Claims (6)
- 제1 액추에이터와 제2 액추에이터를 갖는 작업기를 제어하는 작업기의 제어 시스템이며,
작동 유체를 제1 토출 포트와 제2 토출 포트로부터 토출시키는 스플릿 플로우형의 유체압 펌프와,
상기 제1 토출 포트로부터 토출된 작동 유체가 공급되고, 상기 제1 액추에이터를 제어하는 제1 조작 밸브와 당해 제1 조작 밸브가 노멀 위치에 있는 상태에서 상기 제1 토출 포트를 탱크에 연통시키는 제1 중립 통로를 갖는 제1 회로 계통과,
상기 제2 토출 포트로부터 토출된 작동 유체가 공급되고, 상기 제2 액추에이터를 제어하는 제2 조작 밸브와 당해 제2 조작 밸브가 노멀 위치에 있는 상태에서 상기 제2 토출 포트를 탱크에 연통시키는 제2 중립 통로를 갖는 제2 회로 계통과,
상기 제1 조작 밸브와 상기 제2 조작 밸브 중 어느 한쪽이 전환된 때의 전환 신호에 의해 전환되어, 상기 제1 조작 밸브 또는 상기 제2 조작 밸브가 전환되어 있지 않은 측의 상기 제1 토출 포트 또는 상기 제2 토출 포트를, 상기 제1 조작 밸브 또는 상기 제2 조작 밸브가 전환된 측의 상기 제1 중립 통로 또는 상기 제2 중립 통로에 연통시키는 연통 전환 밸브와,
상기 제1 조작 밸브와 상기 제2 조작 밸브 중 어느 한쪽으로부터 상기 전환 신호가 입력된 경우에 상기 유체압 펌프의 토출 유량을 감소시키도록 조정하는 토출 유량 조정 장치를 구비하는, 작업기의 제어 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유체압 펌프는, 파일럿압에 의해 제어되는 단일의 레귤레이터에 의해 틸팅각이 조정되는 경사판을 구비하고, 상기 레귤레이터에 작용하는 파일럿압이 높을수록 토출 유량이 많아지도록 조정되는, 작업기의 제어 시스템. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 전환 신호는, 상기 제1 조작 밸브 또는 상기 제2 조작 밸브를 전환하는 파일럿압이고,
상기 토출 유량 조정 장치는,
상기 제1 조작 밸브를 전환하는 파일럿압 중 가장 고압의 파일럿압을 선택하여 연통시키는 제1 고압 선택 회로와,
상기 제2 조작 밸브를 전환하는 파일럿압 중 가장 고압의 파일럿압을 선택하여 연통시키는 제2 고압 선택 회로를 구비하고,
상기 연통 전환 밸브는,
상기 제2 고압 선택 회로로부터 연통되는 파일럿압에 의해, 상기 제2 토출 포트와 상기 제2 중립 통로가 연통되는 상태로부터, 상기 제2 토출 포트와 상기 제1 중립 통로가 연통되는 상태로 전환되는 제1 연통 전환 밸브와,
상기 제1 고압 선택 회로로부터 연통되는 파일럿압에 의해, 상기 제1 토출 포트와 상기 제1 중립 통로가 연통되는 상태로부터, 상기 제1 토출 포트와 상기 제2 중립 통로가 연통되는 상태로 전환되는 제2 연통 전환 밸브를 구비하는, 작업기의 제어 시스템. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 토출 유량 조정 장치는,
상기 제1 고압 선택 회로와 상기 제2 고압 선택 회로로부터 연통되는 파일럿압 중 고압측의 파일럿압을 선택하여 상기 레귤레이터에 작용시키는 고압 선택 밸브와,
상기 제1 고압 선택 회로와 상기 제2 고압 선택 회로로부터 연통되는 파일럿압의 차압이 클수록 상기 레귤레이터에 작용하는 파일럿압을 낮게 하는 차압 감압 밸브를 더 구비하는, 작업기의 제어 시스템. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 토출 유량 조정 장치는, 상기 제1 고압 선택 회로로부터 연통되는 파일럿압과 상기 제2 고압 선택 회로로부터 연통되는 파일럿압에 의해 전환되고 상기 제1 고압 선택 회로로부터 연통되는 파일럿압과 상기 제2 고압 선택 회로로부터 연통되는 파일럿압 중 고압측을 차단하고 저압측을 상기 차압 감압 밸브에 작용시키는 전환 밸브를 더 구비하고,
상기 차압 감압 밸브는, 상기 레귤레이터에 작용하는 파일럿압과 상기 전환 밸브로부터 작용하는 파일럿압의 차압이 클수록 상기 레귤레이터에 작용하는 파일럿압을 낮게 하는, 작업기의 제어 시스템. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 전환 신호는, 상기 제1 조작 밸브 또는 상기 제2 조작 밸브의 전환 조작에 의해 출력되는 전기 신호이고,
상기 토출 유량 조정 장치는,
파일럿압을 생성하는 파일럿 펌프와,
상기 제1 조작 밸브만으로부터 상기 전기 신호가 입력된 경우에, 상기 파일럿 펌프로부터의 파일럿압을 상기 연통 전환 밸브로 유도하여, 상기 제2 토출 포트와 상기 제1 중립 통로를 연통시키는 제1 감압 밸브와,
상기 제2 조작 밸브만으로부터 상기 전기 신호가 입력된 경우에, 상기 파일럿 펌프로부터의 파일럿압을 상기 연통 전환 밸브로 유도하여, 상기 제1 토출 포트와 상기 제2 중립 통로를 연통시키는 제2 감압 밸브와,
상기 제1 조작 밸브와 상기 제2 조작 밸브 중 어느 한쪽으로부터 상기 전기 신호가 입력된 경우에, 상기 파일럿 펌프로부터 상기 레귤레이터로 유도되는 파일럿압을 낮게 하는 제3 감압 밸브를 구비하는, 작업기의 제어 시스템.
