Abstract
본 발명은 양이온성 계면활성제와 음이온성 폴리머를 포함하는 컨디셔너 조성물에 있어서, 특정 화학식의 글리세릴 4급 알킬아미도 암모늄 양이온 계면활성제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 양이온성 계면활성제와 음이온성 폴리머의 수-불용성 컴플렉스인 코아세르베이트의 생성량이 증대됨으로써 젖음시와 헹굼시 사용감이 매우 우수하고, 컨디셔닝 성분의 피착체로의 흡착이 향상되어 마른 후에도 컨디셔닝 효과가 매우 우수하면서 오랫동안 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모발, 피부 및 섬유 처리용 컨디셔너 조성물을 제공한다.

Description
본 발명은 컨디셔닝 효과를 얻는 방법으로 양이온성 계면활성제와 음이온성폴리머의 코아세르베이트 현상을 활용하는 컨디셔너 조성물에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로 젖음시와 헹굼시에 물에 의한 희석으로 인하여 형성된 코아세르베이트가 피착체에 작용하여 우수한 젖음 및 헹굼 컨디셔닝 효과를 나타내고, 이들 코아세르베이트가 갖는 유효 성분의 흡착 특성에 의하여 다양한 컨디셔닝 성분들의 흡착량이 증대됨으로써 마른 후에도 컨디셔닝 효과가 매우 우수한 것을 그 특징으로 하는 컨디셔너 조성물에 관한 것이다.
최근에는 다양한 물리적, 화학적 요인에 의하여 모발, 피부 등이 손상되어 거칠음 및 건조함이 증가하고, 윤기 및 탄력을 잃어 부드러움과 유연효과가 떨어지게 됨에 따라서 모발 및 피부의 손질이 어려워지고, 모발이 잘리거나 끝이 갈라지는 등의 문제가 발생하게 된다.
이러한 문제점을 해결하고자, 세정 시 혹은 세정 후 모발 및 피부의 부드러움을 개선하고, 손상을 회복시키기 위한 다양한 컨디셔너 성분 및 제형에 대한 끊임없는 연구가 계속되어 왔다. 특히 종래에 양이온과 음이온의 이온 컴플렉스인 코 아세르베이트 현상을 활용하여 컨디셔닝 효과를 개선하려는 다양한 연구들이 크게 증가하고 있는 추세이다.
일본 공개특허 평10-87441호는 1제에 음이온성 폴리머를 사용하고, 2제에 양이온성 물질과 헤어 트리트먼트제를 배합하여 모발에 1제를 도포한 후 그 위에 2제를 도포하여 음이온과 양이온의 컴플렉스를 형성함으로써 모발을 컨디셔닝하는 제제에 대하여 언급하고 있으며, 또한 일본 공개특허 2001-48751호는 음이온성 다당류와 아미노산을 함유하는 1제와 양이온성 활성제와 산성 아미노산을 함유하는 2제로 헤어 트리트먼트를 구성하고, 1제와 2제를 모발에 순서대로 사용하여 컨디셔닝 효과를 나타내는 제제에 대하여 언급하고 있다. 그러나 이들 기술은 2제로 구성되어 사용이 복잡하고 불편하다는 단점이 있다. 또한 미국 공개특허 2006/0293197호와 2006/0293213호에서는 양이온성 계면활성제, 음이온 폴리머 및 양쪽성 폴리머로 구성된 단일 제제(1제식의 제제)로 사용시 물로 희석됨에 따라서 형성되는 수불용성 컴플렉스인 코아세르베이트에 의해서 모발, 피부, 섬유 등에 컨디셔닝 효과를 나타내는 조성에 대하여 설명하고 있으나, 이 경우에 있어서는 물에 의해서 씻겨나가는 과정에서 형성되는 코아세르베이트의 점착 특성이 비교적 약하고, 실질적으로 모발에 흡착되어 컨디셔닝 효과를 나타내는 코아세르베이트 양이 상대적으로 적어져서 컨디셔닝 효과가 미약하다는 단점이 있다.
따라서, 본 발명이 이루고자 하는 기술적 과제는 2제식의 복잡한 사용상의 단점을 극복하면서도 젖음시 및 헹굼시 사용감이 우수할 뿐만 아니라, 마른 후에도 모발에 우수한 컨디셔닝 효과를 나타낼 수 있는 컨디셔너 조성물을 제공하는 것이다.
