도 2는 본 발명의 일실시예인 리튬이온 커패시터를 나타내는 구성도이다.

도 5의 (a)는 본 발명의 바인더가 성장하기 이전 혼합물의 상태를 나타내는 예시도이고, (b)는 바인더가 소정 성장하였을 때 혼합물의 상태를 나타내는 예시도이고, (c)는 바인더가 완전 성장하였을 때 혼합물의 상태를 나타내는 예시도이다.

Claims (8)
- 양극집전체와, 양극활물질로 형성되어 상기 양극집전체의 양면 중 적어도 하나에 부착되는 양극활물질 시트로 구성되는 양극을 포함하는 리튬이온 커패시터에 있어서,
상기 양극활물질은 도전재와, 고상의 바인더, 활성탄, 리튬 화합물이 건식공정으로 혼합되고,
상기 양극활물질은
상기 도전재, 상기 활성탄 및 상기 리튬화합물이 1차 혼합되며, 1차 혼합된 혼합물에 상기 바인더가 첨가된 후 2차 혼합되어 형성되고,
상기 도전재, 상기 활성탄 및 상기 리튬화합물은 질소 퍼징 환경에서 혼합됨으로써 산소에 의한 상기 리튬화합물의 반응을 차단시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 커패시터. - 삭제
- 청구항 제1항에 있어서, 2차 혼합에 적용되는 분쇄장비는
내부 공간으로 회전하는 칼날인 고속회전 나이프를 포함하며, 3000 ~ 5000rpm의 속도로 상기 고속회전 나이프를 회전시키고,
상기 바인더는 2차 혼합 시 상기 고속회전 나이프에 의하여 선형으로 늘어져 상기 도전재, 상기 활성탄 및 상기 리튬화합물을 바인딩 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 커패시터. - 청구항 제3항에 있어서, 상기 활성탄은 표면에 1 ~ 20 중량%의 탄소나노튜브(Carbon nanotube) 또는 흑연(Graphene)이 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 커패시터.
- 청구항 제4항에 있어서, 상기 양극활물질은
상기 도전재 3 ~ 10 중량%;
상기 바인더 3 ~ 10 중량%;
상기 활성탄 50 ~ 75 중량%;
상기 리튬화합물 5 ~ 30 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 커패시터. - 청구항 제1항, 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 리튬화합물은
Li2M0O3, Li2MnO3, Li2NiO2, Li2PtO3, Li2IrO3, Li2RuO3, Li2SnO3, Li2ZrO3, Li5FeO4, Li6C0O4, 및 Li5MnO4 중 어느 하나이거나 또는 적어도 2종 이상 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 커패시터. - 청구항 제6항에 있어서, 상기 바인더는 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌(PTFE), 폴리불화비닐리덴(PVDF), 폴리비닐피롤리돈(polyvinyl pyrrolidone), 폴리비닐염화물(PVC), 폴리에틸렌(PE), 스틸렌부타디엔고무(SBR), 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스(CMC), 불화고무 중 적어도 하나 이상이 선택되어 혼합 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이온 커패시터.
