Claims (4)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,무기 불순물이 Na, Ca 및 Fe 로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1 개 또는 그 이상인 폴리카보네이트.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 폴리카보네이트로 이루어지는 성형체.
- 무기 불순물량 합계가 ICP (유도 결합 플라즈마) 발광 분석 장치에 의한 분석값으로 2ppm 이하이고, 가스 크로마토그래피에서의 순도 분석값이 99.7% 이상인 하기 식 (2) 로 나타내는 디올과,(R1 ∼ R4 는 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자, 알킬기, 시클로알킬기 또는 아릴기에서 선택되는 기이다),무기 불순물량 합계가 ICP (유도 결합 플라즈마) 발광 분석 장치에 의한 분석값으로 2ppm 이하이며, 가스 크로마토그래피에서의 순도 분석값이 99.7% 이상인 하기 식 (3) 으로 나타내는 디올을 디올 성분으로서 사용하고,(R5 는 탄소수가 2 내지 12 인 지방족기)무기 불순물량 합계가 ICP (유도 결합 플라즈마) 발광 분석 장치에 의한 분석값으로 2ppm 이하이며, 가스 크로마토그래피에서의 순도 분석값이 99.7% 이상인 하기 식 (4)(R6 및 R7 은 알킬기, 시클로알킬기 또는 아릴기에서 선택되는 기이며, R6 과 R7 은 동일한 기이어도 되고 상이한 기이어도 된다)로 나타내는 탄산디에스테르를 원료로 하는 용융 중축합법에 의한 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 폴리카보네이트의 제조 방법.
