극합제 각각의 건조 속도를 1초당 용매 건조량이 0.1 내지 30 mg/sec 범위이고,
2 전극합제의 건조 속도가 제1 전극합제 건조 속도의 30 내지 50 % 인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지용 전극의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
제2 전극합제가 제1 전극합제보다 10 내지 20 mg/sec 느리게 건조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 전극합제와 제2 전극합제가 동일한 성분 및 조성비를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 전극합제의 바인더 함량은 제1 전극합제 고형분 전체 중량을 기준으로 2% 내지 10% 범위이고, 제2 전극합제의 바인더 함량은 제1 전극합제의 바인더 함량보다 적은 범위에서 제2 전극합제 고형분 전체 중량을 기준으로 1% 내지 9% 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 전극집전체, 제1 전극합제로부터 형성된 제1 전극활물질층 및 제2 전극합제로부터 형성된 제2 전극활물질층을 포함하는 전극에 있어서,
상기 전극집전체와 제1 전극활물질층간 계면 접착강도보다 제1 전극활물질층과 제2 전극활물질층간 계면 접착강도가 크고,
상기 제1 전극활물질층과 상기 제2 전극활물질층의 두께비는 1:9 내지 5:5 인 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 기재된 제조방법에 의해 수득된 이차전지용 전극.
