Abstract
Description
도 2 는, 표면에 저부가 연속된 홈 형상인 오목부가 등간격으로, 또한, 인접하는 오목부가 평행하게 형성되어 있는 합판 유리용 중간막의 일례를 나타내는 모식도이다.
Claims (9)
- 2 층 이상의 수지층이 적층된 합판 유리용 중간막으로서,
적어도 일방의 표면에, 다수의 미세한 오목부와 다수의 미세한 볼록부가 형성되어 있고,
상기 오목부는, 저부가 연속된 홈 형상을 갖고, 인접하는 상기 오목부가 평행하게 규칙적으로 형성되어 있고, 인접하는 상기 오목부의 간격이 180 ∼ 400 ㎛ 이고,
JIS B-0601 (1994) 에 준거하여 측정되는 오목부의 홈 깊이 (Rzg) 가 10 ∼ 40 ㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간막. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
인접하는 오목부가 평행하게 등간격으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간막. - 삭제
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
수지층은, 폴리비닐아세탈과 가소제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간막. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
적어도 제 1 수지층과 제 2 수지층을 갖고, 상기 제 1 수지층에 함유되는 폴리비닐아세탈의 수산기량이, 상기 제 2 수지층에 함유되는 폴리비닐아세탈의 수산기량과 상이한 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간막. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
제 1 수지층에 있어서의 폴리비닐아세탈 100 질량부에 대한 가소제의 함유량이, 제 2 수지층에 있어서의 폴리비닐아세탈 100 질량부에 대한 가소제의 함유량과 상이한 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리용 중간막. - 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 기재된 합판 유리용 중간막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합판 유리.
