Claims (17)
- 제 1 상으로서 65용적% 이상의 비율의 알루미늄 옥사이드 및 제 2 상으로서 10 내지 35용적% 비율의 지르코늄 옥사이드를 포함하는 복합 재료로서,
여기서, 총 지르코늄 옥사이드 함량을 기준으로 80 내지 99%의 지르코늄 옥사이드가 정방정계 상으로 존재하고,
상기 알루미늄 옥사이드는 세라믹 매트릭스로서 존재하고,
상기 지르코늄 옥사이드는 상기 알루미늄 옥사이드 중에 분산된, 복합 재료. - 제 1항에 있어서, 지르코늄 옥사이드 입자가 평균 0.1 내지 0.5μm의 그레인 크기(grain size)를 지님을 특징으로 하는, 복합 재료.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 복합 재료는 하나 이상의 화학적 안정화제들을 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 복합 재료.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 복합 재료 중의 지르코늄 옥사이드 함량에 대한 화학적 안정화제의 함량이 Y2O3의 경우 1.5몰% 이하이고, CeO2의 경우 3몰% 이하이고, MgO의 경우 3몰% 이하이며, CaO의 경우 3몰% 이하임을 특징으로 하는, 복합 재료.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 화학적 안정화제의 총 함량이 0.2몰% 미만임을 특징으로 하는, 복합 재료.
