Description
도 2는 본원의 일 실시예에 있어서 합성된 고분자 (PO4 2 --PPO-PEO-PPO-PO4 2 -)의 FT-IR 스펙트럼이다.
도 3은 본원의 일 실시예에 따른 수화젤에 포함된 고분자 (PO4 2 --PPO-PEO-PPO-PO4 2-) 내 PPO 중량%에 따른 졸-젤 상전이도를 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 4a 내지 4e는 본원의 일 실시예에 따른 수화젤에 포함된 양이온의 종류에 따른 졸-젤 상전이도를 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 5는 본원의 일 실시예에 따른 수화젤에 첨가제에 따른 상전이 변화 그래프이다.

Claims (8)
- 포스페이트(PO4 2-) 기를 두 개 이상 포함하는 친수성 또는 양친매성 고분자, 및 상기 포스페이트(PO4 2-) 기의 음전하에 대응하는 다가 양이온을 포함하는 수화젤에 있어서,
상기 친수성 고분자는 폴리에틸렌글리콜(polyethyleneglycol; PEG), 폴리이소프로필아크릴아미드(poly N-isopropylacrylamide; PNIPAM), 폴리메틸아크릴레이트(polymethylacrylate; PMA), 폴리메틸메타아크릴레이트(polymethylmetacrylate; PMMA), 폴리아크릴아미드, 폴리아크릴릭에시드(polyacrylic acide; PAA), 폴리메타아크릴릭에시드(polymethacrylic acid; PMAA), 폴리비닐피롤리돈(poly vinylpyrrolidone; PVP), 폴리에틸렌옥사이드(PEO), 폴리비닐알코올(polyvinylalcohol; PVA), 메틸 셀룰로오스(methyl cellulose), 콜라겐(Collagen), 알지네이트(Alginate), 키토산(Chitosan), 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 포함하는 선형, 블록, 그래프트 또는 덴드리머 친수성 고분자를 포함하고,
상기 양친매성 고분자는 폴리에틸렌글리콜(polyethyleneglycol; PEG), 폴리이소프로필아크릴아미드(poly N-isopropylacrylamide; PNIPAM), 폴리메틸아크릴레이트(polymethylacrylate; PMA), 폴리메틸메타아크릴레이트(polymethylmetacrylate; PMMA), 폴리아크릴아미드, 폴리아크릴릭에시드(polyacrylic acide; PAA), 폴리메타아크릴릭에시드(polymethacrylic acid; PMAA), 폴리비닐피롤리돈(poly vinylpyrrolidone; PVP), 폴리비닐알코올(polyvinylalcohol; PVA), 메틸 셀룰로오스(methyl cellulose), 폴리에틸렌옥사이드(PEO), 콜라겐(Collagen), 알지네이트(Alginate), 키토산(Chitosan), 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 포함하는 선형, 블록, 그래프트 또는 덴드리머 친수성 고분자 블록; 및, 폴리프로필렌옥사이드(PPO), 폴리락틱에시드(polylactic acid; PLA, 폴리락타이드글리콜라이드 공중합체(poly lactide-co-glycolide; PLGA), 폴리카프로락톤(polycaprolactone), 폴리비닐아세테이트(polyvinylacetate; PVAc), 폴리펩티드(Polypeptide) 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 포함하는 선형, 블록, 그래프트 또는 덴드리머 소수성 고분자 블록을 포함하는 것인, 수화젤.

상기 다가 양이온은, +2가 이상의 금속 양이온; -NH3 + , -N+H2(CH3), -N+H(CH3)2 및 -N+(CH3)3 에서 선택되는 2개 이상의 양이온을 포함하는 저분자 또는 고분자 양이온; 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 포함하는 것인, 수화젤.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 금속 양이온은 Ba2+, Mg2+, Ca2+, Sr2+, Fe2+, Fe3+, Al3+, Ni2+, Cu2+, Zn2+ 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 포함하는 것인, 수화젤.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 양친매성 고분자는, 포스페이트(PO4 2-) 기를 두 개 이상 포함하는 (PPO)x-(PEO)y-(PPO)z (상기 x, y, 및 z 각각은 독립적으로 3 내지 10000임) 고분자를 포함하는 것인, 수화젤.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
NaCl, CaCl2, NaCSN, PEG 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 첨가제를 상기 고분자 100 중량부에 대하여 0 초과 내지 20 중량부 추가 포함하는, 수화젤.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
인산염 완충액 또는 생리식염수 중에 혼합되어 있는, 수화젤.
