Claims (15)
- 전자발광 디바이스로서,
기판(1)을 포함하며,
상기 기판 위에 제1 투명 전극(2), 전자발광 스택(3), 및 제2 전극(4)이 이 순서대로 적층되어 있으며,
상기 전자발광 디바이스는 상기 제2 전극의 상부에 위치하는 적어도 하나의 부가적인 제1 하드 층(hard layer)(5)을 더 포함하고,
상기 적어도 하나의 부가적인 제1 하드 층은 상기 제2 전극의 강도보다 더 큰 강도를 가지고,
상기 적어도 하나의 부가적인 제1 하드 층은 비도전성 층이고, 산화물, 질화물 및 불화물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 재료를 포함하고,
상기 전자발광 디바이스는 상기 제2 전극과 전기적으로 접촉하는 상기 제1 하드 층의 상부에 위치한 도전성 층(6)을 더 포함하고,
상기 전자발광 디바이스는 상기 제2 전극의 아래쪽에 위치하며 적어도 하나의 반도체성 금속 산화물을 포함하는 층으로 이루어진 적어도 하나의 부가적인 제2 하드 층을 더 포함하는, 전자발광 디바이스. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 부가적인 제1 하드 층은 상기 제2 전극의 상부에 직접적으로 위치되는 전자발광 디바이스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 부가적인 제1 하드 층의 두께는 ≥5㎚ 및 ≤50㎛인 전자발광 디바이스.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 커버 수단(7), 및 상기 제2 전극에 전기적으로 직접 또는 간접적으로 접촉하도록 구성된 적어도 하나의 접촉 수단(8)을 더 포함하는 전자발광 디바이스.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 접촉 수단은 도전성 접착제(9), 기계적 접촉 수단(10), 도전성 스프링, 도전성 포스트(post) 및 도전성 스페이서(spacer)로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 전자발광 디바이스.
- 제5항에 있어서, 게터 재료(getter material)를 더 포함하는 전자발광 디바이스.
- 제1항에 따른 전자발광 디바이스를 포함하는 광원.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 및 제5항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 전자발광 디바이스를 생산하는 방법으로서,
a) 기판(1)을 제공하는 단계, 및
b) 제1 투명한 전극(2), 전자발광 스택(3), 및 제2 전극(4)을 이 순서대로 상기 기판 상에 퇴적시키는 단계
를 포함하며,
적어도 하나의 부가적인 제1 하드 층(5)이 상기 제2 전극의 퇴적 후에 더 퇴적되고,
상기 적어도 하나의 부가적인 제1 하드 층은 상기 제2 전극의 강도보다 더 큰 강도를 가지고,
상기 적어도 하나의 부가적인 제1 하드 층은 비도전성 층이고, 산화물, 질화물 및 불화물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 재료를 포함하고,
도전성 층(6)이 상기 제2 전극과 전기적으로 접촉하는 상기 제1 하드 층의 상부에 퇴적되는 방법. - 제9항에 있어서, c) 상기 전자발광 디바이스의 올바른 동작 여부를 체크하기 위해 상기 전자발광 디바이스에 프로브(probe)를 일시적으로 접촉시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 전자발광 디바이스에 커버 수단, 적어도 하나의 접촉 수단 및/또는 게터 재료를 적용하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 따른 전자발광 디바이스를 포함하는 램프.
- 제1항에 따른 전자발광 디바이스를 포함하는 모니터.
- 제1항에 따른 전자발광 디바이스를 포함하는 스위치.
- 제1항에 따른 전자발광 디바이스를 포함하는 디스플레이.
