Claims (15)
- 양극, 음극, 전해질, 및
가스흡착제 함유 코팅막이 일체화되어 있는 분리막을 포함하는 이차전지로서,
상기 가스흡착제 함유 코팅막은 분리막 일부 영역을 노출시키는 라인형(line type) 패턴, 또는 라인형 패턴이 교차되어 형성된 메쉬형(Mesh type) 패턴 형태로 일체화되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 가스 흡착제는 가스 흡착성을 가지는 분자체 및 금속 성분으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 단일물 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 분자체는 실리카겔, 탄소섬유, 다공질성 탄소재료, 다공질성 금속산화물, 다공성 겔 및 제올라이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 단일물 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 다공질성 탄소재료로는 카본 몰레큘러시브 및 활성탄으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 단일물 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 다공질성 금속산화물의 금속재는 제올라이트, 실리카겔, 알루미나 및 몰레큘러시브로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 단일물 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 분자체는 제올라이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 제올라이트는 미세 구멍지름이 0.3㎚ 내지 0.5㎚ 범위 이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 금속 성분은 니켈(Ni), 백금(Pt), 팔라듐(Pd), 칼슘(Ca), 스트론튬(Sr), 바륨(Ba), 탈륨(Ti), 지르코늄(Zr), 하프늄(Hf), 바나듐(V), 니오븀(Nb), 탄탈륨(Ta), 크롬(Cr), 몰리브덴(Mo) 및 텅스텐(W)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 단일물 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 분리막은 0.01㎛ 내지 10㎛ 직경의 기공을 포함하는 분리막 또는 분리막 시트인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지. - 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 분리막은 올레핀계 폴리머, 유리섬유 또는 폴리에틸렌으로 이루어진 시트 또는 부직포인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지. - 삭제

상기 이차전지는
양극집전체 상에 코팅된 양극 슬러리층을 구비하는 양극;
음극집전체 상에 코팅된 음극 슬러리층을 구비하는 음극;
전해질; 및
상기 양극 및 음극 간에 개재된 가스흡착제 함유 코팅막이 일체화되어 있는 분리막을 포함하는 유닛셀을 적어도 1 이상 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지. - 청구항 13에 있어서,
상기 유닛셀은 바이셀 또는 풀셀인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 13에 기재된 이차전지를 적어도 2 이상 포함하는 중대형 전지모듈.
