Claims (8)
- 폴리실라잔 변성 에폭시 60~70 중량%, 이미다졸계 촉매 2~5중량%, 실리카 20~30 중량% 및 용제 5~7 중량%로 이루어지는 주제; 및
디에틸렌트리아민 80~90중량%, 메타자일렌디아민 5~10 중량% 및 2,4,6-트리스(디메틸아미노메틸)페놀 5~10중량%을 포함하는 아민 혼합물인 경화제;로 이루어지며,
상기 폴리실라잔 변성 에폭시는, 하기 화학식 1으로 표시되는 폴리실라잔에 포함되는 다수의 N 및 Si에, 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 다수의 레조시놀 에폭시가 하기 화학식 3및 화학식 4의 형태로 결합되며, 중합도(n)는 1~2인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리실라잔 변성 에폭시를 포함하고,
상기 경화제는 상기 주제 총 중량을 기준으로 5~35 중량%의 함량으로 포함되는 케미컬 탱크용 도료 조성물.

- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 폴리실라잔 변성 에폭시는,
상기 폴리실라잔과 상기 레조시놀 에폭시의 반응에 의해 형성되며,
상기 반응은 폴리실라잔 10~20 중량% 및 상기 레조시놀 에폭시 80~90 중량%로 혼합하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리실라잔 변성 에폭시를 포함하는 케미컬 탱크용 도료 조성물.

100~120℃ 의 온도 범위에서 상기 이미다졸계 촉매 하에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리실라잔 변성 에폭시를 포함하는 케미컬 탱크용 도료 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 이미다졸계 촉매는,
1-메틸이미다졸, 2-메틸이미다졸, 2-에틸-4-메틸이미다졸, 2,4-디메틸이미다졸, 2-페닐이미다졸, 1-비닐-2-메틸이미다졸 및2-에틸-4-메틸이미다졸 로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리실라잔 변성 에폭시를 포함하는 케미컬 탱크용 도료 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 폴리실라잔 변성 에폭시는,
25℃에서 점도 80~150cps, 에폭시 당량 100~120 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리실라잔 변성 에폭시를 포함하는 케미컬 탱크용 도료 조성물.
