Abstract
본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 부산물 처리 방법은 제철 공정에서 발생되는 슬래그를 마련하는 과정; 상기 슬래그를 산이 함유된 용액으로 처리하여 마그네슘 용출액을 추출하는 과정; 상기 마그네슘 용출액을 가수 분해하여 마그네슘 화합물을 제조하는 과정; 상기 마그네슘 화합물을 소성하여 이산화탄소(CO2)를 해리시키는 과정; 및 상기 이산화탄소(CO2)로부터 연료 기체를 제조하는 과정;을 포함한다.

Claims (12)
- 제철 공정에서 발생되는 슬래그를 마련하는 과정;
상기 슬래그를 산이 함유된 용액으로 처리하여 마그네슘 용출액을 추출하는 과정;
상기 마그네슘 용출액을 가수 분해하여 마그네슘 화합물을 제조하는 과정;
상기 마그네슘 화합물을 소성하여 이산화탄소(CO2)를 해리시키는 과정; 및
상기 이산화탄소(CO2)로부터 연료 기체를 제조하는 과정;을 포함하고,
상기 연료 기체를 제조하는 과정은,
상기 이산화탄소(CO2)를 메탄(CH4)이 함유된 가스와 900 내지 1100℃의 온도에서 반응시켜, 일산화탄소(CO) 가스 및 수소(H2) 가스를 포함하는 연료 기체를 제조하고,
상기 수소(H2) 가스의 생성량은 상기 연료 기체에 대하여 65 내지 75 mol%의 값을 가지는 부산물 처리 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 슬래그는 전체 중량%에 대하여 50 내지 60 중량%의 이산화규소(SiO2) 및 30 내지 40 중량%의 산화마그네슘(MgO)을 함유하는 부산물 처리 방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 슬래그는 페로니켈을 제조하는 과정에서 페로니켈 슬래그를 포함하는 부산물 처리 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 마그네슘 용출액을 추출하는 과정은,
상기 슬래그로부터 고형의 이산화규소(SiO2)를 분리하여 마그네슘 용출액을 추출하는 부산물 처리 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 마그네슘 화합물을 제조하는 과정은,
상기 마그네슘 용출액을 가수 분해하여 수산화마그네슘(Mg(OH)2) 용액을 제조하는 과정; 및
상기 수산화마그네슘(Mg(OH)2) 용액을 탄산화하여 고형의 탄산마그네슘(Mg(CO3))을 제조하는 과정;을 포함하는 부산물 처리 방법.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 고형의 탄산마그네슘(Mg(CO3))을 제조하는 과정은,
상기 수산화마그네슘(Mg(OH)2) 용액에 이산화탄소(CO2)가 함유된 가스를 첨가하여 고형의 탄산마그네슘(Mg(CO3))을 제조하는 부산물 처리 방법.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 이산화탄소(CO2)가 함유된 가스는 고로 가스(BFG: Blast Furnace Gas) 및 전로 가스(LDG: Linze Donawitz Gas) 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 부산물 처리 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 이산화탄소(CO2)를 해리시키는 과정은,
상기 마그네슘 화합물을 900 내지 1200℃의 온도로 소성하여 이산화탄소(CO2)를 해리시키는 부산물 처리 방법.
