Abstract
이를 이용하여 난검출성으로 알려지고 국내유입가능 고위험군으로 분류된 뎅기바이러스를 조기 검출할 수 있으며 치료 및 예후판정에도 이용될 수 있다.
Description
도 2는 본 발명에 사용된 펩타이드 유래 분자결합자를 포함하는 박테리오파지 후보군의 타깃단백질에 대한 ELISA assay를 통해 결합력을 측정한 결과이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 사용된 펩타이드 유래 분자결합자를 포함하는 박테리오파지 후보군의 타깃단백질에 대한 결합력을 전기화학적(cyclic voltammetry, CV) 검출방법을 사용하여 분석한 결과이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 사용된 펩타이드 유래 분자결합자를 포함하는 박테리오파지 후보군의 타깃단백질에 대한 결합력을 전기화학적(Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy) 검출방법을 사용하여 분석한 결과이다.
도 5는 본 발명에 사용된 펩타이드 유래 분자결합자를 포함하는 박테리오파지 후보군의 타깃단백질에 대한 결합력을 측정하기 위해서 바이오틴을 back-filling처리한 후 전기화학적(Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy) 검출방법을 사용하여 분석한 결과이다.

- 목적단백질 또는 목적펩타이드를 타깃으로 하는 분자결합자 혹은 그 분자결합자를 포함하는 수용성 분획을 금속칩에 위치 특이적으로 고정시키는 단계를 포함하되, 상기 분자결합자는 서열목록 4의 아미노산 서열(HSYTQTSLWMKV)을 포함하는 서열로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 뎅기바이러스 조기검출용 바이오칩의 제작방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,
펩타이드 유래 분자결합자는 D형, L형, 펩토이드 모노머를 포함한 펩타이드 모방체 또는 비천연 아미노산 중의 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 뎅기바이러스 조기검출용 바이오칩의 제작방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
펩타이드 유래 분자결합자는 이중체(dimer), 삼중체(trimer) 또는 다중체(multimer)인 것을 특징으로 하는 뎅기바이러스 조기검출용 바이오칩의 제작방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
분자결합자는 목적펩티드의 N말단, C말단 또는 N-C중간에 시스테인을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 뎅기바이러스 조기검출용 바이오칩의 제작방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
