Claims (28)
- 기재(X)와 상기 기재(X)에 적층된 층(Y)을 갖는 복합 구조체로서,
상기 층(Y)은 반응 생성물(R)을 함유하고, 상기 반응 생성물(R)은, 적어도 금속 산화물(A)과 인 화합물(B)이 반응하여 이루어지는 반응 생성물이며, 상기 층(Y)의 X선 광전자 분광 측정에 있어서 수득되는, 산소 원자의 1s 전자 궤도의 결합 에너지의 피크 위치가 532.0eV 이상에 위치하고, 당해 피크의 반값폭이 2.0eV 미만인, 복합 구조체. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 층(Y)의 X선 광전자 분광 측정으로부터 산출되는 원자수에 있어서, 상기 금속 산화물(A)을 구성하는 금속 원자(M), 산소 원자, 및 인 원자의 3종의 원자의 합계 원자수가, 상기 층(Y)의 전 원자수의 60% 이상인, 복합 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 산화물(A)은, 가수 분해 가능한 특성기가 결합한 금속 원자(M)를 함유하는 화합물(L)의 가수 분해 축합물인, 복합 구조체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 화합물(L)이, 이하의 화학식 I로 표시되는 적어도 1종의 화합물(L1)을 함유하는, 복합 구조체.

상기 화학식 I에서,
M1은 Al, Ti 및 Zr로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 금속 원자이고,
X1은 F, Cl, Br, I, R2O-, R3C(=O)O-, (R4C(=O))2CH- 및 NO3로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되고, R1, R2, R3 및 R4는 각각 알킬기, 아르알킬기, 아릴기 및 알케닐기로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되고,
화학식 I에서, 복수의 X1이 존재하는 경우에는, 이들 X1은 서로 동일해도 좋고 상이해도 좋고,
화학식 I에서, 복수의 R1이 존재하는 경우에는, 이들 R1은 서로 동일해도 좋고 상이해도 좋고,
화학식 I에서, 복수의 R2가 존재하는 경우에는, 이들 R2는 서로 동일해도 좋고 상이해도 좋고,
화학식 I에서, 복수의 R3이 존재하는 경우에는, 이들 R3은 서로 동일해도 좋고 상이해도 좋고,
화학식 I에서, 복수의 R4가 존재하는 경우에는, 이들 R4는 서로 동일해도 좋고 상이해도 좋고,
n은 M1의 원자가와 동일하고,
m은 1 내지 n의 정수이다. - 제4항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 I의 상기 금속 원자(M1)가 알루미늄이고,
상기 층(Y)의 X선 광전자 분광 측정에 있어서 수득되는, 알루미늄 원자의 2p 전자 궤도의 결합 에너지의 피크 위치가 74.5eV 이상에 위치하고, 당해 피크의 반값폭이 2.0eV 미만인, 복합 구조체. - 제4항에 있어서, 상기 화합물(L1)이, 알루미늄트리이소프로폭사이드 및 알루미늄트리s-부톡사이드로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 화합물을 함유하는, 복합 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인 화합물(B)이, 상기 금속 산화물(A)과 반응 가능한 부위를 복수 함유하는, 복합 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인 화합물(B)이, 인산, 폴리인산, 아인산, 포스폰산 및 이들의 유도체로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 화합물인, 복합 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 층(Y)에 있어서, 상기 금속 산화물(A)을 구성하는 금속 원자(M)의 몰 수(NM)와, 상기 인 화합물(B)에서 유래하는 인 원자의 몰 수(NP)가, 1.0≤(상기 몰 수(NM))/(상기 몰 수(NP))≤3.6의 관계를 충족시키는, 복합 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 층(Y)이, 수산기, 카복실기, 카복실산 무수물기, 및 카복실기의 염으로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 관능기(f)를 함유하는 중합체(C)를 추가로 함유하는, 복합 구조체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 중합체(C)가, 폴리비닐알코올, 에틸렌-비닐알코올 공중합체, 다당류, 폴리아크릴산, 폴리아크릴산의 염, 폴리메타크릴산 및 폴리메타크릴산의 염으로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 중합체인, 복합 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기재(X)가, 열가소성 수지 필름층, 종이층 및 무기 증착층으로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 층을 포함하는, 복합 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 층(Y)이 상기 기재(X)의 양면에 적층되는, 복합 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 40℃, 90/0% RH의 조건하에 있어서의 투습도가 0.1g/(㎡·day) 이하인, 복합 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 85℃, 85/0% RH의 조건하에 있어서, 100시간 계속해서 투습도를 측정했을 때에, 0 내지 100시간의 평균 투습도가 5g/(㎡·day) 이하인, 복합 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 85℃, 85/0% RH의 조건하에 있어서, 2000시간 계속해서 투습도를 측정했을 때에, 1900 내지 2000시간의 평균 투습도가 5g/(㎡·day) 이하인, 복합 구조체.
