Claims (11)
- 코일이 감기는 제1 고정자와, 상기 제1 고정자와 일정 공극을 두고 배치되는 제2 고정자와, 상기 제1 고정자와 제2 고정자 사이에 배치되어 왕복운동을 하도록 마그네트를 갖는 가동자를 포함한 왕복동모터;상기 왕복동모터의 제1 고정자와 제2 고정자를 지지하는 프레임;상기 프레임에 결합되어 압축공간을 형성하는 실린더;상기 실린더의 압축공간에 삽입되고 상기 왕복동모터의 가동자에 결합되어 그 가동자와 함께 왕복운동을 하는 피스톤;상기 실린더의 압축공간을 개폐하는 밸브들;상기 피스톤의 공진운동을 안내하는 복수 개의 공진스프링; 및상기 제2 고정자와 프레임 사이에 개재되어 자속을 상기 제2 고정자로 안내하는 자속안내부재;를 포함하고,상기 프레임은 환형으로 형성되어 상기 실린더가 삽입 결합되며, 상기 제2 고정자는 상기 실린더의 외주면에 삽입되어 결합되고,상기 자속안내부재는 환형으로 형성되어 상기 실린더에 삽입되어 결합되며, 상기 가동자의 운동방향 일측면은 상기 프레임의 일측면에 밀착되는 반면 가동자의 운동방향 타측면은 상기 제2 고정자의 일측면에 밀착되어 결합되고,상기 자속안내부재는 상기 프레임에 비해 도전율(conductivity)이 높은 재질로 형성되는 왕복동식 압축기.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 프레임은 알루미늄 재질로 형성되고, 상기 자속안내부재는 구리로 형성되는 왕복동식 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 자속안내부재는 그 두께가 상기 자속안내부재가 접하는 범위의 프레임의 두께 대비 1/3 이상으로 형성되는 왕복동식 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 자속안내부재는 상기 가동자의 운동방향 타측면이 상기 제2 고정자의 대응면과 동일한 형상으로 형성되는 왕복동식 압축기.
- 제1항 및 제3항 내지 제5항의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 자속안내부재는 상기 프레임과 일체로 형성되는 왕복동식 압축기.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 자속안내부재는 상기 프레임에 인서트 다이캐스팅으로 형성되는 왕복동식 압축기.
- 제1항, 제3항, 제4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 자속안내부재는 상기 프레임과 별도로 제작하여 조립되는 왕복동식 압축기.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 자속안내부재의 일측면과 이 자속안내부재가 대응되는 프레임의 일측면 에는 각각 적어도 한 개 이상씩의 기준돌기와 기준홈이 서로 형합되도록 형성되는 왕복동식 압축기.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 자속안내부재의 일측면과 이 자속안내부재가 대응되는 프레임의 일측면에는 각각 삽입돌부와 삽입홈부가 서로 형합되도록 형성되는 왕복동식 압축기.
