Abstract
리드부(13)가 캐리어(42)에 연결된 상태로 주석 도금이 시행되고, 리드부(13)와 연결부(42) 사이에는 두께가 얇고, 도체 패턴과 접속하기 위한 납땜면측으로부터 커터에 의해 절단하는 노치부(44)가 형성되어 있다. 노치부(44)에는 안내부가 설치되고, 안내부는 커터(51)를 연결부(42) 측으로 안내하고, 커터(51)에 의해 절단한 이후, 리드부(13)에서 노치부(44)의 일부로 이루어진 필렛 형성편(17)을 형성한다.

도 2는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 단자를 도시한 사시도이다.
도 3의 (a) 및 (b)는 회로기판에 장착된 단자를 도시한 도면으로서 도 3의 (a)는 커넥터의 후단부에서의 단면도이고, 도 3의 (b)는 리드부의 후단부에서의 단면도이다.
도 4는 캐리어에 연결된 상태에서 단자를 도시한 사시도이다.
도 5는 캐리어에 단자를 연결한 연결부위를 도시한 측면도이다.
도 6의 (a) 내지 (d)는 캐리어로부터 절단 및 분리되는 상황을 설명하는 도면으로서, 도 6의 (a) 내지 (d)는 각각 캐리어에 단자를 연결한 연결부위를 도시한 측면도이다.
도 7은 종래예의 단자를 도시한 사시도이다.

Claims (2)
- 상대방 커넥터 단자에 접속되는 접속부와;
회로 기판의 도체 패턴에 납땜되는 리드부;
를 포함하는 단자로서,
상기 단자는 도전성 금속재료를 프레스 가공하여 캐리어로부터 연장된 연결부에 연결된 상태로 성형되고, 상기 캐리어로부터 절단 및 분리되어 이용되며,
상기 리드부는 주석으로 도금되고, 상기 리드부와 상기 연결부 사이에는 도체 패턴에 납땜되는 면 측으로부터 커터에 의해 절단되는, 상기 리드부보다 얇은 두께의 노치부가 형성되고,
상기 노치부에는 안내부가 배치되고, 상기 안내부는 상기 커터를 상기 연결부측으로 안내하며, 상기 커터에 의해 상기 노치부를 절단한 후에는 상기 리드부 측에서 상기 노치부의 일부로 이루어진 필렛 형성편을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단자. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 안내부는 원호 형상으로 팽창된 안내면을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 단자.
