도 2는 도 1의 실시예의 A-A'선에서 바라본 단면도이며,
도 3은 도 1의 실시예에서 밥솥본체로부터 밥솥커버를 개방하여 밥통을 분리한 상태를 도시한 사시도이고,
도 4는 도 3의 실시예의 B-B'선에서 바라본 평단면도이며,
도 5는 도 2의 실시예를 기준으로 히팅단계를 도시한 단면도이고,
도 6은 도 5의 실시예에서 밥통과 펠티어소자를 도시한 평단면도이며,
도 7은 도 2의 실시예를 기준으로 쿨링단계를 도시한 단면도이고,
도 8은 도 7의 실시예에서 밥통과 펠티어소자를 도시한 평단면도이다.

Claims (5)
- 내측 하부에 가열수단이 장착되고, 상부가 개방된 밥솥본체와, 상기 밥솥본체의 개방된 상부를 통하여 내부로 삽입 가능하게 장착되고, 상기 가열수단으로부터 열을 전달받아 가열되는 밥통과, 상기 밥솥본체의 개방된 상부를 개폐하는 밥솥커버를 포함하는 전기밥솥에 있어서,
상기 밥솥본체는,
내측면이 평단면상 팔각 형상을 가지며, 각각의 내측면에 방사상으로 복수의 펠티어소자가 장착되고,
상기 밥통은,
상부에 환형의 플랜지가 형성되고, 상기 플랜지의 하부로 이중벽 구조의 내통 및 외통으로 구분되어 밀폐된 내부공간을 가지며, 상기 내통은 평단면상 원형을 가지되 상기 외통은 상기 밥솥본체의 내측면에 형합되도록 평단면상 팔각 형상을 가지고, 상기 내부공간에는 스크린과 상기 스크린을 적실만큼의 작동액을 주입하여 상기 작동액의 증발과 응축의 폐순환과정을 통해 열전달이 이루어지는 히트파이프 구조이고,
상기 밥솥본체의 가열수단에 의해 상기 밥통이 가열되는 히팅단계 및 상기 밥솥본체의 펠티어소자에 의해 상기 밥통이 냉각되는 쿨링단계를 포함하고,
상기 밥솥본체의 펠티어소자 각각은,
상기 밥통을 바라보는 면에 냉각부가 배치되며, 상기 냉각부의 반대면에 발열부가 배치되어 전후로 이동 가능하게 설치되고, 전방 이동시 상기 냉각부가 상기 밥통의 외벽에 접촉하며, 후방 이동시 상기 냉각부가 상기 밥통의 외벽으로부터 이탈되고,
상기 밥솥본체는,
외측면에 복수의 냉각통풍구가 설치되고, 상기 냉각통풍구를 향해 상기 펠티어소자의 발열부를 공랭시키는 냉각팬을 더 포함하고,
상기 히팅단계는,
상기 펠티어소자가 후방 이동되어 상기 냉각부가 상기 밥통의 외벽으로부터 이탈되며, 상기 냉각팬이 정지된 상태에서 상기 가열수단을 통해 상기 밥통이 히트파이프 효과에 의해 가열되고,
상기 쿨링단계는,
상기 가열수단이 정지된 상태에서 상기 냉각팬의 작동으로 발열부를 공랭시키면서 상기 펠티어소자가 전방 이동되어 상기 냉각부가 상기 밥통의 외벽에 접촉되며, 상기 펠티어소자의 냉각부를 통해 상기 밥통이 펠티어 효과에 의해 냉각되는 것을 특징으로 하는 급속 가열 및 냉각구조를 가진 전기밥솥.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 밥솥본체의 가열수단은,
열선코일 또는 유도가열코일인 것을 특징으로 하는 급속 가열 및 냉각구조를 가진 전기밥솥.
