Abstract
본 발명에 따른 LED용 방열강판은 베이스 강판; 상기 베이스 강판 상에 형성되며, 아연을 포함하는 도금층; 및 상기 도금층 상에 형성되며, 수지 및 방열 안료를 포함하는 수지 코팅층;을 포함하고, 상기 방열 안료는 질화처리된 파우더와 알루미늄 파우더를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (17)
- 베이스 강판;
상기 베이스 강판 상에 형성되며, 아연을 포함하는 도금층; 및
상기 도금층 상에 형성되며, 수지 및 방열 안료를 포함하는 수지 코팅층;을 포함하고,
상기 방열 안료는 질화처리된 파우더와 알루미늄 파우더를 포함하되, 상기 질화처리된 파우더와 알루미늄 파우더는 중량비로 1:3 ~ 3:1로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED용 방열 강판.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 도금층은
전기아연도금층인 것을 특징으로 하는 LED용 방열 강판.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 질화처리된 파우더는
질화철, 질화알루미늄, 질화지르코늄, 질화티탄늄, 질화붕소, 질화텅스텐, 질화마그네슘, 질화구리 및 질화은 중에서 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED용 방열 강판.

상기 방열 안료는
상기 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 15~35중량부로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED용 방열 강판.

상기 수지는
올레핀계 수지 및 우레탄 수지가 혼합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED용 방열 강판.

상기 수지 코팅층은
경화제, 왁스, 증점제, 금속킬레이트제 중 1종 이상의 첨가제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED용 방열 강판.

상기 수지 코팅층은
편면 기준 부착량이 1700~3000 mg/m2인 것을 특징으로 하는 LED용 방열 강판.
- 베이스 강판 상에, 아연을 포함하는 도금층을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 도금층 상에, 수지, 방열 안료 및 용매를 포함하는 수지 조성물을 도포 및 건조하여 수지 코팅층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 방열 안료는 질화처리된 파우더와 알루미늄 파우더를 포함하되, 상기 질화처리된 파우더와 알루미늄 파우더는 중량비로 1:3 ~ 3:1로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED용 방열 강판 제조 방법.

상기 도금층의 형성은
전기아연도금 방식으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED용 방열 강판 제조 방법.