상기 기술적 과제를 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명은 양이온성 계면활성제와 음이온성 폴리머를 포함하는 컨디셔너 조성물에 있어 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 4급 암모늄 양이온 계면활성제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨디셔너 조성물을 제공한다.
상기 화학식 1에서, R은 탄소수가 12 내지 22인 직쇄상 알킬기, 분지상 알킬기 및 알케닐기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나이고, n은 0 내지 10의 정수이며, X는 할로겐족 원소, 설페이트기 및 아세테이트기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나임.
바람직하게, 본 발명은 상기 조성물이 양쪽성 계면활성제를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨디셔너 조성물을 제공하며, 보다 바람직하게, 본 발명은 상기 조성물이 양쪽성 계면활성제 및 양이온성 폴리머를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨디셔너 조성물을 제공한다.
본 발명자들은 양이온성 계면활성제의 일부 또는 전부로 상기 화학식 1로 표 시되는 글리세릴 4급 알킬아미도 암모늄 양이온 계면활성제와 음이온성 폴리머를 포함하는 조성물, 보다 바람직하게는 양이온성 계면활성제 및 음이온성 폴리머 이외에 양이온성 폴리머와 양쪽성 계면활성제를 추가로 포함하는 조성물이 모발과의 점착성이 강하면서도 많은 양의 수-불용성 이온 컴플렉스인 복합 코아세르베이트를 형성하여 젖음시와 헹굼시의 컨디셔닝 효과가 매우 우수하고, 컨디셔닝 성분의 피착체로의 흡착이 향상되어 마른 후에도 컨디셔닝 효과가 매우 우수한 것을 확인하고 본 발명을 완성하게 되었다.
이하, 본 발명의 코아세르베이트 컨디셔너 조성물에 대하여 보다 상세히 설명한다.
본 발명의 컨디셔너 조성물은 사용시 물과의 희석에 의하여 양이온과 음이온간에 형성되는 수-불용성의 컴플렉스인 코아세르베이트의 형성을 촉진하는 성분으로서 상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 글리세릴기가 도입된 특정 화학식의 양이온성 계면활성제를 포함한다.
상기 화학식 1을 참조하면, 본 발명에서 사용되는 양이온성 계면활성제는 4급 암모늄 화합물의 구조로서 암모늄이온의 1개 치환기가 알킬아미도기, 2개 치환기가 메틸기, 나머지 한 개가 친수성기를 갖는데, 이러한 친수성기는 하나 이상의 글리세릴기가 축합되어 반복된 구조이며, 반복단위의 수는 1 내지 11이다.
상기 4급 암모늄 양이온성 계면활성제는 음이온성 폴리머와 상호작용을 통해 통상적으로 유사-비이온성 복합체(pseudo-nonionic complex)라고 명명되는 수용액에 녹는 혼합 미셀을 형성할 수 있다. 이러한 유사-비이온성 복합체는 양이온성 계 면활성제, 양이온성 폴리머 등의 양이온성 물질과 음이온성 폴리머가 동시에 사용되는 경우에 발생하는 고점도, 침전 등의 문제점을 개선해 주기 때문에, 음이온성 폴리머의 존재 하에서도 양이온성 폴리머의 사용량을 증가시킬 수 있어서 보다 많은 양의 코아세르베이트 형성이 가능하며, 또한 상기 화학식 1의 4급 암모늄 양이온 계면활성제는 장쇄 지방산기 대신 상대적으로 친수성을 갖는 알킬아미도기를 포함하고 있어 이들 두 가지 특징으로 인하여 보다 점착성이 강한 코아세르베이트를 보다 많이 생성할 수 있다.
