Claims (12)
- 형성 가능한 플라스틱 재료로 이루어진 소재를 토출하는 헤드 유닛으로서,
상기 소재의 이동을 가이드하는 헤드 파이프;
상기 헤드 파이프의 일부 또는 전체를 둘러싸며, 상기 헤드 파이프 내에서 이동 중인 상기 소재의 온도를 조절하는 헤드 히터;
상기 헤드 파이프의 일단에 구비되어, 상기 소재를 외부로 토출시키는 토출구; 및
상기 토출구의 일 측에 인접하여 배치되고, 상기 헤드 유닛의 길이 방향을 따라 직선 왕복 운동하여 상기 토출구에서 토출되는 상기 소재의 토출 위치를 가이드하는 실린더 롤러;
를 포함하는, 헤드 유닛. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
소정의 공기를 강제로 배출하여 상기 실린더 롤러의 온도를 조절하는 강제공기 파이프;를 더 포함하는, 헤드 유닛. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 실린더 롤러의 상기 직선 왕복 운동을 제어하는 실린더 어셈블리;를 더 포함하는, 헤드 유닛. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 헤드 유닛의 멀티플 회전을 제어하는 휠 어셈블리;를 더 포함하는, 헤드 유닛. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 헤드 유닛의 회전 중 내부 도선을 고정시키는 스페이서 및 로터리 하우징;을 더 포함하는, 헤드 유닛. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 소재의 이동을 가이드하여 상기 헤드 유닛으로 전달하는 트랜스포머 유닛이 체결되는 커플링;을 포함하는, 헤드 유닛. - 형성 가능한 플라스틱 재료로 이루어진 소재가 유입되는 유입구, 상기 유입구를 통해 유입된 상기 소재를 가이드하는 유입 파이프, 및 상기 유입 파이프 내를 통과하는 상기 소재의 온도를 조절하는 헤드 서플라이 히터를 포함하는, 헤드 서플라이 유닛;
상기 소재를 토출하는 헤드 유닛; 및
상기 유입 파이프와 상기 헤드 유닛 사이에 연결되어 상기 소재의 이동 경로를 정의하는 복수의 롤러를 포함하는 트랜스포머 유닛;을 포함하고,
상기 헤드 서플라이 유닛은, 상기 헤드 유닛에 일단이 연결되고 고정된 길이를 가지며 상기 트랜스포머 유닛이 설치되는 수용 공간을 형성하는 헤드 체결부를 포함하고,
상기 트랜스포머 유닛은, 상기 헤드 유닛의 이동 및 회전을 제어하는, 3D 입체물 제조 로봇. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 유입구는 소정 온도의 공기를 공급하는 공기 히터와 연결되는, 3D 입체물 제조 로봇. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 트랜스포머 유닛의 상기 복수의 롤러 중 적어도 하나는 상기 소재의 텐션을 조절하는 텐션 조절용 롤러인, 3D 입체물 제조 로봇. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 트랜스포머 유닛은, 상기 복수의 롤러 중 2개의 롤러 사이를 연결하는 연결 부재를 포함하는, 3D 입체물 제조 로봇. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 헤드 체결부와 상기 헤드 유닛의 연결축을 중심으로, 상기 헤드 유닛과 상기 트랜스포머 유닛의 상기 복수의 롤러 중 일부는 상대적으로 운동하는, 3D 입체물 제조 로봇.
