Claims (13)
- 리튬과 반복적으로 충방전 가능한 금속 또는 준금속을 함유하는 코어층; 비정질 탄소층; 및 결정질 탄소층을 순차적으로 포함하는 전극활물질로서,상기 결정질 탄소층은 판상구조 탄소층 단위체들로 구성되고,상기 판상구조 탄소층 단위체는 결정내 c축 방향이 동일하면서 층상구조인 2이상의 탄소층들로 이루어지며,상기 판상구조 탄소층 단위체의 c축 방향과 전극활물질 입자의 접선 방향이 수직 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 전극활물질.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코어층은 Si, Al, Sn, Sb, Bi, As, Ge, Pb 로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 금속 또는 준금속으로 구성되거나 상기 금속 또는 준금속의 합금으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전극활물질.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결정질 탄소층은 탄소의 층간거리 d002가 0.3354~0.35nm이고 두께가 1~10미크론인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비정질 탄소층은 탄소의 층간거리 d002가 0.34nm 이상이고 두께가 5nm 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극활물질.
- 제1항 및 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 전극활물질을 사용한 이차 전지.
- 코어층을 형성하는 금속 또는 준금속과 결정질 탄소를 혼합하는 제1단계; 및 상기 혼합물을 볼(Ball) 존재 하에 Mechano Fusion 장치에서 기계적 합금(Mechanical Alloying)하는 제2단계를 포함하고,상기 제2단계의 기계적 합금은 압축응력/전단응력 값을 0.5 이상으로 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 및 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 전극활물질의 제조방법.

- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제1단계의 금속 또는 준금속과 결정질 탄소의 혼합은 금속 또는 준금속: 결정질 탄소 = 90~10 중량부: 10~90 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극활물질의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제2단계의 볼(Ball)과 혼합물은 볼: 제1단계의 혼합물 = 50~98 중량부: 50~2 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극활물질의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제2단계의 볼(Ball)은 스테인레스 볼 또는 지르코니아 볼인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극활물질의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제2단계의 볼(Ball)은 직경이 0.1~10mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극활물질의 제조방법.
