- 별도의 주입구(10)와 배출구(11)를 각기 갖춘 적어도 하나의 유체라인(2,3,4)으로 이뤄지고, 상기 유체라인(2,3,4)은 제1라인벽(12)을 둘러싸고 서로 맞물리게 라인시스템(1)의 한 부분(A)에 걸쳐 결합되게 뻗어 있으면서 상기 유체라인(2,3,4)의 전체 길이부에 걸쳐서 상기 제1라인벽(12)으로써 적어도 서로 분리되어 있으며, 상기 라인시스템(1)은 적어도 상기 부분(A)에 걸쳐서 플라스틱 중공부로 형성되고 제2라인벽(13)으로 둘러싸인 추가적인 유체라인으로 이루어지며 상기 유체라인(2,3,4)을 적어도 완전히 둘러싸는 지지웹(7)으로 서로 적어도 부분적으로 분리된 하나 이상의 체임버(8',8")로 이루어지고, 플라스틱 중공프로파일의 상기 제1 및 제2라인벽(12,13) 및 지지웹(7)은 동일한 폴리머재료로 사용되는 휘발성분을 함유한 유체를 위한 라인시스템(1)에 있어서,상기 추가적인 유체라인은, 소기체임버(8',8")를 갖춘 소기라인(8)으로 사용되고 또 상기 소기라인(8)을 세정하거나 흡입하도록 채용된 소기장치에 연결됨으로써, 상기 유체라인에서 발생하는 투과물을 운반하고 수집하며,상기 유체라인(2,3,4)과 소기라인(8) 및 지지웹(7)을 갖춘 플라스틱 중공부는, 하나의 부품으로 압출된 플라스틱 중공부이거나 또는 하나의 부품으로 블로우몰딩된 플라스틱 중공부로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 휘발성분을 함유한 유체용 라인시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 중공프로파일의 제1 및 제2라인벽(12,13)과 지지웹(7)은 단일층으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 라인시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 소기라인(8)을 세정하거나 흡입하는 장치는, 소기라인(8)의 배출구(11)에 연결된 부분 진공공급원 또는 소기라인(8)의 주입구(10)에 연결된 과압공급원으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 라인시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 소기라인(8)의 주입구(10)는, 흡착유니트(14,14')에 연결되어, 투과증기를 포획하도록 소기라인(8)의 배출구(11)에 위치된 흡입유니트(15)를 일시적으로 우회하거나 완충하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라인시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 중공부의 소기라인(8)은, 부분진공으로 영구적으로 흡입되거나 액체 또는 가스를 사용하여 세정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 라인시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 중공부는, 내연기관용 연료라인시스템으로 형성되고, 상기 유체라인(2,3,4)은 흐름라인(2)과 복귀라인(3) 및 환기라인(4)을 포함하는 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 라인으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 라인시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 중공부는, 모터 차량의 연료저장조(5)와 내연기관(6) 사이에 위치된 것을 특징으로 하는 라인시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 중공부는, 자동차의 연료탱크와 내연기관 사이에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 라인시스템.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 소기라인(8)은 연료탱크(5)를 내연기관(6)의 흡기시스템(15)으로 연결하는 환기라인(4)으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 라인시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 중공부는 연료탱크로 안내하는 연료라인시스템으로 형성되며, 상기 유체라인(2,3,4)은 운송라인, 충전라인, 태핑라인 및 환기라인을 포함하는 그룹에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 라인을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라인시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 중공부의 폴리머재료는, 내구성을 갖고 상기 유체라인(2,3,4)으로 운반될 유체에 대해 제한적인 투과를 허용하며, 상기 유체는 가솔린, 디젤, 에탄올, 메탄올, 메탄 및 수소를 포함하는 그룹에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 라인시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유체라인(2,3,4)과 소기라인(8)은, 서로 인접하거나 하나의 내부에 다른 하나가 위치된 것을 특징으로 하는 라인시스템.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 유체라인(2,3,4)과 소기라인(8)은, 하나의 내부에 다른 하나가 동심축으로 배열되거나 서로 평행하게 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 라인시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 중공부는, 카본블랙, 탄소섬유, 흑연섬유소, 흑연미립자, 나노카본관, 금속분말, 금속섬유 및, 강재섬유를 포함하는 그룹에서 선택된 몰딩 화합물에 전기전도성 필러를 부가하여 전기전도체로 형성되고, 또 접지(9)에 전기적으로 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 라인시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유체라인(2,3,4) 및 소기라인(8)은, 주입구(10)와 배출구(11)에 라인 단부(16)를 갖추고서 각각 연결시스템(18)의 연결부재(17)에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 라인시스템.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 라인 단부(16)는 밀봉부를 형성하기 위하여 연결부재(17)에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 라인시스템.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉부는, 용접 또는 접착된 것을 특징으로 하는 라인시스템.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 연결부재(17)는, 유체라인(2,3,4) 및 소기라인(8)의 라인 단부(16)상에 몰딩된 것을 특징으로 하는 라인시스템.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 연결부재(17)는, 급속 연결시스템의 플러그로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 라인시스템.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 연결부재(17)는, 카본블랙, 탄소섬유, 흑연섬유소, 흑연미립자, 나노카본관, 금속분말, 금속섬유 및 강재섬유를 포함하는 그룹에서 선택된 몰딩 화합물에 도전성 필러를 부가하여 전기적으로 전도성으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 라인시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 중공부는, 폴리아미드를 기초로 한 몰딩 화합물을 기본으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라인시스템.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 중공부의 몰딩 화합물용 폴리아미드는, PA 6, PA 9T, PA 46, PA 66, PA 69, PA 610, PA 612, PA 1010, PA 1012, PA 11, PA 12, PA 1212, 이의 혼합물 및 이러한 성분들을 함유한 코폴리아미드(copolyamide)를 포함하는 그룹에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 라인시스템.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 중공부용 몰딩 화합물인 폴리아미드는, 부분적으로 결정화된 지방족 폴리아미드와 부분적인 방향족 폴리아미드로 만들어진 폴리머 혼합물을 기본으로 하고, 상기 지방족 폴리아미드의 비율은 50중량% 이상으로 하고, 지방족 탄소원자에 방향족 폴리아미드에 아미드 혼합물의 비는 8:1에서 12:1의 범위에 놓이며, 부족하게 제공된 부분적인 방향족 폴리아미드는 헥사메틸렌테레프탈아미드(hexamehthylenterephthalamide(6T))유니트에 추가하여 부분적인 지방족 또는 방향족 아미드 유니트를 추가로 구비하고 또 우세하게 부분적인 결정화를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 라인시스템.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 중공부용 몰딩 화합물은, 층상 실리케이트를 갖는 폴리아미드 나노합성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 라인시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소기라인(8)은, 적어도 하나의 추가적인 차단층(19)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 라인시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소기라인은, 적어도 하나의 추가적인 흡착층(20)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 라인시스템.
- 제26항에 있어서, 상기 흡착층(20)은 활성탄소 또는 폴리에틸렌을 포함하는것을 특징으로 하는 라인시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 중공부는, 휘발성분을 함유한 유체를 위해서 이동형, 매립형 또는 건축물에 설치된 탱크설비의 공급라인 또는 배출라인으로 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 라인시스템.
