Claims (14)
- 복수의 이차 전지들을 수납하는 내부 팩;
상기 내부 팩을 수용하는 외부 팩;
상기 내부 팩의 하부면 및 상기 외부 팩의 하부면 사이에 구비되며, 상기 내부 팩과 상기 외부 팩 간 충격을 흡수하는 제1 충격 흡수부재; 및
상기 내부 팩의 하부면과 상기 외부 팩의 하부면을 제외한 상기 내부 팩과 상기 외부 팩의 면들 중 적어도 상기 내부 팩의 측면과 상기 외부 팩의 측면 사이에 구비되며, 상기 내부 팩과 상기 외부 팩 간 충격을 흡수하는 제2 충격 흡수부재;를 포함하며,
상기 내부 팩의 하부면에는 상기 내부 팩의 내부를 유동하는 기체가 들어오는 유입구가 형성되고,
상기 내부 팩의 상부면에는 상기 내부를 유동한 기체를 배출하며, 상기 외부 팩을 관통하면서 상기 제1 충격 흡수부재의 탄성 변형 방향을 따라 연장된 배출구를 포함하는, 배터리 팩 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 충격 흡수부재는 스프링을 포함하는 배터리 팩 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 충격 흡수부재는 상기 내부 팩의 측면 및 상기 외부 팩의 측면과 면 접촉하는 배터리 팩 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 충격 흡수부재는, 단열성을 갖는 물질을 포함하는 측면 충격 흡수부를 구비하는 배터리 팩 조립체. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 내부 팩 및 상기 외부 팩은 육면체의 형상으로,
상기 제2 충격 흡수부재는,
상기 내부 팩의 상부면과 상기 외부 팩의 상부면 사이에 구비되며 단열성을 갖는 물질을 포함하는 상면 충격 흡수부를 더 포함하는 배터리 팩 조립체. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 측면 충격 흡수부 중 상기 외부 팩의 측면과 접하는 면은 상기 외부 팩에 고정되는 배터리 팩 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 내부 팩의 상부면과 상기 외부 팩의 상부면 사이에 구비되는 제3 충격 흡수부재를 더 포함하는 배터리 팩 조립체. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 제3충격 흡수부재는 스프링을 포함하는 배터리 팩 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 이차 전지들 중 서로 이웃하는 이차 전지들 사이에는 상기 이차 전지들의 온도 조절을 위해 흐르는 기체의 유동 채널이 형성된 배터리 팩 조립체. - 삭제

상기 내부 팩의 내부로 냉각 기체를 공급하는 냉각부;를 더 포함하는 배터리 팩 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
