Abstract
[해결수단] 개스킷(20)을 구성하는 금속판(21)~금속판(23) 및 링형태 부재(33) 중 적어도 금속판(21), 금속판(23) 및 링형태 부재(33)를 마르텐사이트계의 스텐레스 강판으로 구성하는 것과 함께, 제 1 보어용 비드(30)중 적어도 한쪽부분과 제 2 보어용 비드(34)중 적어도 한쪽 부분에, 스텐레스 강판의 경도보다도 높은 경도의 고경도부(35)를 형성했다.

Claims (7)
- 체결구에 의해 체결되는 두 개의 부재의 사이에 끼워 넣는 한 장의 금속판 또는 두 장 이상을 적층한 금속판으로 구성되고, 상기 두 개의 부재 중 적어도 한쪽에 설치된 실(seal) 대상구멍에 대응시킨 개구부와, 상기 금속판의 평면으로부터 상기 두 개의 부재의 한쪽으로 돌출해서 상기 개구부를 환상(環狀)으로 감싸는 실 비드와, 상기 체결구가 끼워 넣어지는 삽통구멍을 갖춘 개스킷에 있어서,
상기 금속판 중 적어도 한장을 마르텐사이트계의 스텐레스 강판으로 구성하는 것과 동시에, 상기 스텐레스 강판에 형성된 상기 실 비드 중 적어도 한쪽 부분에, 상기 스텐레스 강판의 경도보다도 높은 경도를 갖는 고경도부를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 개스킷. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 체결구에 의해 상기 두개의 부재가 체결되었을 때에, 상기 스텐레스 강판에 형성된 상기 실 비드의 둘레방향에서의 면압이 낮은 부위의 적어도 실 비드가 돌출하는 쪽의 면에 상기 고경도부를 형성한 개스킷. - 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서,
상기 고경도부를, 상기 금속판의 평면상에서 볼 때, 상기 실 비드에 인접하는 부위까지 확대해서 형성한 개스킷. - 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서,
상기 고경도부와 상기 스텐레스 강판의 경도의 저경도부를 상기 실 비드의 둘레방향에 번갈아 배치하는 것과 함께, 상기 저경도부를 상기 고경도부 보다도 상기 삽통구멍에 근접해서 배치한 개스킷. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 고경도부와 상기 스텐레스 강판의 경도의 저경도부를 상기 실 비드의 둘레방향에 번갈아 배치하는 것과 함께, 상기 저경도부를 상기 고경도부 보다도 상기 삽통구멍에 근접해서 배치한 개스킷. - 체결구에 의해 체결되는 두 개의 부재의 사이에 끼워 넣는 개스킷의 제조방법으로,
한 장의 금속판 또는 두 장 이상을 적층한 금속판 중 적어도 한 장을 마르텐사이트계의 스텐레스 강판으로 하고, 상기 두 개의 부재 중 적어도 한쪽에 설치된 실 대상 구멍에 대응시킨 개구부와, 상기 스텐레스 강판의 평면으로부터 상기 두 개의 부재 중 한쪽을 향해 돌출해서 상기 개구부를 환상으로 감싸는 실 비드와, 상기 체결구가 끼워 넣어지는 삽통구멍을 형성하는 공정을 행한 후에,
상기 실 비드중 적어도 한쪽 부분에 레이저를 조사하는 담금질 가공을 실시해서 상기 스텐레스 강판의 경도보다도 높은 경도의 고경도부를 형성하는 공정을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개스킷의 제조방법. - 삭제
