Claims (6)
- 전기에너지를 동력원으로 모터를 구동하여 움직이는 다목적 운반차량이며,
모터의 출력 및 회생 제어를 위한 콘트롤러와,
모터 구동 중 회생제동 상태임을 감지하는 회생감지수단과,
회생제동 상태에서 발생하는 회생 전력량을 측정하기 위한 전력 측정기와,
노면 조건에 따라 주행모드를 2륜에서 4륜, 4륜에서 2륜으로 자동 절환하는 동력절환장치를 포함하며,
주행 중 상기 회생감지수단을 통해 회생제동이 감지되고 현재 주행모드가 2륜 주행모드인 경우, 상기 콘트롤러의 제어에 의해 동력절환장치가 동작하여 4륜 주행모드로 절환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회생제동력 배분 제어 기능을 갖는 전기구동식 다목적 운반차량.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 회생감지수단은 회생제동 시 발생하는 모터의 역 기전력(유도 기전력)에 의해 동작하는 역 기전력 계전기인 것을 특징으로 하는 회생제동력 배분 제어 기능을 갖는 전기구동식 다목적 운반차량.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 동력절환장치는,
모터 출력축에 동력전달 가능하게 연결된 입력축과,
상기 입력축에 동력전달 가능하게 연결된 후륜 구동축과,
상기 후륜 구동축에 동력전달 가능하게 연결되어 상시 회전하는 중간축과,
상기 중간축 상에 마련되는 절환 클러치와,
상기 절환 클러치를 매개로 상기 중간축과 선택적으로 동력 접속이 가능하게 연결되는 전륜 구동축 및,
상기 입력축, 후륜 구동축, 중간축, 절환 클러치, 전륜 구동축이 보호될 수 있는 밀폐된 공간을 제공하는 케이스로 이루어진 구성인 것을 특징으로 하는 회생제동 배분 제어 기능을 갖는 전기구동식 다목적 운반차량.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 절환 클러치는,
레버를 통한 수동조작 및 콘트롤러 제어를 따르는 절환모터에 의해 자동으로 동력접속과 차단이 행해질 수 있는 구성의 동기 치합식 변속기 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 회생제동 배분 제어 기능을 갖는 전기구동식 다목적 운반차량.
- (a) 주행 중 현재 주행모드를 판단하는 단계;
(b) 주행 중 회생제동을 감지하는 단계;
(c) 주행 중 회생제동이 감지되었으며 현재의 주행모드가 2륜 주행모드인 경우 콘트롤러를 통한 동력절환장치 제어를 통해 4륜 주행모드로 절환시키는 단계;를 포함하는 전기구동식 다목적 운반차량의 회생제동력 배분 제어방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 회생제동을 감지하는 단계에서는, 회생제동 시 발생하는 모터의 역 기전력(유도 기전력)을 이용하여 감지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기구동식 다목적 운반차량의 회생제동력 배분 제어방법.
