Claims (19)
- 양극 활물질, 수계 바인더 및 전이금속 산화물을 포함하는 양극 활물질 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 전이금속 산화물이 망간계 산화물을 포함하는 양극 활물질 조성물. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 망간계 산화물이 MnO, MnO2, Mn2O3, Mn3O4 및 Mn2O7로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는 양극 활물질 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 전이금속의 산화물의 함량이 상기 양극 활물질 100 중량부에 대해 0.01 내지 5중량부인 양극 활물질 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 양극 활물질 조성물은 pH값이 11 내지 13인 양극 활물질 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 양극 활물질이 리튬 망간계 산화물, 리튬 코발트계 산화물, 리튬 니켈 코발트 망간계 산화물, 리튬 니켈 코발트 알루미늄계 산화물 및 올리빈형 리튬 철인산화물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는 양극 활물질 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 수계 바인더는 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스, 폴리아크릴산, 폴리비닐알코올, 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 및 히드록시프로필셀룰로오스로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는 양극 활물질 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 수계 바인더의 함량이 상기 양극 활물질 100 중량부에 대해 0.2 내지 10 중량부인 양극 활물질 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 양극 활물질 조성물이 도전재를 더 포함하는 양극 활물질 조성물. - 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 도전재가 카본 블랙, 흑연 미립자 천연 흑연, 인조 흑연, 아세틸렌 블랙, 케첸블랙, 탄소섬유, 탄소나노튜브, 금속 분말, 금속 섬유, 금속 튜브 및 전도성 고분자로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상을 포함하는 양극 활물질 조성물. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 도전재의 함량이 상기 양극 활물질 100 중량부에 대해 0.2 내지 10 중량부인 양극 활물질 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 양극 활물질 조성물이 결착재를 더 포함하는 양극 활물질 조성물. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 결착재가 아크릴계 공중합체, 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드(PVdF), 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 및 폴리테트라플루오로 에틸렌(PTFE)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상을 포함하는 양극 활물질 조성물. - 집전체; 및
상기 집전체 상에 형성된 양극 활물질층;을 포함하고, 상기 양극 활물질층은 전이금속 산화물의 환원물을 포함하는 양극. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
상기 전이금속 산화물의 환원물이 Mn, MnO, Mn2O3 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 양극. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
상기 전이금속 산화물의 환원물의 함량이 양극 대비 0.01 내지 5중량%인 양극 - 제 14 항에 있어서,
상기 양극 활물질층이 Li이 삽입된 망간계 산화물을 더 포함하는 양극. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
상기 양극 활물질층이 양극 활물질, 수계용 바인더 및 도전재를 포함하는 양극. - 제 14 항 내지 제 18항에 따른 양극; 음극; 및 전해액을 포함하는 리튬 전지.
