Abstract
본 발명은 배터리 팩과 고전압 분배 박스 사이에 연결되면서 실드 및 비실드를 보호하는 프로텍터의 재질로 내식성이 뛰어난 알루미늄 재질을 사용하고, 또 프로텍터의 외부에서 사출물을 결합하여 마감하는 구조를 적용하며, 또 프로텍터의 외부로 도출되는 전선의 주위를 감싸는 수단으로 수밀성이 우수한 고무재질의 그로멧을 적용한 새로운 형태의 도전체 실드 방식을 구현함으로써, 전선 삽입 시 스크레치를 방지할 수 있고, 프로텍터 벤딩 시 전선이 꼬이는 현상을 방지할 수 있으며, 외부로부터 이물질이나 수분이 프로텍터 내부로 유입되는 것을 완전히 차단할 수 있는 자동차의 실드 도전체를 제공한다.

Claims (5)
- 배터리 팩과 고전압 분배 박스를 연결해주는 수단으로 실드 및 비실드 전선(10a,10b)이 관통 삽입되는 원통형의 프로텍터(11)와, 상기 프로텍터(11)의 단부를 마감하는 수단으로 실드 및 비실드 전선(10a,10b)이 관통되는 전선 홀(12)을 가지면서 플라스틱 재질의 사출물로 이루어진 프로텍터 마감용 클립(13)을 포함하며,
상기 프로텍터 마감용 클립(13)은 프로텍터(11)의 단부 바깥둘레를 감싸면서 후단부에 있는 훅(14)을 이용하여 프로텍터(11)에 있는 클립 홀(15)에 체결되는 구조로 장착되되,
상기 프로텍터 마감용 클립(13)의 전선 홀(12)은 직경이 큰 1개의 실드 전선(10a)과 상대적으로 직경이 작은 2개의 비실드 전선(10b)의 원주둘레 일부 면적을 각각 밀착 수용할 수 있는 3개의 전선 안착홈부(16a,16b,16c)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 실드 도전체.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 프로텍터(11)의 단부에 장착되는 프로텍터 마감용 클립(13)을 포함하여 프로텍터(11)의 단부에서 외부로 도출되는 실드 및 비실드 전선(10a,10b)의 연장부분을 함께 감싸는 형태로 장착되어, 외부로부터 이물질이나 수분이 프로텍터(11)의 내부로 유입되는 것을 차단할 수 있는 그로멧(17)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 실드 도전체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 프로텍터(11)의 단부로부터 외부로 돌출되는 실드 및 비실드 전선(10a,10b)의 연장부분은 편조망 부재(18)로 감싸여지게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 실드 도전체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 프로텍터(11)는 내식성이 뛰어난 알루미늄 재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 실드 도전체.