상기 화학식 1의 4급 암모늄 양이온성 계면활성제는 2006년판 INCI(International Cosmetic Ingredient Dictionary)상의 화학분류(Chemical Classes)에서 사급암모늄화합물(Quaternary Ammonium Compounds)로 분류된 화합물들, 바람직하게는 염화알킬트리메틸암모늄, 염화디알킬디메틸암모늄, 염화벤잘코늄 등과 같은 통상적인 모발 조성물에 사용되는 양이온성 계면활성제와 함께 사용하는 것이 가능하며, 또는 산성의 pH에서 약간의 양이온 특성을 갖는 2006년판 INCI(International Cosmetic Ingredient Dictionary)상의 화학분류(Chemical Classes)에 아민옥사이드(Amine Oxides)로 분류된 화합물들, 바람직하게는 천연 또는 합성의 알킬아민옥사이드류인 알몬드아미도프로필아민옥사이드, 베헨아민옥사이드, 코카미도프로필아민옥사이드, 코카민옥사이드, 라우라미도프로필아민옥사이드 등을 함께 혼합하여 사용이 가능하다. 다만, 본 발명의 목적을 유지하기 위하여 상기 화학식 1의 4급 암모늄 양이온성 계면활성제는 조성물에 함유된 양이온성 계면활성제만의 총 중량 대비 0.001 중량% 이상 함유되는 것이 바람직하며, 상기 화학 식 1의 4급 암모늄 양이온성 계면활성제의 함량이 0.001 중량% 미만일 경우에는 상기에서 언급한 효과가 미미하여 코아세르베이트 형성량 및 보다 점착성이 강한 코아세르베이트의 형성이 어려워지는 문제가 있다. 또한 상기 화학식 1의 4급 암모늄 양이온성 계면활성제를 포함하여 조성물 총 중량에 대하여 사용되는 양이온성 계면활성제의 총 함량은 0.1 내지 15 중량%를 사용하는 것이 바람직하다. 총 양이온성 계면활성제의 함량이 0.1 중량% 미만일 경우에는 양이온성 계면활성제와 음이온성 폴리머의 코아세르베이트 형성이 미미하여 목적하는 수준의 컨디셔닝 효과 효과를 달성하기 어려우며, 15 중량%를 초과할 경우에는 모발에 눅눅한 느낌을 주고 침전 및 상 안정성 저해 우려가 있어 사용 시 부적합할 수 있다.
또한 본 발명의 컨디셔너 조성물은 상기 양이온성 계면활성제와 반응하여 코아세르베이트를 형성하는 성분으로 음이온성 폴리머를 포함한다. 이러한 음이온성 폴리머로는 폴리메타크릴릭애씨드, 카르복시비닐폴리머, 폴리아크릴릭애씨드, 설포네이트폴리머, 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스, 아크릴레이트코폴리머, 카르복시구아, 아크릴레이트실리콘코폴리머, 카보머, 알긴익액씨드, 프로필렌글리콜알기네이트, 카라기난검, 잔탄검, 셀룰로오스검, 카라야검, 검 아카시아, 검 아라빅, PVM/MA 코폴리머, 폴리우레탄 & 아크릴레이트 코폴리머, VA/크로토네이트 코폴리머 등을 1종이상 혼합 사용할 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
본 발명의 컨디셔너 조성물에 있어 상기 음이온성 폴리머의 함량은 조성물 총 중량 대비 0.01 내지 15 중량%인 것이 바람직하다. 그 함량이 0.01 중량% 미만에서는 양이온성 계면활성제, 양이온성 폴리머 등의 양이온성 물질과의 코아세르베 이트 생성이 저조하여 컨디셔닝 성분의 흡착이 저하되고, 결과적으로 컨디셔닝 효과가 충분히 발휘되지 못하며, 15 중량%를 초과하는 경우에는 코아세르베이트의 과도한 생성으로 컨디셔닝 성분이 모발과 두피에 과도하게 흡착하여 좋지 않은 느낌을 주고 사용감이 나빠질 우려가 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 컨디셔너 조성물은 양쪽성 계면활성제를 포함한다. 이러한 양쪽성 계면활성제로는 알킬아미드디메틸아민초산베타인, 알킬아미드디메틸아미노초산베타인, 2-알킬-N-카르복시-N-히드록시이미다졸리늄베타인, 베타인류, 아미도 프로필 베타인, 코코암포카르복시 글리시네이트, 사코시네이트 등과 같은 아미노산계 양쪽성 계면활성제 등을 1종 이상 사용할 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
본 발명의 컨디셔너 조성물에 있어 상기 양쪽성 계면활성제의 함량은 조성물 총 중량 대비 0.1 내지 20 중량%인 것이 바람직하다. 그 함량이 0.1 중량% 미만에서는 조성물 자체에서 양이온성 물질과 음이온성 물질간의 컴플랙스 형성을 효과적으로 차단하지 못하여 조성물에 불용성의 침전이 발생하는 등의 문제가 있고, 20 중량%를 초과하는 경우에는 과도한 이온 완충 효과로 인하여 효과적인 코아세르베이트 형성을 방해하여 원하는 컨디셔닝 효과를 얻지 못할 우려가 있다.
