Claims (9)
- 표면에 촉매를 담지한 기재 상에 카본 나노튜브 배향 집합체를 성장시키는 카본 나노튜브 배향 집합체의 제조장치로서,
상기 촉매에 카본 나노튜브의 원료 가스를 공급하고, 또한 상기 촉매 및 상기 원료 가스 중 적어도 어느 한쪽을 가열하여, 상기 기재 상에 카본 나노튜브 배향 집합체를 성장시키는 성장 유닛을 구비하고,
상기 성장 유닛은,
상기 원료 가스를 상기 기재 상에 분사하는 분사구를 구비하는 분사부와,
상기 분사부에서 볼 때, 상기 기재가 재치되는 재치면과는 반대측에 있고, 상기 분사구로부터 분사되어 상기 기재에 접촉한 후의 상기 원료 가스를, 카본 나노튜브 배향 집합체를 성장시킬 때에 상기 기재를 격납하는 성장로로부터 배출하는 제 1 배기구와,
상기 기재에 접촉한 후의 상기 원료 가스를 상기 제 1 배기구를 향해 배기하는 제 2 배기구가 복수 설치된 배기부
를 구비하며,
상기 복수의 제 2 배기구가 상기 분사구보다 상기 제 1 배기구에 가까운 측에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 카본 나노튜브 배향 집합체의 제조장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 배기부는 상기 재치면에 대향하는 면을 갖고, 당해 면에 상기 복수의 제 2 배기구가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 카본 나노튜브 배향 집합체의 제조장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 분사부는, 상기 분사구가 복수 배열된 분사구 열을 구비하는 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 카본 나노튜브 배향 집합체의 제조장치. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 분사구 열이 복수 배열되어 있고, 상기 분사구 열끼리의 사이에 공극이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 카본 나노튜브 배향 집합체의 제조장치. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 배기구가 복수 배열된 배기구 열이, 적어도 일렬씩, 이웃하는 상기 분사구 열과 상기 분사구 열 사이에 위치하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 카본 나노튜브 배향 집합체의 제조장치. - 제 3 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 분사부가, 상기 분사구가 복수 배열된 분사구 열을 빗 형상으로 복수 구비하는 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 카본 나노튜브 배향 집합체의 제조장치. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 분사부를 두 개 구비하고, 두 개의 상기 분사부가, 한쪽 빗살이 다른쪽 빗살 사이에 위치하도록 대향하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 카본 나노튜브 배향 집합체의 제조장치. - 표면에 촉매를 담지한 기재 상에 카본 나노튜브 배향 집합체를 성장시키는 카본 나노튜브 배향 집합체의 제조방법으로서,
성장 유닛에서, 상기 촉매에 카본 나노튜브의 원료 가스를 공급하고, 또한 상기 촉매 및 상기 원료 가스 중 적어도 어느 한쪽을 가열하여, 상기 기재 상에 카본 나노튜브 배향 집합체를 성장시키는 성장 공정을 포함하고,
상기 성장 유닛은,
상기 원료 가스를 상기 기재 상에 분사하는 분사구를 구비하는 분사부와,
상기 분사부에서 볼 때, 상기 기재가 재치되는 재치면과는 반대측에 있고, 상기 분사구로부터 분사되어 상기 기재에 접촉한 후의 상기 원료 가스를, 카본 나노튜브 배향 집합체를 성장시킬 때에 상기 기재를 격납하는 성장로로부터 배출하는 제 1 배기구와,
상기 기재에 접촉한 후의 상기 원료 가스를 상기 제 1 배기구를 향해 배기하는 제 2 배기구가 복수 설치된 배기부
를 구비하며,
상기 복수의 제 2 배기구가 상기 분사구보다 상기 제 1 배기구에 가까운 측에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 카본 나노튜브 배향 집합체의 제조방법. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 원료 가스와 함께 촉매 부활 물질을 공급하는 것을 포함하는 카본 나노튜브 배향 집합체의 제조방법.
