Abstract
축전 장치용 전극에 있어서, 집전체와, 집전체 위의 제 1 활물질층과, 상기 제 1 활물질층 위의 산화 니오븀을 갖는 입자 및 입상 활물질을 함유한 제 2 활물질층을 갖는 전극을 사용함으로써, 축전 장치의 충방전 사이클 특성 및 레이트 특성을 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한 입상 활물질과 산화 니오븀을 갖는 입자가 접촉함으로써, 입상 활물질이 물리적으로 고정되기 때문에, 축전 장치의 충방전에 따른 활물질의 팽창 또는 수축으로 인한 미세 분말화, 집전체로부터의 박리 등의 열화를 억제할 수 있다.

- 전극의 제작 방법에 있어서,
집전체 위에 제 1 활물질층을 형성하는 단계로서, 상기 제 1 활물질층은 주석, 알루미늄, 및 게르마늄 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 재료를 포함하는, 단계;
상기 제 1 활물질층에, 바인더, 도전 보조제, 산화 니오븀을 포함하는 입자, 및 상기 산화 니오븀을 포함하는 입자에 부착된 입상 활물질을 포함하는 슬러리를 도포하는 단계와;
상기 슬러리에 있는 용매를 증발시켜, 상기 제 1 활물질층 위에 상기 산화 니오븀을 포함하는 입자 및 상기 입상 활물질을 포함하는 제 2 활물질층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 산화 니오븀을 포함하는 입자는 졸겔법에 의해 형성되는, 전극의 제작 방법. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 산화 니오븀을 포함하는 입자는 니오븀알콕사이드의 가수분해 반응을 이용하여 형성되는, 전극의 제작 방법. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 니오븀알콕사이드의 상기 가수분해 반응 후에 분산액을 제작하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 전극의 제작 방법. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 가수분해 반응은 안정화제를 포함하는 용액에서 행해지는, 전극의 제작 방법. - 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 용액은 톨루엔을 포함하는, 전극의 제작 방법. - 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 안정화제는 에틸 아세토아세테이트인, 전극의 제작 방법.