바람직하게, 본 발명의 컨디셔너 조성물은 또한 양이온성 폴리머를 포함한다. 본 발명의 컨디셔너 조성물에 포함될 수 있는 양이온성 폴리머로는 천연 또는 합성의 양이온성 폴리머로, 2006년판 INCI(International Cosmetic Ingredient Dictionary)상의 화학분류(Chemical Classes)에 사급암모늄화합물(Quaternary Ammonium Compounds)로 분류된 화합물을 모두 포함할 수 있지만, 특히 바람직하게는 구아 히드록시프로필트리모늄 클로라이드, 하이드록시프로필 구아 하이드록시프로필트리모늄 클로라이드 등의 양이온성 구아, 셀룰로스(폴리쿼터늄-10), 폴리쿼터늄, 디메틸디알릴암모늄클로라이드 폴리머, 아크릴아미드-디메틸디알릴암모늄 클로라이드 코폴리머, 폴리비닐피롤리돈(PVP)-디메틸아미노에틸메타크릴레이트 코폴리머, 아크릴산-디메틸디알릴암모늄 클로라이드 코폴리머, 아크릴아미드-디메틸아미노 에틸메타크릴레이트 메틸 클로라이드 코폴리머, 트리메틸아미노에틸메타크릴레이트 폴리머, 실리콘쿼터늄류 등을 1종 이상 사용할 수 있고, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
본 발명의 컨디셔너 조성물에 있어 상기 양이온성 폴리머의 함량은 조성물 총 중량 대비 0.01 내지 5 중량%인 것이 바람직하다. 그 함량이 0.01 중량% 미만에서는 코아세르베이트의 생성이 저조하여 컨디셔닝 성분의 흡착 저하로 컨디셔닝 효과가 충분히 발휘되지 못하며, 5 중량%를 초과하는 경우에는 코아세르베이트의 과도한 생성으로 컨디셔닝 성분이 모발과 두피에 과도하게 흡착하여 좋지 않은 느낌을 주기 때문, 즉 사용감이 나쁘기 때문이다.
본 발명의 컨디셔너 조성물은 모발 및/또는 두피에 컨디셔닝 효과를 제공하기 위한 다양한 실리콘, 식물 또는 동물로부터 얻어진 오일 및/또는 유지를 선택적으로 포함한다. 이들 천연 오일 또는 식물성 방향 오일이나 동물에서 얻어진 유지는 모발 및 피부에 천연의 마일드한 컨디셔닝 효과 및 아로마 효과를 제공해 줄 수 있고, 동시에 누적 흡착에 의한 자극을 감소시켜 줄 수 있다.
본 발명에 사용될 수 있는 실리콘으로는 수불용성 비휘발성의 디메치콘, 사이클로메치콘, 아미노화 실리콘, 트리메틸실릴아모디메티콘, 비닐 실리콘 등의 실리콘으로 통칭되는 성분 및 이들의 유도체들을 1종 이상 사용할 수 있고, 또한 유성 오일 성분으로는 탄화수소 오일 및 합성 에스테르 오일, 미네랄 오일 등을 사용할 수 있으며, 그 예로 탄화수소 오일에는 유동파라핀(mineral oil), 이소파라핀, 수소화 폴리데센(hydrogenated polydecene) 등이 있고, 에스테르 오일에는 미리스틴산이소프로필, 팔미틴산이소프로필, 이소스테아린산이소스테아릴, C12 -15 알킬 벤조에이트 등이 있다. 또한 천연 오일 또는 식물성 방향 오일이나 유지는 통상적으로 모발 및 피부용 조성물에 사용될 수 있는 것이면 특별히 제한되는 것은 아니며, 예를 들어, 식물성 오일, 식물성 방향 오일, 식물성 유지, 동물성 오일, 동물성 유지 등의 천연에서 유래된 오일 및/또는 유지가 1종 이상 선택하여 사용될 수 있다.
