Abstract
The filter assembly for a syringe of the present invention includes a check valve for controlling the suction and discharge of the chemical liquid and a porous sintered filter for filtering foreign substances in the chemical liquid. The check valve includes a shielding film formed with a first discharge hole for contracting by the pressure of sucking the chemical liquid and discharging the chemical liquid, and a hollow coupling column extending from the shielding film and communicating with the first discharge hole. The sintered filter has a filter portion and a discharge pillar. A plurality of filter holes are formed in the filter part, and a second discharge hole is formed at the center part to filter the foreign substances of the chemical solution sucked while the shielding film is contracted and to discharge the filtered chemical solution. The discharge column extends from the filter portion and is fitted in the coupling column, and a through hole is formed which communicates with the second discharge hole and discharges the filtered chemical liquid to the shielding film side. Since the filter assembly for a syringe has the filter formed by sintering the fine particles, it is possible to sufficiently filter the foreign matter in the chemical solution with only one sintering filter without the need of providing an additional filter, so that the assembly can be easily performed and the manufacturing cost can be reduced .
Description
The present invention relates to a filter, and more particularly, to a filter assembly for a syringe that filters foreign substances from a chemical liquid and a syringe having the filter assembly.
In general, the medicine to be administered to the patient is distributed in an ampoule made of glass or a vial packed with a rubber bottle. The drug solution contained in the ampule or vial is injected into the patient using a syringe. The glass fragments that are generated when the ampule is opened, or the rubber particles generated from the rubber stopper of the vial, are introduced into the syringe during the suction of the chemical solution by the syringe.
The glass fragments or rubber fragments introduced into the syringe may be administered to the patient together with the chemical solution to cause complications. Particularly, intravenous administration can induce phlebitis, spinal injection can cause necrosis of body tissues such as penetration into the brain, and in severe cases, it can develop into cancer.
In order to prevent this, recently, it is recommended to use a filter for a syringe, and a technique for a filter for a plurality of syringes is being developed.
Korean Patent No. 10-1178986 discloses a safety filter for a syringe contained in a syringe. The safety filter for a syringe includes a guide valve having first and second through-holes, a valve for opening / closing the second through- And a filter member attached to cover the first through-hole. Such a safety filter filters glass fragments or rubber pieces in the chemical solution by allowing the chemical solution to be discharged through the filter member only when the chemical solution is administered to the patient without passing through the filter member when the chemical solution is sucked into the syringe.
However, the safety filter disclosed in Korean Patent No. 10-1178986 is difficult to apply to a configuration in which the assembly is complicated, the number of constituent elements is large, the assemblability is low, and the space is narrow like a needle part of a syringe.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a filter assembly for a syringe which is easy to assemble into a syringe and can efficiently filter foreign substances from a chemical solution and a syringe having the same.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a syringe filter assembly mounted on a syringe, the syringe comprising: a shielding film formed with a first discharge hole capable of contracting by a pressure for sucking a chemical solution and discharging a chemical solution; A check valve which has a hollow coupling column extending from the first discharge hole and communicating with the first discharge hole and regulating the suction and discharge of the chemical liquid; And a porous sintered filter disposed below the check valve and coupled to the check valve to filter foreign substances of the chemical liquid that is sucked while the blocking membrane is contracted. Wherein the sintered filter comprises: a disk-shaped filter portion having a plurality of filter holes formed therein and having a second discharge hole formed at a central portion thereof for discharging the filtered chemical liquid; And a discharge pillar extending from the filter unit and fitted in the coupling column, the discharge pillar communicating with the second discharge hole and having a through hole for discharging the filtered chemical liquid to the blocking membrane.
Specifically, the sintered filter may be formed by sintering synthetic resin powders.
In addition, the size of the filter hole may be 0.1 to 10 탆.
The shielding film may include a dome-shaped head portion having the first discharge hole formed therein; And a wing portion extending outwardly from an end of the head portion and surrounding the head portion, facing the filter portion, and capable of contracting by a pressure of sucking the chemical solution.
Further, the check valve may be formed of a silicon material.
Further, the first discharge hole may be closed by the pressure for discharging the chemical liquid.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a syringe including: a needle having a needle; A cylinder coupled to the needle portion and having a storage space for storing a chemical solution sucked through the needle portion; And a filter assembly inserted into the needle portion and filtering the foreign substance of the chemical solution flowing into the cylinder. Specifically, the filter assembly includes: a shielding film formed with a first discharge hole capable of contracting by a pressure of sucking the chemical liquid and discharging a chemical solution; and a hollow coupling column extending from the shielding membrane and communicating with the first discharge hole A check valve for controlling the suction and discharge of the chemical liquid; And a porous sintered filter disposed below the check valve and coupled to the check valve, for filtering foreign substances of the chemical liquid to be sucked while the blocking membrane is contracted. The sintered filter may further include a disc-shaped filter portion having a plurality of filter holes formed therein and having a second discharge hole formed at a central portion thereof for discharging the filtered chemical solution, And a discharge pillar extending from the filter unit and fitted in the coupling column, the discharge pillar communicating with the second discharge hole and having a through hole for discharging the filtered chemical liquid to the blocking membrane.
The needle portion protrudes from the inner wall of the needle portion and is disposed to abut the upper end portion of the filter portion and guides the position of the filter assembly to prevent the filter assembly from being pushed toward the upper region side of the needle portion More can be included.
Further, the needle part may be formed on the inner wall of the needle part to extend in the longitudinal direction of the needle part, so as to smooth the introduction of the drug solution into the needle part.
According to the syringe filter assembly and the syringe having the same according to the embodiment of the present invention,
First, since the sintered filter formed by sintering the fine particles is provided, it is possible to sufficiently filter the foreign substances in the chemical solution with only one sintering filter without the necessity of providing a separate additional filter.
Second, since it is not necessary to provide a plurality of filters and the structure of the sintered filter and the check valve is simple, the assembling property can be improved and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. In addition, It is easy to install.
Third, since the foreign substance filtered through the discharge column of the sintered filter is discharged and the filtered foreign matter remains between the filter portion and the head portion, a clean chemical solution can be administered to the patient without having to separate the filter assembly from the syringe, Can prevent diseases that may occur.
