本发明涉及日用化学品技术领域,特别是涉及含有一种多羟基化合物的洗涤剂组合物。
背景技术
目前洗涤组合物为了阻止微生物繁殖,达到必要的保质期,必须使用防腐剂。额外添加现有防腐剂会提高洗涤组合物的刺激性,降低使用温和性。目前常用的现有防腐剂有尼泊金酯类、卡松、DMDM乙内酰脲等。
这类常用的现有防腐剂的缺点有:配方使用限制条件多、增加产品的刺激性、增加使用者过敏风险、存在累积危害性、致病性、致癌性。
目前具有功能杀菌的洗涤剂组合物,要达到其功能,必须使用额外的现有杀菌剂。额外的杀菌剂除了对洗涤配方的复配性能提出了更高的要求,还会提高洗涤组合物的刺激性,降低使用温和性。目前常用的现有功能杀菌剂有吡硫鎓锌、甘宝素、吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐、酮康唑、氯咪巴唑或己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐、对氯间二甲苯酚(PCMX)、双氯苯双胍己烷、苯扎氯铵等。

一种洗涤剂组合物,包括如下组分:
(a)占组合物质量分数3-50%的表面活性剂;
(b)占组合物质量分数0.01-10%的功能助剂;
(c)占组合物质量分数0.1-25%的多羟基化合物;
(d)占组合物质量分数40-96%的溶剂(以上组分含量的总和为100%)。

在其中一些实施例中,所述功能助剂选自维生素、螯合剂、香料、增白剂、酶、调理剂、增稠剂、引诱剂、染料、颜料、漂白剂以及珠光剂中的一种或几种。
在其中一些实施例中,所述溶剂选自水、乙醇、甘油、丙二醇、聚乙二醇、异丙醇中一种或几种。
在其中一些实施例中,所述的螯合剂选自:乙二胺四乙酸、氨基三乙酸、二亚乙基三胺五乙酸及其盐、柠檬酸、酒石酸和葡萄糖酸、羟乙基乙二胺三乙酸、二羟乙基甘氨酸、有机多元膦酸、聚丙烯酸、聚甲基丙烯酸、水解聚马来酸酐或富马酸-丙烯磺酸共聚体中一种或几种。
在其中一些实施例中,所述调理剂选自:阳离子瓜尔胶聚合物、阳离子非瓜尔胶半乳甘露聚糖聚合物、阳离子改性淀粉聚合物、丙烯酰胺单体与阳离子单体的阳离子共聚物、阳离子纤维素聚合物、聚硅氧烷或阳离子决明胶聚合物中一种或几种。
在其中一些实施例中,所述增稠剂选自:改性的羟乙基纤维素、疏水改性的聚丙烯酸酯、疏水改性的聚丙烯酸、疏水改性的聚丙烯酰胺、PEG-120甲基葡萄糖二油酸酯、PEG-40脱水山梨糖醇四油酸酯、PEG-60脱水山梨糖醇四油酸酯、PEG-150季戊四醇四硬脂酸酯、PEG-55丙二醇油酸酯或PEG-150二硬脂酸酯中一种或几种。
在其中一些实施例中,所述的珠光剂选自:硬脂酸乙二醇双酯、硬脂酸乙二醇单酯中一种或两种。
上述洗涤剂组合物采用该多羟基化合物,具有防腐的效果,无需额外添加现有防腐剂,洗涤组合物刺激性低,温和性高;上述洗涤剂组合物采用该多羟基化合物,能够有效的杀灭马拉色菌、痤疮丙酸杆菌,洗涤剂组合物具有去屑、祛痘的效果;上述洗涤剂组合物采用该多羟基化合物,洗涤剂组合物同时具有调理、保湿的功能。

实施例1
本实施例,含有一种多羟基化合物的洗涤剂组合物制备:
(1)配方组分
(2)配方工艺
a、将A相加热搅拌溶解均匀。
b、A相溶解均匀后,加入B相继续加热搅拌溶解均匀。
c、B相溶解均匀后,降温到常温,加入C相,搅拌均匀即可。
实施例2
本实施例,含有一种多羟基化合物的洗涤剂组合物制备:
(1)配方组分
(2)配方工艺
a、将A相加热搅拌溶解均匀。
b、A相溶解均匀后,加入B相继续加热搅拌溶解均匀。
c、B相溶解均匀后,降温到常温,加入C相,搅拌均匀即可。
实施例3
本实施例,含有一种多羟基化合物的洗涤剂组合物制备:
(1)配方组分
(2)配方工艺
a、将A相加热搅拌溶解均匀。
b、A相溶解均匀后,加入B相继续加热搅拌溶解均匀。
c、B相溶解均匀后,降温到常温,加入C相,搅拌均匀即可。
实施例4
本实施例,含有一种多羟基化合物的洗涤剂组合物制备:

a、将A相加热搅拌溶解均匀。
b、A相溶解均匀后,加入B相继续加热搅拌溶解均匀。
c、B相溶解均匀后,降温到常温,加入C相,搅拌均匀即可。
实施例5
本实施例,含有一种多羟基化合物的洗涤剂组合物制备:

a、将A相加热搅拌溶解均匀。
b、A相溶解均匀后,加入B相继续加热搅拌溶解均匀。
c、B相溶解均匀后,降温到常温,加入C相,搅拌均匀即可。

本实施例,含有一种多羟基化合物的洗涤剂组合物制备:

a、将A相加热搅拌溶解均匀。
b、A相溶解均匀后,降温到常温,加入B相,搅拌均匀即可。

本实施例,含有一种多羟基化合物的洗涤剂组合物制备:

a、将A相加热搅拌溶解均匀。
b、A相溶解均匀后,降温到常温,加入B相,搅拌均匀即可。
实施例8
本实施例,含有一种多羟基化合物的洗涤剂组合物制备:

a、将A相加热搅拌溶解均匀。
b、A相溶解均匀后,降温到常温,加入B相,搅拌均匀即可。
对比例1
对比例1洗涤剂组合物配方与实施例1相比区别在于不含有多羟基化合物。对比例1与实施例1志愿者洗发测试结果见图1。
志愿者洗发测试方法如下:
1:试用说明:半头试验就是在洗头时左右半头同时洗两种洗发水,通过两只手同时感受在洗头时和洗发后的不同感受。
2:试用感受点说明:在对应时间段评价相应指标:
洗发流程包括:涂抹洗发水、冲水、泡沫冲洗、冲洗完毕以及头发擦干。
涂抹洗发水后,评价泡沫丰富程度;泡沫冲洗过程中评价冲水滑涩感;冲洗完毕后评价湿发时的头发顺滑感以及湿发时的头发柔软度;头发擦干后评价干发时的顺滑感、干发时的滋润感以及干发时的柔软感。
3.结合实际使用情况,根据以下使用效果评价指标,给予客观得分评价;
通过志愿者洗发测试评价结果,从图1雷达图可以表明实施例1的滋润感、柔软感好于对比例1,该多羟基化合物在洗涤组合物中起到调理、保湿作用。
对比例2
对比例2洗涤剂组合物配方与实施例1相比区别在于使用卡松(15ppm添加量)替代多羟基化合物。
对比例3
对比例3洗涤剂组合物配方与实施例1相比区别在于使用等量季铵三羟基二丙醚替代多羟基化合物。
对比例4
对比例4洗涤剂组合物配方与实施例1相比区别在于使用等量季铵三甲基二丙醚替代多羟基化合物。
对比例5
对比例5洗涤剂组合物配方与实施例1相比区别在于使用等量月桂基二甲基羟丙基甘油醚氯化铵替代多羟基化合物。
以USP32方法进行的防腐功效测试数据如下:

含有该多羟基化合物的洗涤组合物可以通过防腐剂功效测试,如实施例1和实施例2防腐功效测试;防腐效果基本等同卡松,见对比例2防腐功效测试;不含该多羟基化合物的洗涤组合物不能通过防腐功效测试,见对比例1防腐功效测试。含有等量的三羟基二丙醚、季铵三甲基二丙醚、月桂基二甲基羟丙基甘油醚氯化铵的洗涤组合物不能通过防腐剂功效测试,见对比例3、对比例4和对比例5防腐功效测试。该多羟基化合物在洗涤组合物中起到防腐剂作用。
对比例6
对比例6洗涤剂组合物配方与实施例1相比区别在于使用吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐(0.9%添加量)替代多羟基化合物。
以QB/T2738-2012(7.3)方法进行的糠秕马拉色菌杀菌、抑菌性能测试数据如下:

含有该多羟基化合物的洗涤组合物可以通过糠秕马拉色菌杀菌性能测试,如实施例1和实施例5糠秕马拉色菌杀菌、抑菌性能测试;杀菌效果>99%,基本等同于吡罗克酮乙醇胺,见对比例6糠秕马拉色菌杀菌、抑菌性能测试;不含该多羟基化合物的洗涤组合物不能通过糠秕马拉色菌杀菌、抑菌性能测试,见对比例1糠秕马拉色菌杀菌、抑菌性能测试。含有等量的三羟基二丙醚、季铵三甲基二丙醚、月桂基二甲基羟丙基甘油醚氯化铵的洗涤组合物不能通过糠秕马拉色菌杀菌、抑菌性能测试,见对比例3、对比例4和对比例5糠秕马拉色菌杀菌、抑菌性能测试。该多羟基化合物在洗涤组合物中起到糠秕马拉色菌杀菌作用。
以QB/T2738-2012(7.3)方法进行的痤疮丙酸杆菌杀菌、抑菌性能测试数据如下:

含有该多羟基化合物的洗涤组合物可以通过痤疮丙酸杆菌杀菌性能测试,杀菌效果>99,如实施例1和实施例3痤疮丙酸杆菌杀菌、抑菌性能测试。不含该多羟基化合物的洗涤组合物不能通过痤疮丙酸杆菌杀菌、抑菌测试,见对比例1痤疮丙酸杆菌杀菌、抑菌性能测试。含有等量的三羟基二丙醚、季铵三甲基二丙醚、月桂基二甲基羟丙基甘油醚氯化铵的洗涤组合物不能通过痤疮丙酸杆菌杀菌、抑菌性能测试,见对比例3、对比例4和对比例5痤疮丙酸杆菌杀菌、抑菌性能测试。该多羟基化合物在洗涤组合物中起到痤疮丙酸杆菌杀菌作用。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (9)
1.一种洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,包括如下组分:
(a)占组合物质量分数3-50%的表面活性剂;
(b)占组合物质量分数0.01-10%的功能助剂;
(c)占组合物质量分数0.1-25%的多羟基化合物;
(d)占组合物质量分数40-96%的溶剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,所述多羟基化合物结构如下:
其中R1任选自C6-C20的烷基酰胺丙基、C6-C20的烷基酰胺乙基、C6-C20的烷基酰氧乙基、C6-C20的烷基酰氧丙基、C6-C20的烷基酰氧异丙基或H(OCH2CH2)n-,2≤n≤20;R2、R3分别任选自羟乙基、C1-C20的烷基、C6-C20的烷基酰胺丙基、C6-C20的烷基酰胺乙基、C6-C20的烷基酰氧乙基、C6-C20的烷基酰氧丙基、C6-C20的烷基酰氧异丙基或H(OCH2CH2)m-,2≤m≤20,R4为-OCH2CH(OH)CH2(OH),X为Cl或Br。
3.根据权利要求1所述的洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂选自阴离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂或阳离子表面活性剂中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,所述功能助剂选自维生素、螯合剂、香料、增白剂、酶、调理剂、增稠剂、引诱剂、染料、颜料、漂白剂以及珠光剂中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,所述溶剂选自水、乙醇、甘油、丙二醇、聚乙二醇、异丙醇中一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求4所述的洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,所述的螯合剂选自:乙二胺四乙酸、氨基三乙酸、二亚乙基三胺五乙酸及其盐、柠檬酸、酒石酸和葡萄糖酸、羟乙基乙二胺三乙酸、二羟乙基甘氨酸、有机多元膦酸、聚丙烯酸、聚甲基丙烯酸、水解聚马来酸酐或富马酸-丙烯磺酸共聚体中一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求4所述的洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,所述调理剂选自:阳离子瓜尔胶聚合物、阳离子非瓜尔胶半乳甘露聚糖聚合物、阳离子改性淀粉聚合物、丙烯酰胺单体与阳离子单体的共聚物、阳离子纤维素聚合物、聚硅氧烷或阳离子决明胶聚合物中一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求4所述的洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,所述增稠剂选自:改性的羟乙基纤维素、疏水改性的聚丙烯酸酯、疏水改性的聚丙烯酸、疏水改性的聚丙烯酰胺、PEG-120甲基葡萄糖二油酸酯、PEG-40脱水山梨糖醇四油酸酯、PEG-60脱水山梨糖醇四油酸酯、PEG-150季戊四醇四硬脂酸酯、PEG-55丙二醇油酸酯或PEG-150二硬脂酸酯中一种或几种。
9.根据权利要求4所述的洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,所述的珠光剂选自:硬脂酸乙二醇双酯、硬脂酸乙二醇单酯中一种或两种。
