Claims (10)
- 압축기, 응축기, 팽창장치 및 증발기를 포함하는 공기조화기에 있어서,
상기 응축기를 통과한 냉매 중 적어도 일부를 저장하기 위한 리시버;
상기 리시버에 저장된 냉매 및 상기 증발기를 통과한 냉매가 유입되며, 상기 유입된 냉매 중 액냉매를 걸러내어 상기 압축기에 공급하기 위한 기액분리기;
상기 리시버와 기액분리기에 결합되어, 상기 리시버의 내부공간과 기액분리기의 내부공간을 구획하는 격벽;
상기 리시버의 입구측 배관에 설치되어, 냉매량을 제어하는 제 1 밸브;
상기 리시버에 저장된 냉매를 상기 기액분리기로 공급하는 바이패스 라인;
상기 바이패스 라인에 설치되며, 상기 리시버로부터 상기 기액분리기로 공급되는 냉매량을 제어하는 제 2 밸브;
상기 리시버에 형성되며, 상기 바이패스 라인의 입구단이 연결되는 제 1 연결부; 및
상기 기액분리기에 형성되며, 상기 바이패스 라인의 출구단이 연결되는 제 2 연결부가 포함되며,
상기 압축기, 응축기, 팽창장치 및 증발기를 순환하는 냉매량에 기초하여, 상기 제 1 밸브 및 제 2 밸브의 개도를 제어하여, 상기 리시버에 저장되는 냉매량을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 연결부는,
상기 기액분리기의 측면에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 연결부는,
상기 기액분리기에 저장된 액냉매의 최대 저장 높이 보다 높은 위치에서 상기 기액분리기에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 연결부는,
상기 기액분리기의 상면에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 기액분리기에는, 기액분리기 본체 및 상기 기액분리기 본체의 상부를 차폐하는 상단커버가 포함되고,
상기 상단커버에는,
상기 증발기로부터 상기 기액분리기로 냉매를 안내하는 기액분리기 유입관;
상기 기액분리기로부터 상기 압축기로 냉매를 안내하는 기액분리기 토출관; 및
상기 제 2 연결부가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 연결부는,
상기 리시버의 측면에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 연결부는,
상기 리시버의 하면에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 바이패스 라인은 상기 제 1 연결부를 관통하도록 설치되고,
상기 바이패스 라인의 입구단의 적어도 일부는, 상기 리시버의 내부 바닥면과 이격되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 리시버의 입구측 배관은, 상기 리시버의 상측에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 삭제
