Claims (12)
- 디스플레이 패널과 제1 편광 부재 사이에 점착부를 제공하는 단계; 및
상기 디스플레이 패널과 상기 제1 편광 부재를 상기 점착부를 이용하여 부착시키는 단계를 포함하되,
상기 점착부는 제1 점착 물질을 포함하여 상기 디스플레이 패널에 부착되는 제1 층, 및 제2 점착 물질을 포함하여 상기 제1 편광 부재에 부착되는 제2 층을 포함하고,
상기 제1 점착물질은 제1 온도에서 제1 점착력을 갖고 제1 온도보다 높은 제2 온도에서 제2 점착력을 가지며, 상기 제1 점착력은 상기 제2 점착력보다 크며, 상기 제2 점착 물질은 온도에 따른 점착력 변화가 없는 디스플레이 장치의 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 점착 물질은 아크릴계 공중합체 및 변성 로진 에스테르 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 디스플레이 장치의 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 점착 물질은 아크릴계 점착체를 포함하는 디스플레이 장치의 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 점착부에 상기 제2 온도를 제공하여 상기 디스플레이 패널로부터 상기 제1 편광 부재를 분리시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 디스플레이 장치의 제조방법. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 디스플레이 패널과 제2 편광 부재를 상기 점착부를 이용하여 부착시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 디스플레이 장치의 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 점착부는 상기 제1 층 및 상기 제2 층 배치되고, 실리콘 처리된 폴리 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트를 포함하는 디스플레이 장치의 제조방법. - 디스플레이 패널;
상기 디스플레이 패널의 표면 상의 편광 부재; 및
상기 디스플레이 패널과 상기 편광 부재 사이의 점착부를 포함하되,
상기 점착부는 제1 점착 물질을 포함하여 상기 디스플레이 패널에 부착되는 제1 층, 및 제2 점착 물질을 포함하여 상기 제1 편광 부재에 부착되는 제2 층을 포함하고,
상기 제1 점착물질은 제1 온도에서 제1 점착력을 갖고 제1 온도보다 높은 제2 온도에서 제2 점착력을 가지며, 상기 제1 점착력은 상기 제2 점착력보다 크며, 상기 제2 점착 물질은 온도에 따른 점착력 변화가 없는 디스플레이 장치. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 점착 물질은 아크릴계 공중합체 및 변성 로진 에스테르 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 디스플레이 장치. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 점착 물질은 아크릴계 점착체를 포함하는 디스플레이 장치. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 점착부는 상기 제1 층 및 상기 제2 층 배치되고, 실리콘 처리된 폴리 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트를 포함하는 디스플레이 장치. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 온도는 70℃ 내지 100℃인 디스플레이 장치의 제조 방법. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 온도는 70℃ 내지 100℃인 디스플레이 장치.