본 발명의 컨디셔너 조성물에 포함될 수 있는 식물성 오일로는, 예를 들어, 아보카도 오일, 알몬드 오일, 스위트알몬드 오일, 비터알몬드 오일, 올리브 오일, 세사미(참깨) 오일, 라이스브랜 오일, 홍화 오일, 대두유, 콘 오일, 카눌라 오일, 애프리코트커넬 오일, 피치커넬 오일, 팜커넬 오일, 팜 오일, 피마자 오일, 해바라기씨 오일, 포도씨 오일, 목화씨 오일, 코코넛 오일, 동백 오일, 복숭아씨 오일, 살구씨 오일 등이 1종 이상 사용될 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
또한 본 발명의 컨디셔너 조성물에 향을 부여하고 컨디셔닝 효과를 보조하기 위하여 포함될 수 있는 식물성 방향 오일로는, 예를 들어, 오렌지 오일, 라벤더 오 일, 쟈스민 오일, 라임 오일, 버가못 오일, 레몬 오일, 로즈 오일, 샌달우드 오일, 제라늄 오일, 사이프러스 오일, 프랑킨센스 오일, 유칼립투스 오일, 클라리세이지 오일, 유칼립투스 오일, 로즈마리 오일, 캐모마일 오일, 티트리 오일, 릴리 오일, 민트 오일, 파인 오일, 만다린그린 오일, 네롤리 오일 등이 1종 이상 사용될 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
또한 본 발명의 컨디셔너 조성물에 포함될 수 있는 동물성 오일 또는 유지로는, 예를 들어, 우지, 돈지, 양지, 경화유, 마유, 밍크오일, 난황지방유 등이 1종 이상 사용될 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
본 발명의 컨디셔너 조성물은 가용화, 용해성 개선 등의 목적을 위하여 본 발명의 목적을 저해하지 않는 범위 내에서 비이온성 계면활성제를 추가로 함유할 수 있다.
본 발명에서 사용될 수 있는 비이온성 계면활성제로는, 예를 들어, 라우릴산디에탄올아미드, 야자유지방산디에탄올아미드, 야자유지방산모노에탄올아미드 등을 1종 이상 사용할 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
이 외에도, 본 발명에 따른 컨디셔너 조성물에는 추가적으로 통상적인 모발 및/또는 두피용 조성물의 성분으로 사용될 수 있는 방부제, 점증제, 점도조정제, pH조정제, 향료, 염료, 컨디셔닝제 등의 첨가제를 더 함유할 수 있으며, 이들은 상업적으로 용이하게 구입하여 사용할 수 있다. 방부제의 예로는 파라옥시안식향산메틸, 메틸클로로이소티아졸리논, 메틸이소티아졸리논의 혼합물(상품명: Kathon CG, 제조회사: 미국 롬앤하스사)을 들 수 있다. 점증제 또는 점도조정제로는 지방산 알 콜, 지방산, 하이드록시프로필메틸셀룰로오스, 하이드록시메틸셀룰로오스, 염화나트륨, 염화암모늄, 프로필렌글리콜, 헥실렌글리콜 등을 들 수 있다. pH조정제로는 구연산, 수산화나트륨, 트리에탄올아민 등을 들 수 있다. 염료로는 수용성 타르색소 등을 들 수 있다. 그리고 컨디셔닝제로는 동식물성 추출물, 단백질 및 단백질 변형체, 고급지방산 등을 들 수 있다.
이하, 본 발명을 구체적으로 설명하기 위해 실시예를 들어 상세하게 설명하기로 한다. 그러나, 본 발명에 따른 실시예들은 여러 가지 다른 형태로 변형될 수 있으며, 본 발명의 범위가 아래에서 상술하는 실시예들에 한정되는 것으로 해석되어서는 안 된다. 본 발명의 실시예들은 당업계에서 평균적인 지식을 가진 자에게 본 발명을 보다 완전하게 설명하기 위해서 제공되는 것이다.

4급 암모늄 형태의 양이온성 계면활성제로서, 4급 암모늄기를 한 개 포함하는 모노타입(mono-type)인 N,N-디메틸-N-글리세릴 스테아릴 아미도프로필 암모니움 클로라이드를 하기와 같은 방법으로 합성하였다.
