Claims (9)
- 베이스 기재의 양면 상에 마이크로 렌즈 어레이와 이미지 어레이가 배치되어 있는 입체 보안요소를 형성하는 입체 보안요소의 성형 단계;
상기 이미지 어레이 상에 프라이머층을 형성하는 프라이머 코팅 단계;
상기 마이크로 렌즈 어레이 상에 제거가 가능한 보호막을 부착하는 보호막 부착 단계;
상기 입체 보안요소를 이용하여 인몰드 사출 공정을 통해 소정 형상의 사출품을 제작하는 사출 성형 단계; 및
상기 보호막을 상기 제작된 사출품으로부터 제거하는 단계;
를 포함하는 입체 보안요소가 구비된 사출품의 제조 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 프라이머 코팅 단계 이전에 상기 이미지 어레이 상에 잉크를 충진 또는 증착하기 위한 이미지 어레이의 현출 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 입체 보안요소가 구비된 사출품의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 보호막은 내열성 소재로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 입체 보안요소가 구비된 사출품의 제조 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
인몰드 사출을 이용하여 상기 입체 보안요소를 상기 사출품에 부착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 입체 보안요소가 구비된 사출품의 제작 방법. - 제1항의 제조 방법으로 제조된 입체 보안요소가 부착된 사출품.
- 제 5항에 있어서,
제1항의 제조 방법으로 제조된 입체 보안요소는 곡면형 피부착물에 부착될 수 있고, 상기 마이크로 렌즈 어레이의 피치와 상기 마이크로 이미지 어레이의 피치는 각각 상기 곡면형 피부착물의 곡률 반경과 상기 마이크로 렌즈 어레이와 상기 마이크로 이미지 어레이 사이의 거리에 기초하여 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 입체 보안요소가 부착된 사출품. - 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 마이크로 렌즈 어레이는 굴절형, 회절형 및 그린(Gradient Index: GRIN)형 인 입체 보안요소가 부착된 사출품. - 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 프라이머층은 형광잉크와 적외선잉크, 자성잉크 및 축광잉크, 광가변 잉크로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 하나 또는 둘 이상을 포함하는 수지로 형성 된 것을 특징으로 하는 입체 보안요소가 부착된 사출품. - 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 입체 보안요소와 상기 사출품은 일체로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 입체 보안요소가 부착된 사출품.
