Claims (7)
- 상방이 개방되는 수용공간을 형성하는 케이싱의 측부로부터 양쪽 측면과 하부면이 수평되게 연장되어 연결공간을 형성하고, 상기 수용공간과 상기 연결공간에 철근이 배근되며, 상기 수용공간 내에 콘크리트의 타설에 의해 철근콘크리트를 형성하는 다수의 분할제진대;
상기 분할제진대 각각의 연결공간을 서로 연결시킨 상태를 유지하도록 상기 분할제진대 각각의 케이싱을 서로 연결시키는 거푸집연결부;
상기 분할제진대 각각의 연결공간으로 노출되는 철근을 서로 연결시키는 철근연결부; 및
상기 분할제진대가 각각 서로 연결된 연결공간 내에 콘크리트와 함께 타설되어 철근콘크리트를 형성하는 채움재;
를 포함하고,
상기 채움재의 탄성계수는, 수용공간 내에 타설되는 콘크리트의 탄성계수의 50~200%인 것을 특징으로 하는 동일한 구조물 동적특성을 갖는 분리형 일체화 제진대. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 거푸집연결부는,
서로 인접하는 상기 분할제진대 각각의 연결공간 바닥면 상에 용접으로 각각 고정되는 고정볼트;
상기 고정볼트 각각에 끼워지고, 상기 하부면 두께보다 1~5배에 해당하는 두께를 가지는 연결판; 및
상기 연결판으로부터 각각 돌출되는 고정볼트에 각각 나사체결됨으로써, 상기 연결판이 서로 인접하는 상기 분할제진대를 연결시키도록 고정되는 너트;
를 포함하는, 동일한 구조물 동적특성을 갖는 분리형 일체화 제진대. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 철근연결부는,
서로 인접하는 연결공간 각각에 일렬로 배치되는 철근 각각의 끝단에 형성되는 수나사부에 나사 결합됨으로써, 철근을 서로 연결시키는 연결너트; 및
상기 연결너트 양단에 각각 접하도록 상기 철근 각각의 수나사부에 나사 결합됨으로써, 상기 연결너트의 풀림을 방지하도록 하는 풀림방지너트;
를 포함하는, 동일한 구조물 동적특성을 갖는 분리형 일체화 제진대. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 철근연결부는,
상기 연결너트와 상기 풀림방지너트 사이에 개재되고, 상기 연결너트 및 상기 풀림방지너트의 폭보다 큰 직경을 가지는 걸림와셔를 더 포함하는, 동일한 구조물 동적특성을 갖는 분리형 일체화 제진대. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 거푸집의 하부면에 수직되게 설치되어 콘크리트의 거동을 방지하는 전단키를 더 포함하고,
상기 전단키는,
상기 거푸집의 하부면에 수직되게 용접으로 고정되는 포스트; 및
상기 포스트의 상단에 확장된 직경이나 폭을 가지도록 마련되는 머리부;
를 포함하는, 동일한 구조물 동적특성을 갖는 분리형 일체화 제진대. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 거푸집의 하부면에 수직되게 설치되어 콘크리트의 거동을 방지하는 전단키를 더 포함하고,
상기 전단키는,
상기 거푸집의 하부면에 용접으로 고정되는 고정너트;
상기 고정너트에 나사 결합되어 수직되게 설치되는 연결볼트;
상기 연결볼트의 상단에 확장된 직경이나 폭을 가지도록 마련되는 머리부; 및
상기 연결볼트에 나사 결합되어 상기 고정너트 상에 설치되는 풀림방지너트;
를 포함하는, 동일한 구조물 동적특성을 갖는 분리형 일체화 제진대. - 청구항 5 또는 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 전단키가 관통하도록 상기 거푸집의 하부면과 상기 콘크리트 또는 상기 채움재 사이에 개재되도록 설치되는 댐핑패드를 더 포함하는, 동일한 구조물 동적특성을 갖는 분리형 일체화 제진대.