3구 플라스크에 이소프로필 알코올, 알킬아미도프로필아민 및 이와 당량의 1-클로로-2,3-프로판디올을 넣은 후, 촉매로 소디움 이오디드(sodium iodide)를 첨가한 다음 환류시켰다. 아민%를 측정하여 반응 진행 정도를 확인하였다. 반응기의 온도를 120℃로 올린 후 10시간 동안 반응시켜 반응이 95% 진행되었다. 반응 결과물을 아세톤에 부은 후 냉각하여 재결정하였다. 결과물은 흡습성을 가지고 있으므로 재결정 후 거름을 통해 얻은 결과물은 곧바로 진공 건조하였다.

글리세릴기 2개가 치환된 디글리세릴 화합물을 합성하기 위해서, 모노글리세릴 화합물에 글리세릴기를 추가적으로 도입하였다. 3구 플라스크에 이소프로필 알코올, 모노글리세릴 화합물 및 글리시돌을 넣은 후, 온도 50℃에서 1시간 동안 교반하여 반응을 완료하였다. 혼합물에서 이소프로필 알코올을 감압 하에서 증류하여 제거하였다. 결과물은 흡습성을 가지고 있으므로 결과물을 증류수 50% 용액으로 만들어 보관하였다.
<실시예 1-16 및 비교예 1-8의 제조>
하기 표 1 및 2에 나타낸 조성과 함량으로 컨디셔너 조성물을 제조하였다. 양이온성 폴리머로서 폴리쿼터늄-10 또는 구아 히드록시프로필트리모늄 클로라이드를 증류수에 분산 용해시킨 후, 섭씨 70도로 가온하고 N,N-디메틸-N-글리세릴 스테아릴 아미도프로필 암모니움 클로라이드 또는 N,N-디메틸-N-디글리세릴 스테아릴 아미도프로필 암모니움 클로라이드 및 통상의 양이온성 계면활성제인 세틸트리메틸암모늄클로라이드 또는 디세틸디메칠암모늄클로라이드를 투입하여 용해시키고, 냉각 시키면서 양쪽성 계면활성제를 투입하여 교반하고, 미리 따로 물에 분산시킨 아크릴레이트실리콘코폴리머 또는 카보머와 같은 음이온성 폴리머를 투입하여 30분 이상 교반하여 컨디셔너 조성물을 제조하였다.

<코아세르베이트 생성량 평가>
컨디셔너 조성물의 주요 작용 기작인 코아세르베이트의 생성량을 측정하였다. 실제 컨디셔너 조성물을 모발 및 피부에 도포하고 마사지하는 경우에 물과의 희석 농도를 평가하였다. 그 결과 컨디셔너의 농도로 약 10 내지 30 중량%로 판단하였고, 이중 20%의 희석 농도에서 코아세르베이트 양을 측정하기 위해 시료 100 g을 물 400 g에 희석시켜 생성되는 코아세르베이트를 원심분리(4,000 rpm, 5분)시켜 상층액을 버리고 침전된 코아세르베이트 부분을 취하여 무게를 측정하여 코아세르베이트 생성량으로 판단하였다. 그 결과를 하기 표 3에 제시하였다.

<컨디셔너 효과 평가>
두발 제품에 대한 관능평가 경험이 풍부한 여성 240명을 대상으로 통상의 사용 방법으로 샴푸를 실시하게 한 후, 실시예 1-16 및 비교예 1-8을 각 처방 별로 10명씩 컨디셔너로 사용하게 하였다. 헹굼시와 젖음시의 모발 감촉 및 마른 후의 컨디셔닝 감촉을 평가하게 하였고, 이 두가지 특성의 평균치를 각 처방예의 컨디셔닝 효과로 하였다. 평가 방법은 매우 나쁜 경우 1점, 나쁜 경우 2점, 모발 감촉이 보통인 경우 3점, 좋은 경우 4점, 매우 좋은 경우 5점을 부여한 후, 그 결과를 하기 표 4에 제시하였다.

