Claims (5)
- 아스팔트 시트용 이형필름에 있어서,
HDPE 수지 100중량부에 대하여 아크릴 고무 10~25 중량부, 폴리올레핀엘라스토머(POE) 수지 10~25 중량부, 카본블랙 2~8중량부, 아미노실란 2~15중량부가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아스팔트 방수시트용 이형필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 이형필름은 아스팔트 시트 접촉면에 로진산나트륨으로 코팅하여 열풍건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아스팔트 방수시트용 이형필름.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 이형필름은 아스팔트 시트 접촉면의 반대면에 실리콘을 도포하여 열풍건조하는 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아스팔트 방수시트용 이형필름.
- 아스팔트 시트용 이형필름 제조에 있어서,
HDPE 수지 100중량부에 대하여 아크릴 고무 10~25 중량부, 폴리올레핀엘라스토머(POE) 수지 10~25 중량부, 카본블랙 2~8중량부, 아미노실란 2~15중량부를 혼합하는 혼합단계;
혼합물을 170~210℃의 온도로 가열 후 압출하여 필름을 형성하는 필름형성단계;
상기 필름에서 아스팔트 방수시트와 접촉하는 접촉면에 양이온 로진산 나트륨을 코팅하여 열풍 건조하는 대전방지처리단계; 및
아스팔트 방수시트와 접촉되는 반대면에 실리콘을 도포하여 80~100℃로 열풍 건조하는 실리콘도포단계를 포함하는 아스팔트 방수시트용 이형필름 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 필름형성단계에서 필름의 두께는 20~50㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 아스팔트 방수시트용 이형필름 제조방법.
