Claims (19)
- ㆍ 반응기에 고체 또는 액체연료를 공급하여 일정량의 수증기가 함유되어 있을 수 있는 공기, 산소 또는 산소가 풍부한 공기와 반응시키고 고온에서 수증기와 반응시켜 주로 수소와 일산화탄소로 이루어진 합성가스를 생성하는 단계;
ㆍ 상기 반응 중에 얻어진 무기질 슬래그 소적을 생성된 상기 합성가스와 함께 반응기로부터 배출시키는 단계;
ㆍ 상기 슬래그 소적이 응집되어 액체 슬래그로서 회수하는 슬래그 분리장치로 상기 합성가스를 예냉하지 않고 보내 그 안에 함유되어 있는 증기상의 알칼리 물질과 염화수소를 게터 세라믹과 접촉시킴으로써 합성가스로부터 제거하는 단계를 포함하고,
ㆍ 상기 세정처리된 합성가스를 합성가스의 압력에너지와 열에너지를 회전에너지로 변환시키는 팽창터빈에 통과시킨 다음,
ㆍ 상기 합성가스를 가스터빈의 후속 단계들 중 하나에서 연소 및 팽창시켜 얻어진 연소가스를 사용하여 터빈을 구동시키고 스팀을 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가스화 공정에 의해 합성가스를 생산 및 연소시키는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬래그-분리장치는 고온 가스를 원운동시켜 가스 내 함유된 슬래그의 대부분을 원심력에 의해 분리시키는 사이클론형 장치인 것을 특징으로 하는, 가스화 공정에 의해 합성가스를 생산 및 연소시키는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 슬래그-분리장치가 가스에서 슬래그를 분리하는 충전층을 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가스화 공정에 의해 합성가스를 생산 및 연소시키는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 충전층 형태로 제공되는 게터 세라믹이 분리장치의 후방에 설치되어 있는 장치에서 합성가스와 접촉하여 이 후방 장치에서 합성가스로부터 알칼리 물질을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가스화 공정에 의해 합성가스를 생산 및 연소시키는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가스가 팽창터빈과 연소장치 사이에서 세정처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가스화 공정에 의해 합성가스를 생산 및 연소시키는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 가스가 가스 세정기에서 물리적 용매에 의해 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가스화 공정에 의해 합성가스를 생산 및 연소시키는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 가스가 화학 흡착제 첨가에 의해 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가스화 공정에 의해 합성가스를 생산 및 연소시키는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 팽창터빈이 발전기를 구동시켜 전력을 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가스화 공정에 의해 합성가스를 생산 및 연소시키는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가스터빈이 압축기를 구동시켜 가스화 반응기에 공급되는 공기를 압축시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가스화 공정에 의해 합성가스를 생산 및 연소시키는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 연료로서 석탄, 석탄 유제, 석탄 슬러리, 석유 코크스, 유제, 오리멀젼, 생물학적 연료 또는 과립형 플라스틱이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가스화 공정에 의해 합성가스를 생산 및 연소시키는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가스화가 800 내지 1800 ℃의 온도에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가스화 공정에 의해 합성가스를 생산 및 연소시키는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가스화가 0.1 내지 10 MPa의 압력에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가스화 공정에 의해 합성가스를 생산 및 연소시키는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가스는 팽창터빈과 연소장치 사이에 배치된 가스 세정기에서 세정처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가스화 공정에 의해 합성가스를 생산 및 연소시키는 방법.
- 합성가스의 생산 및 연소용 장치로서,
고온에서 탄소-함유 연료를 가스화하기에 적합한 석탄 가스화 반응기와, 상기 석탄 가스화 반응기 후방에 설치되어 합성가스 세정을 위해 사용되고 슬래그 분리장치와 알칼리 물질 분리장치로 이루어진 세정처리장치와, 상기 합성가스 세정처리장치 후방에 설치되어 있는 팽창터빈과, 상기 팽창터빈으로부터 나온 기체가 이송되어 합성가스를 연소시킬 수 있는 연소실과, 상기 팽창터빈 후방에 설치되어 연소가스에 의해 구동되는 가스터빈과, 상기 연소가스가 공급되어 스팀을 발생시키는 스팀발생기와, 상기 발생된 스팀이 보내져 전력을 생산하는 스팀터빈으로 이루어지며,
상기 알칼리 물질 분리장치는 게터 세라믹을 함유하는 조로 이루어지는, 합성가스의 생산 및 연소용 장치. - 제14항에 있어서, 상기 슬래그-분리장치가 사이클론형 장치로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는, 합성가스의 생산 및 연소용 장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 슬래그-분리장치가 중성 물질로 제조된 충전층을 포함하고 상기 충전층은 액체 슬래그를 회수하기 위한 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 합성가스의 생산 및 연소용 장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 게터 세라믹이 산화물 또는 비-산화물 세라믹 또는 이들 세라믹의 혼합물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 합성가스의 생산 및 연소용 장치.
- 제14항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 팽창터빈과 연소실 사이에 가스 세정기가 위치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 합성가스의 생산 및 연소용 장치.
- 제14항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 팽창터빈과 연소실 사이에 화학 흡수제용 공급장치가 위치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 합성가스의 생산 및 연소용 장치.