상기 표 3 및 4에서 알 수 있는 바와 같이, 상기 화학식 1의 알킬 아미도 글리세릴 4급 암모늄 양이온 계면활성제를 포함하는 실시예의 컨디셔너 조성물들은 이를 함유하지 않은 비교예들에 비하여 코아세르베이트 생성량이 많음을 알 수 있고, 또한 코아세르베이트 생성량이 많음에 따라 헴굼시 및 젖음시의 모발 감촉이 우수하고, 마른 후의 컨디셔닝감도 우수하였다.
이상에서 살펴본 바와 같이, 본 발명의 컨디셔너 조성물은 특정 화학구조의 4급 암모늄 형태의 양이온 계면활성제을 함유하고 있어 물에 의한 희석시 코아세르 베이트를 다량 형성하여 젖음시 및 헹굼시 사용감이 우수할 뿐만 아니라, 마른 후에도 모발에 우수한 컨디셔닝 효과를 나타낼 수 있다.

- 양이온성 계면활성제와 음이온성 폴리머를 포함하는 컨디셔너 조성물에 있어서,하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 4급 암모늄 양이온 계면활성제를 포함하고,상기 음이온성 폴리머는 폴리메타크릴릭애씨드, 카르복시비닐폴리머, 폴리아크릴릭애씨드, 설포네이트폴리머, 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스, 아크릴레이트코폴리머, 카르복시구아, 아크릴레이트실리콘코폴리머, 카보머, 알긴익액씨드, 프로필렌글리콜알기네이트, 카라기난검, 잔탄검, 셀룰로오스검, 카라야검, 검 아카시아, 검 아라빅, 피브이엠/엠에이 코폴리머(PVM/MA copolymer), 폴리우레탄 & 아크릴레이트 코폴리머(Polyurethane & Acrylate copolymer) 및 브이에이/크로토네이트 코폴리머(VA/Crotonates copolymer)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 컨디셔너 조성물:<화학식 1>상기 화학식 1에서, R은 탄소수가 12 내지 22인 직쇄상 알킬기, 분지상 알킬기 및 알케닐기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나이고, n은 0 내지 10의 정수이며, X는 할로겐족 원소, 설페이트기 및 아세테이트기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나임.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 4급 암모늄 양이온 계면활성제의 함량은 컨디셔너 조성물에 함유된 양이온성 계면활성제의 총 중량 대비 0.001 중량% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 컨디셔너 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양이온성 계면활성제는 염화알킬트리메틸암모늄, 염 화디알킬디메틸암모늄, 염화벤잘코늄, 알킬아민옥사이드, 알몬드아미도프로필아민옥사이드, 베헨아민옥사이드, 코카미도프로필아민옥사이드, 코카민옥사이드 및 라우라미도프로필아민옥사이드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 컨디셔너 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 양이온성 계면활성제의 함량은 조성물 총 중량 대비 0.1 내지 15 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 컨디셔너 조성물.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 음이온성 폴리머의 함량은 조성물 총 중량 대비 0.01 내지 15 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 컨디셔너 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 양쪽성 계면활성제를 포함하는 것을 특징으 로 하는 컨디셔너 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 양쪽성 계면활성제는 알킬아미드디메틸아민초산베타인, 알킬아미드디메틸아미노초산베타인, 2-알킬-N-카르복시-N-히드록시이미다졸리늄베타인, 베타인류, 아미도 프로필 베타인, 코코암포카르복시 글리시네이트 및 사코시네이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 컨디셔너 조성물.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 양쪽성 계면활성제의 함량은 조성물 총 중량 대비 0.1 내지 20 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 컨디셔너 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 양이온성 폴리머를 포함하고,상기 양이온성 폴리머는 양이온성 구아, 셀룰로스(폴리쿼터늄-10), 폴리쿼터늄, 디메틸디알릴암모늄클로라이드 폴리머, 아크릴아미드-디메틸디알릴암모늄 클로라이드 코폴리머, 폴리비닐피롤리돈(PVP)-디메틸아미노에틸메타크릴레이트 코폴리머, 아크릴산-디메틸디알릴암모늄 클로라이드 코폴리머, 아크릴아미드-디메틸아미노 에틸메타크릴레이트 메틸 클로라이드 코폴리머, 트리메틸아미노에틸메타크릴레이트 폴리머 및 실리콘쿼터늄으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨디셔너 조성물.

- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 양이온성 폴리머의 함량은 조성물 총 중량 대비 0.01 내지 5 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 컨디셔너 조성물.