- 제1항에 기재된 복합 구조체를 함유하는 제품으로서,
상기 복합 구조체가, 포장 재료, 태양 전지 부재 또는 디스플레이 부재에 사용되고 있는 제품. - 제1항에 기재된 복합 구조체의 제조 방법으로서,
금속 산화물(A)과, 상기 금속 산화물(A)과 반응 가능한 부위를 함유하는 적어도 1종의 화합물과, 용매를 혼합함으로써, 상기 금속 산화물(A), 상기 적어도 1종의 화합물 및 상기 용매를 함유하는 코팅액(U)을 조제하는 공정 (I)과,
상기 기재(X) 위에 상기 코팅액(U)을 도포함으로써, 상기 기재(X) 위에 상기 층(Y)의 전구체층을 형성하는 공정 (II)과,
상기 전구체층을 140℃ 이상의 온도에서 열처리하여 상기 층(Y)을 형성하는 공정 (III)을 포함하고,
상기 적어도 1종의 화합물이 인 화합물(B)을 함유하고,
상기 코팅액(U)은, 공정 (I)에 있어서 조제된 후 공정 (II)에 있어서 도포될 때까지, 50℃ 이하로 유지되고,
상기 코팅액(U)에 있어서, 상기 금속 산화물(A)을 구성하는 금속 원자(M)의 몰 수(NM)와, 상기 인 화합물(B)에 함유되는 인 원자의 몰 수(NP)가, 1.0≤(상기 몰 수(NM))/(상기 몰 수(NP))≤3.6의 관계를 충족시키는, 제조 방법. - 삭제
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 공정 (II)에서 도포될 때의 상기 코팅액(U)의 점도로서, 브룩필드형 회전 점도계(SB형 점도계; 로터 No.3, 회전 속도 60rpm)로 측정된 점도가, 당해 도포시의 온도에 있어서 3000mPa·s 이하인, 제조 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 공정 (I)이,
상기 금속 산화물(A)을 함유하는 액체(S)를 조제하는 공정 (a)와,
상기 인 화합물(B)을 함유하는 용액(T)을 조제하는 공정 (b)와,
상기 액체(S)와 상기 용액(T)을 혼합하는 공정 (c)를 포함하고,
상기 공정 (c)에서 혼합될 때의, 상기 액체(S)의 온도 및 상기 용액(T)의 온도가, 모두 50℃ 이하인, 제조 방법. - 제21항에 있어서, 상기 공정 (a)는, 가수 분해 가능한 특성기가 결합한 금속 원자(M)를 함유하는 화합물(L), 상기 화합물(L)의 부분 가수 분해물, 상기 화합물(L)의 완전 가수 분해물, 상기 화합물(L)의 부분 가수 분해 축합물, 및 상기 화합물(L)의 완전 가수 분해물의 일부가 축합한 것으로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 축합 또는 가수 분해 축합하는 공정을 포함하는, 제조 방법.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 화합물(L)이, 이하의 화학식 I로 표시되는 적어도 1종의 화합물(L1)을 함유하는, 제조 방법.

- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 인 화합물(B)이, 인산, 폴리인산, 아인산, 포스폰산 및 이들의 유도체로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 화합물인, 제조 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 코팅액(U)이, 수산기, 카복실기, 카복실산 무수물기, 및 카복실기의 염으로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 관능기(f)를 함유하는 중합체(C)를 추가로 함유하는, 제조 방법.
- 제27항에 있어서, 상기 중합체(C)가, 폴리비닐알코올, 에틸렌-비닐알코올 공중합체, 다당류, 폴리아크릴산, 폴리아크릴산의 염, 폴리메타크릴산 및 폴리메타크릴산의 염으로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 중합체인, 제조 방법.
