Abstract
본 발명은 성분과 함량이 알려지지 않은 디플럭스 구성 성분 및 함량을 기체 혹은 액체크로마토그래피-질량분석기를 사용하여 찾아냄으로서, 디플럭스 종류에 따라 성능 및 효율 차이의 원인을 규명할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 더 효과적인 디플럭스 제조 연구에 이용될 수 있다.
Description
도 2a 내지 도 2c는 A사의 디플럭스를 기체크로마토그래피-질량분석기를 이용하여 분석한 이온 크로마토그램(2a)과 각각의 시간별 질량 스펙트라[9.5분(2b) 및 10.9분(2c)] 결과이다.
도 3a 내지 도 3e는 B사의 디플럭스를 기체크로마토그래피-질량분석기를 이용하여 분석한 이온 크로마토그램(3a)과 각각의 시간별 질량 스펙트라[3.6분(3b), 8.8분(3c), 9.5분(3d), 12.9분(3e)] 결과이다.
도 4a 내지 4c는 A사의 디플럭스를 액체크로마토그래피-질량분석기를 이용하여 분석한 이온 크로마토그램(4a)과 각각의 시간별 질량 스펙트라[1.80분(4b) 및 3.43분(4c)] 결과이다.
도 5a 내지 도 5e는 B사의 디플럭스를 액체크로마토그래피-질량분석기를 이용하여 분석한 이온 크로마토그램(5a)과 각각의 시간별 질량 스펙트라[0.87분(5b), 0.89분(5c), 3.43분(5d), 3.51분(5e)] 결과이다.

Claims (8)
- 글리콜에테르 그룹 함유 성분과 아민 그룹 함유 성분이 포함된 디플럭스 세정제에 대하여 기체크로마토그래피-질량분석기를 사용하여 디플럭스의 각 성분들의 머무름 시간과 질량 스펙트라(mass spectra)를 얻는 단계;
액체크로마토그래피-질량분석기를 이용하여 디플럭스 각 성분들의 모이온(preccusir ion) 값을 통한 분자량을 예측하는 단계;
상기 두 단계를 통해 예측된 성분들을 기체크로마토그래피-고분해능 질량분석기를 사용하여 실험값과 이론값을 비교하는 단계;
예측된 성분들의 표준물질을 사용하여 디플럭스 각 성분들을 확인하는 단계; 및
기체크로마토그래피-질량분석기 혹은 액체크로마토그래피-질량분석기를 사용하여 디플럭스 각 성분들의 함량을 동시 정량 분석하는 단계;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질량분석기를 이용한 디플럭스 세정제의 조성확인 및 정량분석 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 디플럭스 세정제에 포함되는 글리콜에테르 그룹 함유 성분이 N-부틸다이에탄올아민(BDEA) 및 N-메틸다이에탄올아민(MDEA)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고, 상기 아민 그룹 함유 성분이 2-에틸아미노에탄올, 다이에틸렌 글리콜 모노 n-부틸 에테르(DEG) 및 트라이에틸렌 글리콜 모노 n-부틸 에테르(TEG)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 디플럭스 세정제의 조성확인 및 정량분석 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 기체크로마토그래피의 컬럼은 DB-1HT를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 디플럭스 세정제의 조성확인 및 정량분석 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 액체크로마토그래피의 이동상으로 사용되는 전개용매는 10 mM 아세트산암모늄 완충용액과 아세토니트릴을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 디플럭스 세정제의 조성확인 및 정량분석 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 정량 분석 단계는 선택 이온 모니터링(Selected Ion Monitoring) 모드에서 정량하는 함을 특징으로 하는 디플럭스 세정제의 조성확인 및 정량분석 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 기체 크마토그래피의 온도 조건은 디플럭스 내 아민을 함유한 그룹의 성분을 분리시키기 위하여 25~35℃로 0.5~3분간 유지한 후 170~200℃ 까지 분당 5~15℃ 로 올린 후 170~200℃에서 3~10분간 유지한 후, 다시 글리콜에테르 그룹의 성분을 분리시키기 위하여 260~300℃ 까지 분당 15~30℃로 올린 후 260~300℃에서 5분을 유지하는 조건으로 함을 특징으로 하는 디플럭스 세정제의 조성확인 및 정량분석 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 디플럭스 제품의 성능 및 효율 차이의 원인을 규명하는 단계를 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디플럭스 세정제의 조성확인 및 정량분석 방법.
