Abstract
本发明提供的一种填充滤芯的塑钢复合净水钢管,包括基管、防腐层、内衬塑料管和滤芯。所述的基管为钢管;所述的钢管外壁设置有防腐层;所述的钢管内壁设置有内衬塑料管;所述内衬塑料管空腔内设置有若干个半径大小相等的塑料管道;所述的滤芯填充在塑料管道缝隙间或同时填充在塑料管道的缝隙间和塑料管道内。本发明的技术方案结构简单,制造方便,具有防腐、净化水质的功效,可广泛应用于工业和民用住宅建筑的给水管道系统。

技术领域
本发明涉及给水建筑管材技术领域,尤其涉及一种填充滤芯的塑钢复合净水钢管。
背景技术
随着经济的发展和生活水平的提高,饮用水的质量越来越被人们所关心,其中,水中所存在的一些有害重金属离子,余氯以及消毒副产物对人体的健康都造成了重大的威胁。给水管道是我们日常用水的首要供应渠道,如今给水管道大多是衬塑复合钢管,这种钢管以镀锌无缝钢管、焊接钢管为基管,内壁除去焊筋后,衬入与镀锌管内等径的塑料管材,如聚乙烯管材(PE管)或三型无规共聚聚丙烯管材(PP-R管),最后加压加热一定时间后成型。现有的衬塑复合钢管具有防腐、抗菌、阻氧、保温等作用,但是并不能净化起到水质的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种填充滤芯的塑钢复合净水钢管,以解决现有技术中存在的问题。
本发明提供的一种填充滤芯的塑钢复合净水钢管,包括:基管、防腐层、内衬塑料管和滤芯。
所述的基管为钢管;
所述的钢管外壁设置有防腐层;
所述的钢管内壁设置有内衬塑料管;
所述内衬塑料管空腔内设置有若干个半径大小相等的塑料管道;
所述的滤芯填充在塑料管道缝隙间或同时填充在塑料管道的缝隙间和塑料管道内;
进一步,所述的防腐层材质为钛纳米改性防腐涂料或聚乙烯涂料;
进一步,所述的内衬塑料管为PP-R管或PE管;
进一步,所述的若干塑料管道通过热熔加压的方式组合在一起。
进一步,所述的滤芯为活性炭;
进一步,所述的钢管的厚度为5-15mm;所述的防腐层厚度为1-5mm;
进一步,所述的内衬塑料管厚度为2-5mm。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明提供的一种填充滤芯的塑钢复合净水钢管,具有防腐、净化水质的作用。具体地,该填充滤芯的塑钢复合净水钢管设置有防腐层和内层塑料管,可有效防止钢管受潮而被腐蚀生锈;塑料管腔和塑料管缝隙间设置有活性炭,可有效地吸附水中杂质和有害离子,起到净化水质的作用。

如图1所示,本发明的填充滤芯的塑钢复合净水钢管示意图,包括:基管2、防腐层1、内衬塑料管3和滤芯4。所述的基管2为钢管;所述的钢管外壁设置有防腐层1;所述的钢管内壁设置有内衬塑料管3;所述内衬塑料管空腔内设置有若干个半径大小相等的塑料管道5;所述的滤芯填充在塑料管道缝隙间或同时填充在塑料管道的缝隙间和塑料管道内;所述的防腐层材质为钛纳米改性防腐涂料或聚乙烯涂料;所述的内衬塑料管为PP-R管或PE管;所述的若干塑料管道通过热熔加压的方式组合在一起。,所述的滤芯为活性炭;所述的钢管的厚度为5-15mm;所述的防腐层厚度为1-5mm;所述的内衬塑料管厚度为2-5mm。

1.一种填充滤芯的塑钢复合净水钢管,其特征在于,包括:基管、防腐层、内衬塑料管和滤芯。
所述的基管为钢管;
所述的钢管外壁设置有防腐层;
所述的钢管内壁设置有内衬塑料管;
所述内衬塑料管空腔内设置有若干个半径大小相等的塑料管道;
所述的滤芯填充在塑料管道缝隙间或同时填充在塑料管道的缝隙间和塑料管道内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的填充滤芯的塑钢复合净水钢管,其特征在于,所述的防腐层材质为钛纳米改性防腐涂料或聚乙烯涂料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的填充滤芯的塑钢复合净水钢管,其特征在于,所述的内衬塑料管为PP-R管或PE管。
4.根据权利要求1所述的填充滤芯的塑钢复合净水钢管,其特征在于,所述的若干塑料管道通过热熔加压的方式组合在一起。
5.根据权利要求1所述的填充滤芯的塑钢复合净水钢管,其特征在于,所述的滤芯为活性炭。
6.根据权利要求1所述的填充滤芯的塑钢复合净水钢管,其特征在于,所述的钢管的厚度为5-15mm;所述的防腐层厚度为1-5mm。
7.根据权利要求1填充滤芯的塑钢复合净水钢管,其特征在于,所述的内衬塑料管厚度为2-5mm。
